OK I really tried to read through the comments but with 2 kids climbing on me it was feeble at best. I think I belong to this dreaded club with you guys. I only have the 570, not the other one, but I know our ACA situation was not straightforward because we didn’t sign up til the late deadline. So no coverage Jan-Apr and would have had some penalty, except we were exempt from the penalty because of the income guidelines. I think. Ha. SO I’m guessing it’s still ACA related why we are delayed even without the penalty code.

Submitted 1/21 TaxAct. Accepted immediately. One bar until the 26th, then disappeared and “processing” ever since. I am in group 20150405. So does that mean I will only see updates on Friday night? I am unclear on that part.

Yeah maybe I am worrying a little bit too much just have my rent and getting a car at stake here, what worries me is im a brand new cardholder of this card and this is the first transaction that will be on this card but used the walmart money card previous years when it used to be with GE money bank and never had a problem and now it is with green dot.. really stressing about this alot at stake here tired of worrying over these taxes this year I am really relying on it I will be on the streets I am so late on this rent and need this money..:(

Filed 1/20, accepted 1/21 both state and federal. PA refund is pending in my account. I’ve never gotten PA before Federal or even this fast in general. Pennsylvania is on the ball- too bad the IRS can’t get their act together.

According to TT, 53% of 1/22 accepted TT users have recieved their refund as of earlier today. If that tells you anything, things are extremely slow thus year.

Same here, funny thing is that I have my Federal scheduled to deposit on Friday, Feb 6th! This was after being told the IRS is behind on processing refunds. I’m guessing they are even further behind with state. I haven’t had this issue before, so hopefully it will come within the next week or so. Filed on January 29th, Fed to deposit Feb 6th. State site says the same thing as everyone else “Your return has been processed; however, your refund has not been approved.”….Will definitely post an update when I receive it.

I just tried to check my transcripts and it said to call the identity theft line, but nothing on the WMR saying to call. I had to call when I filed to get last year’s AGI, because for some reason there was a theft indicator on my account. The company I worked for 2 years ago I guess had an issue where someone hacked their system and stole some employees tax refunds, so I’m assuming that’s it because I have personally not had any issues. I’ll call in the morning and hopefully it gets straightened out…

I had the same thing. I called in yesterday and after waiting on hold for over an hour the woman who answered took my information and came back and told me I made to many attempts to login online. She said the lockout will eventually fall off but there was nothing she could do about it. She did tell me that it will not affect my return. I was accepted on 1/20 and have no bars and no codes and it says I have no transcripts for 2014 yet. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

Transcripts have updated with cycle code 20140504 but no DDD on WMR. Can anyone tell me which day I can expect my return to be DD?
Also, on wmr my bars went missing yesterday and still aren’t back, but tonight transcripts updated, only the return is available, the other are N/A and wage is just blank no record.

i spoke with jh preferred today because i have a dd 2/4 and sbgt say irs disbursed my funds on 2/3 and still nothing well the lady said THEY HAVE A DELAY AND THE FUNDS WILL BE DISBURSED tomorrow, soo i am impatiently waiting!!!

I used the walmart card the last 2 years, direct deposit both times with no issues at all. It is a headache to pull out over $400 though, you have to go into a bank and have them pull it out of your account through a cash advance and hit you with extra fees.

I got locked out or wmr online as well as irs2go. So I called the automated system and it informed me that my DDD is by 2/6/2015. To call my bank if it doesn’t post by 2/11/2015.

The only reason was asking about this is there is a post with some people saying they got there refund and then they held it for ID verification. Drivers Licence has my married name on and my old address on iit where my taxes and card have my maiden name on it my ss card has maiden name on it to. I’m separated from my ex and never changed my ss card and for the last 3 years I have not had a problem with my old bank account.my taxes match my card but myI just moved to where I’m at a month ago and owe the landlord rent got two kids so if they try to pull that crap they will littlery have me held hostage with no where to go. My landlord was over here tonight to have me show him WMR to make sure I was not lying as I owe him. And I need to get a car mine blew up right after I moved its been a bad year and I NEED my money or littlerly be on the streets .

I’m going to Walmart to pull most of the money as soon as it hits should of used a credit union but had no way to go an open a account. Maybe I over worried but I have to be when my landlord was here tonight just to see when my taxes were coming in and well of course he wants his money lol.

I’m hoping these fourms will relax my stress some as I have been able todo is stress

In the same boat as you, only i have one bar with topic 152. I can view my transcripts. Although they have nothing but 0’s and no cycle date. Only has a date that sys as of 2-16-2015. This is the most stressful tax season ive ever experienced. I called irs and was told that they see my return, but its still processinprocessing. My 21 days will end on next week on the 11th.

First year I had to file an iS form. Really needed that money asap… now from what I’m reading it will be many long weeks of waiting and hoping I get some of my refund back… so the question I have that searches don’t seem to answer… once processed and approved, do they send the money the way I first chose, which was direct deposit or will I be watching for a paper check in that little white box outside by the road that never has anything in it but flyers and junk?

The IRS indicated my DD date as 02/04/2015. I use the Skylight Paycard a Netspend product, as of 9:55pm EST,no deposit. Kinda panicked at this point because I’ve never had this issue in the past. Seems others are in the same boat.

Hey everyone, I came across this forum today. I thought I’d also state my situation. Though it isn’t any different than what I see everyone else in here going through. Before this week, I have never used WMR OR requested transcripts on any tax year. I file with Jackson Hewitt and never get emails saying I’ve been “accepted”. So when you read this, I can not offer you an acceptance date.

I had one W2 form and was only covered with insurance for a portion of 2014. I also had my one child listed as my dependent and a tax form from the YMCA providing childcare costs for the year. Nothing unusual about the way I file this year compared to previous years. I did not have a 1098T this year though.

Here is my information.

1. I filed Wednesday 1/21 with Jackson Hewitt at one of their offices and opted for Direct Deposit.
2. I checked WMR about 4 days later for the first time. I had 1 bar saying my return was received and processing.
3. I received my state refund check for Missouri on Monday 1/26.
4. I got curious on Monday 2/2 and requested my online Tax return account transcript. I saw my last 2 codes were 896 and 570. I was alarmed and did a lot of research and here I am. With a much better understanding.
5. My cycle code I’d 20150402 with a date beside it saying 2/16/15. Also my account balance at the top shows my correct refund, but the summary at the bottom (of Account Transcript) has numbers that don’t add up to my refund amount. Then again I’ve never read a transcript for taxes as stated above.

This is all the information I have to offer. I’m not sure when my acceptance date was. I don’t get emails all these years from Jackson Hewitt telling me about acceptance and I have no idea where to find that date on my transcript. So I don’t know when my 21 day window expires. I will not be calling the IRS until my 21 days expire. Checked WMR and my transcript today and I’m still at 1 bar with 896/570 codes. I checked my previous years and I’ve never had any tax discrepancies until this year.

I will check with everyone again and I will let everyone know when I receive a change in status.
