      So my DDD is today and I havnt received a refund… what now? I chose DD thru TT

          whats the number to call SBBT? and would they reject it going on a netspend card?

            I would call and see if your bank rejected it. I was supposed to get mine yesterday so I called sbbt and they said my bank rejected so they mailed check yesterday.

              I would like to know whats going on too. I had a DDD for 2/4/2015 and still nothing on my netspend card. and the SBBT website shows nothing from the IRS. I don’t get it. I do have offset but I did last year and this never happen…. what is going on

                Any one have any updates? My WMR updated late last night and said my deposit was sent to my bank on 2/4/15 but today is 2/5/15 and its still not there. Bank doesn’t see it pending either. What is going on?

                  I am having the same problem. WMR states the refund was sent but netspend has no record of it even pending yet. I just don’t get it. Does anyone have an irs number that would be worth calling at this point?

                    Im in the same boat. But i know why the last 2 digits of acct number for dd is wrong..

                      Sounds like it may be an offset against your refund. Call the Offset Hotline 800-304-3107 for details.

                        I filed 1/21/14…a week later received DDD of 2/4/15 haven’t received my refund yet! Really annoyed I usually get it the day its says it will be deposited. I filed through Tax Act Bank with Bank of America! :(

                          I find some relief knowing that I am not the only one. I’m a little stressed. DD for 2/4. FIled wth TT and fees deducted through SBBT then supposed to be deposited to my Netspend card. I do the same every year and it’s always early. I did have an offset, so maybe that’s the reason for the delay. Anyway, SBBT says they don’t see anything yet and that if I don’t get it today, to call the IRS tomorrow.

                            In the same boat DDD today and nothing yet . I went throught turbotax and fees taken out of refund and a netspend card. Hoping soon get refund.

                              I am in the same boat, I have DD of today, but it is yet to be in my account. I will let you know if I get refund, but please keep me up to date.
