My dad filed my taxes last Tuesday night with TT and got accepted thirty minutes later. Got an approval for 2/11. I was using the SBBT website to put in my refund amount and my SSN and my status but it said “No record was found based on the SSN, Refund Amount and Filing Status you provided. Please check your inputs and try again!” Is this normal? I’m pretty sure I put in my exact refund status. I’ve got a 1040A.

I have an account now card that i used to place half of my tax refund on , My mom had one as well she showed a pending deposit the same day her WMR updated last Saturday. My WMR updated but i can not see a pending deposit this morning for 02/11/2015. I wanted to know if anyone else who has an account now card with an upcoming DDD shows it pending? I never had a problem with my paycheck being deposited but this is concerning.. RESPOND with all of your DDD and if you seen it pending days before the actual deposit.

i have been able to view transcripts for almost 2.5 weeks now…i can see all but the wage transcript…..i have no 846 code or any bad codes…..i have a 20150405 cycle date. I have had zero movement on this return for about 2 weeks. does anyone know what is going on…are other popel having the same issues

I got a DDD of 02/11 it’s going into my td bank account I pre paid the fees. Is there a possibility to get it earlier. Wmr states direct deposit by February 11th. Or will I get it the day after?

I filed on the 19th and accepted on the 19th. To this day I have had one bar which over night last night changed to no bar and the basic message of refund date will be available blah blah blah. No topic 152 or identity topic either. I do know I owed Bamacare 140 because i didnt have insurance for a few months. No letter issued Transcript I was able to get on tuesday had all zeros but now i cant even log in. It asks me to wait 24 hrs. I have no clue what is going on and from what I have researched it just depends on your situation. For some it took 2-5 days to show a ddd, others review others need more info. I hope it clears my 21st day is monday and im on the phone in the am for sure. If anyone has anything too help please update.

May or may not be offset. I have student loans that have never even shown on a credit report and i have never been offset. No topics on WMR, but I hear those can appear closer to DD. No offset letter. Will update.

After speaking with 3, yes THREE, heinous women on thursday at the IRS, I decided to give calling another try yesterday. Told the rep I was instructed to call via WMR (not true, but it worked), she took mine and my husband’s information and looked it up. Came back and informed me she showed a DDD of 2/11. At that time WMR was still showing on bar for both my husband and myself, so I find it comical they claim it has as much information as they do. Anyway, here is our situation, for anyone who may be in the same boat:

Filed 1/22 – accepted same day. “Randomly” chosen to be resequenced, wasn’t ACTUALLY accepted until 1/26. Married filing joint, nothing special, simple return. My husband is active duty military, so it was pretty straightforward.

Now, I don’t mean to be rude, but here is the part that annoyed the living crap out of me. EVEN IF we were selected to be resequenced, which clearly we were, there is zero reason why even then that anyone’s refund should have been processed and deposited to anyone that came even after our second date. It honestly makes zero sense to me. Just as those of you who filed prior to 1/22 should have had priority to us, it makes no sense that the IRS would kick someone back to the 26th and then proceed to complete the returns of people who filed 1/27, 1/30, FEBRUARY even. I mean, no wonder they are flooded with calls when people file and are told they are accepted in the early 20s of january are still waiting to find out what’s going on with their returns, while people who file in February are getting returns deposited within a week of filing. I don’t want to sound childish, but if you don’t have a complex return, there is no reason for that and quite frankly it’s reallg unfair.

But anyway, as of this morning WMR has finally updated and is showing a DDD of 2/11. I’ve been reading that others have received their deposits a couple days early, and the card we are using does early depositing, so there is a chance we may get it monday, but we shall see. It’s still comical to me that people have DDD’s of 2/9 that filed long after us, yet we still got even later, lol. Oh well, my husband said next year we are filing in March to avoid being lumped in with trillions of people all at once and to avoid it sending me into bitchy mode reading the posts from people filing 2/2 and getting annoyed by the contents of what they’re saying, lol. No offense to those of you this applies to, of course. It’s just very frustrating.

And for those who don’t want to read my rant, here is the cliff notes version:
*Filed: 1/22 – “accepted” same day
*Resequenced and actually accepted – 1/26
*Never bothered with transcripts
*WMR updated overnight 2/7, DDD – 2/11

Chose to use Accountnow this year as we have been using it for about a year now and receive my husband’s paycheck about 5 days early. Will update if we receive and it becomes available on Monday. Good luck to everyone and I hope those of you that are frustrated get some answers soon!

I don’t understand what’s going On. I finally was able to get a confirmation that I’ll get my state taxes back February 12. But when I check for my federal it still has no information except for me to call the Identity Protection Service Unit, and the IRS can’t tell me anything when I call. Anybody else in this situation?

U can also check sbbt bank online they hav an account already set up waiting for your refund, if thats who taxact goes thru, im not sure

I’ve lived in NC for 20 years and have not ever gotten my return before 4 weeks. With that new tax change this year it may be the full 6 weeks before they update you.

Your refund will go through SBBT first to take out your Taxact fees, you can get the phone number for them on the main page, once your fees are paid it will deposit to your bank. Should be on your DD date since fees need to be applied.

Jensinsocal I had to call several times before someone would even answer my question. This is ridiculous how the IRS will not give you any information on your tax return I think they should have warned everyone that they return will be late and that would have kept down over 50% of the phone calls that would atlease giving us some closure instead of being hit with a surprise.

Filed and accepted on the 20th no updates lost my bars last Saturday. Called and got a tax advocate yesterday. No topic codes, holds or offsets. Can’t see my transcripts either due to identity fraud. Called to get transcripts and they have the same address from last year so I know my refund has not been processed. I’m beyond pissed.

I am in the same boat. I filed around noon on 1/31 and was accepted within 30 minutes and it showed up as received on WMR within the hour. We filed married/joint and getting back a large refund as well. I don’t know my transaction code, I never could find it with TT. I was able to see my 2014 Account transcript yesterday with all 000’s and a date of 2/23/2015. I was resequenced last year and the that date changed. I am really hoping that doesn’t happen this year to. I am on a weekly cycle so I am not hopeful that I will see any changes until next week, meaning I probably won’t see any money until around the 20th…

I have been reading the threads here but still have some questions. I would appreciate anyone who could give me some insight! I filed 1/31 around 8pm (married filing joint), and was accepted same day (according to taxact). The middle numbers in my transaction code are 201502. One bar and N/A on transcripts except for “wages” so far – but I did notice a couple days ago that “account transcripts” was up for 2014 but it is all 000’s and has the date Feb.23. This is a large refund (over $10,000), if that matters. Anyone know when I could possible see movement on this? It’s frustrating seeing people that filed after me getting their DDD’s…

How do I know if my return is going to be offset for IRS debt? WMR has updated with a ddd of 2/11 and my transcript has the 846 code. It shows the full amount of my refund due. So I filled on 1/31 and had the DDD of 2/9. I split my deposit between a Bluebird card and a Walmart Moneycard Preferred card. This morning my money on my Blue Bird card is here but my money on the Walmart Moneycard is not. It is the Preferred version that has rapid payroll deposit, so they are not supposed to hold deposits, but release them as soon as they get notified.

Katie- as far as I have seen yes some earlier, it seems to depend on if you paid your fees in advance or had them taken out of your refund.

Hub’s check is dd on his netspend card. We usually get funds late Wednesday night or very early Thursday morning.

Knock on wood, we haven’t had any issues with netspend. Used them last year for our refund and got our money when we should have.

It’s a glitch on the irs end. I was told that I had no direct deposit account info entered at all. I know my account info was entered. I even double checked to make sure it was correct. After reading through several threads I’ve found that this has happened to many others who entered a correct account number and somehow there account # was kicked out by the irs systems. I hope this helps. My file and accepted date 1/31, approved on 2/3, statement that I’ll have a check mailed by 2/11 no update since 2/3

I filed on 1/28 via freetaxusa.com. I’ve used that site for about ten years now. After impatiently waiting for a status update on WMR, I finally woke up this morning happy to see my refund is approved. Similar to Chris IRS2Go says this will be sent to my bank by 2/11/15. I can relax and schedule a few credit card payments now. Good luck to all that filed on 1/28, mo matter the service/method.

I have the 570 code too, but not the code others were talking about from the health insurance. I called and was told they are reviewing my return and could take up to an additional 45 days and they will let me know if they need further information.
