Good evening, I am in the 20150402 cycle posting. Up until yesterday, i had one bar on WMR. This morning, they were gone and there was just a message saying that my return is being processed. When I access my account transcript, The last code entered is the one for child tax. There is no 846, no 570, nothing. When I call the offset line, it says i have no tax offset but I DO know that I owe the IRS money. Does anyone have any ideas as to whats going on? If they take whats owed to them, how long will it take to receive the remainder of my tax refund? Thanks in advance.

This waiting is the norm. But why can’t they just go in order as received??

I Just wanted to share with everybody my experience with PayPower and TaxAct.

I filed early with TaxAct on JAN 8th and was accepted on JAN 14th
I had a cycle code 20150402 code 846 monday morning
Today Wednsday 28th WMR updated and confirmed my DDD for Friday JAN 30th as cycle number said it would be.
I signed into my paypower online account to see if there was anything pending and to my surprise my FED TAX return was there posted today JAN 28th and ready for me to spend. I tested it out by making a donation to IGMR because “I GOT MY REFUND YAY” and kept my sanity thanks to the brilliant minds of the Mods/Admin at IGMR.

Has anyone actually gotten a blank account transcript, and then had it fill out with your information later on?

I have seen a number of people like me with a blank account transcript, but I have not seen *anyone* say “My transcript was blank, but now it is not blank anymore.” Has anyone had this happen at all??

Nothing is wrong. It just has not processed yet. As long as it has been accepted.
Some are just luckier than others. I myself have a black cloud that follows me everywhere. This where patience comes into play

If you are in a rush and your netspend card is in the mail you can go into a store buy one and call them they will add it to your account as a temporary card until the one with your name on it arrives. That way you have access to your money.

Anyone have an y experience with VyStar Credit Union? Do your hold funds until DDDor will they release them as they come in? I got cycle 04/03 and was told that meant 2/2, and I’m just wondering what are the chances that I would see it in my account before then?

I can vouch Memphis is in their game this year. I filed 1/22. Used all 3 identifiers (previous pin, previous agi, and new pin for this year) was accepted in 5 mins, 5 days later recieved transcripts, 6 days recieved dd for the 8th day. I filed with same everything… people,address,same employer.
I had 1 w2 (my husband’s which has been the same for 4 years) 2 children(same for last 5 years) claimed child tax and eic… it was seriously identical to last year’s return except I made a few $1000 less this year… and we all had insurance all year…
I think a bid hold up is the insurance credit. They have to figure up on a month to month basis the amount you should have recieved and are owed/owe. I also have seen quite a few people getting sent to review for 60-90 days this year (signaled by the TC 570 instead of TC 846 on transcript)

Hey, so I got the card… it was a difficult process to get it activated in total about 4 hours ! I filed and was accepted on the 20th have a ddd of the 30th and have not received anything yet and i dont know how to check if anything is pending but i will update if i do! Good luck everyone! Liberty tax bank JTH claim they dnt hold refunds but they havent rerecieved it yet And the emerald card said they deposit immediately. I am so confused, it went from saying we are almost finished processing get it within 2 weeks blah blah blah to this new message now-We are almost finished processing your return. Once your refund is approved, the issue date will be available. Why did it change? When will I get a ddd?

Which is most accurate information? TOP line says no offsets, NSLDC shows defaulted student loans, and my eddebt.com doesn’t list all the loans. I’m in the process of consolidation, and wondering if I’ll be offset???

Yeah, this whole issue with Kentucky is ridiculous. It’s one thing to have the refunds delayed, but to just give us a bunch of representative jargon when you call to inquire is rude. You’re tellin’ me that no one at the Kentucky Department of Revenue has any idea what is going on? Haha, good one.

Last year I used an AMEX Serve card and had fees taken out. I had a DDD of 2/10, the SBBT received the deposit on the Friday beforehand, and I had the funds deposited on Saturday the 8th. So there is a chance you may see it soon, but I think that was just Amex being awesome and not holding the funds all weekend until Monday. They deposit the next day, no matter what day. So with a DDD of this Friday, you will have it either Friday or Saturday early morning around 2:55 EST.

It’s hard to predict when they will process yours/issue a return in the future, as there are many factors involved in it and there is always the risk of delay, audit, etc.
That said.. However it looks as if they processed yours on 05 every year and are possibly on a weekly cycle. The MOST recent people who have gotten their transcripts have received a cycle code of 20150403 and should expect movement on WMR and a DDD within the next 3-4 days. With the first 3 weeks being dead weeks, I would say your return is most likely to be processed and transcripts available this week within the next 1-2 days and WMR updated and DDD sometime beginning of next week with a DDD towards the end of the week Weds-Thurs. Thats my best guess. I would say that if you can’t view your transcripts by Friday night, then I’d start to worry.

I just saw a post on another board where a person claims he got healthcare penalty 896 without 570 and has ddd of 1/30.

Cycle dates there means year/week/day

05 is the day which is thrusday so you probably always got your refund on wedsnday

I actually asked during a recent phone call to customer service who advised that my account will text me when deposit is made, and that it would post on the expected date not early as netspend is good for.

I quit using netspend though after some really poor response to customer service. Wish now I had keep it only for tax season.

I have been using the emerald card for the past 9 years and I receive every direct deposit on it. I remember last year talking to customer service for the emerald card and asking if they release tax returns right away or do we have to wait for deposits to process and they told me as soon as the IRS sends the deposit it is released they do not hold it. So if you are like me & have a DD of 1/30 and the IRS sends the deposit to your card account tomorrow it will be on your card tomorrow. Last year my DD was 2/13 and I got it on 2/8. Also you can go to any H&R Block and request a new card they can give you a new card that is connected to your account information that you used for your deposit.

Unfortunetly I don’t think this is right. I have a confirmation number of 201502 that is still processing with no DDD yet but my daughter has a confirmation number of 201502 and she has a DDD for 1/30. I submitted both her return and mine on 1/21. We both were accepted immediately. Last year the exact same thing happened. I submitted us both at the same time and she was approved about two weeks prior to me. For some reason I end up on the weekly cycle instead of the daily.

I filed on the 22nd, approved an hour later. 1 bar and TT 152 since i was approved. I have not had any movement since then. Turbo Tax online shows Expected refund date of 1/23/2015 to 02/15/2015, the TT App shows 02/20/2015 and WMR has only one bar.

So many ppl have either received DD or have transcripts.
I keep getting locked out of website for transcripts.
SBBT has no record of funding be deposited to them and WMR i have heard isn’t working properly.
Some ppl are receiving there returns and still only have one bar.

Hope Im part of the DD 1/30/2015 I could so use the extra cash:)

I was in a Family Dollar today, the lady in front of me was paying with a Rushcard, she seemed to be unfamiliar with it, as she asked the cashier if they accepted them, then mentioned that it had her tax refund on it. @Florida nope, basic codes like 105, the EIC code, etc. nothing diff from years past (except I’m missing TC846–essential for getting a refund). Just the TC896. I did have a Tax Topic 201 this am on WMR. I owed previous taxes and they applied my refund. I’m just waiting for yet another update to release the leftover $$$ and give me a DDD (per IRS rep this morning). Tax debts can delay your refund. However, the tax debt and application aren’t reflected on my scripts. I could very well wake up tomorrow to a TC570 after it updates. Tax season sucks.

Cycle dates have to also have a code 846 to anticipate a soon coming refund.

For simplicity’s sake, all the 2015402ers were grouped together. 846 code essentially means approved for refund without it, expect additional steps, hence no refund at the same time as the rest of the group.

For many, there will be a delay because of the lack of health insurance. Its rumored that this should only be 4 days extra.

Exactly your cycle date is one day from mine. you get yours friday i get mine monday. Weekends doesnt count….. Since i get my deposit a day early through my bank it will be friday i get my deposit

I got the same quiz in the mail too. I filed on the State’s website using my driver’s license. Then they want proof on top of that. A little over the top. I can see if the address or something didn’t match but we have been filing from the same address for the last 10 years and on their website. Used the telefile prior to the website.

Someone needs to write Joe testa (the tax commissioner) a little note. Not just someone, everyone.

Do you have an equivalent “freeze” code holding yours?

I read there are several codes to freeze an account.

I also read that 570 typically also generates a 971 I think it was which was notice sent to taxpayer.

In the absence of a letter being sent to notify the reason for a freeze, it sounds reasonable that it may be healthcare penalty related.

But I really have no clue
