I filed and was accepted 1/20. My bars went away 2 days after being accepted. WMR just says its being processed and no tax topic. I was just able to sign up for transcripts (once I got the address correct) but then I had to call IRS for Identity Theft (I got the error message). So I called them and the rep says there is no identity theft, but that my account is being reviewed/processed. However, WMR & TurboTax do not reflect this and I have no received a letter. Do you think I’m just in the pile of people that are unlucky and are getting put on the back burner and have to wait or should I be worried about a lengthy review? What is the turn around time for receiving a letter from the IRS when there is an issue? Thanks so much ! :)
Transcripts update daily for IMF processing. However they post in the evenings as transaction posting ends at 9PM on weeknights. That’s when you usually start seeing updates though from what I’ve seen it happens at 10 PM.
Thursday night however is different in the fact that transaction posting ends at 10 PM on thursday nights. Thus we might not see a lot of updates happen until around 11 if this week is anything to go by.
@IRSWoes: From what I understand, you only owe money back if you didn’t give an accurate amount on your income when you signed up for the marketplace… at least that’s what I was hoping for. Otherwise, an epic amount of people are going to be extremely pissed off that their refund suddenly goes to $0 because they have to repay that “loan” every year…
Weekly here. My return always takes from 14-19 days. For the last several yrs (at least 6) this is how it has worked for me… I wake up to an update on Saturday morning that tells me refund approved and scheduled for dd, if not received by (always gives a date 2 Tuesdays away) to contact them. Then on the following Wednesday it updates a second time to tell me it will be dd on Friday, 2 days from then, and I’ve never had it deposit, ever, on any other day than Friday as scheduled. Last year is the first time I pulled transcripts and they did indeed update real time noon est on the Friday right before the updates. Filed 1/29 expecting an update this Sat morn.
Took a long time of trying just to get up that hill!!!!

Saying a prayer for all those that filed early and have been patiently waiting and watching while others who filed after us, THIS WEEK EVEN, and have already received their DDD…. God knows we need it!!
I filed on 2/2, accepted about an hour later. I was finally able to view my transcripts this morning! Cycle date of 20150504. Hoping to see an update or actual DDD tonight or tomorrow morning. I know it should be 2/10! Anyone else with this file/acceptance date or cycle date, post any updates!
Couple questions, I don’t think I have an offset. I do owe student loans but am in forbearance in one and making payments on another and have never gotten a default letter or anything, but could that be what my hold up is? How would I know if I had an offset? Would the irs have sent me a letter?
Next question
I filed 1/22 accepted 1/23 can only see N/A on transcripts. I did not file the last two years due to not working. Would that cause a delay ? Or am I likely just one of the many who is delayed this year due to issues with the processing etc?Where do you find cycle codes

I have a question I filed on the 20th and it was received in minutes I tried to download account transcripts but it was in encryption so by the 25th I couldn’t get into the system saying wrong info and got locked out on my wrm it say still processing with topic 152 so this week here I called irs and a agent faxed my account for 2013 and 2014 and in the status part it said mf re-sequenced so I called back and a agent says my account was kicked out and they didn’t receive it until the 22nd. so I’m like ok. so to be curious I called again and I was told that it wasn’t put in the system until the 30th. I am so confused because I never been through this. but last year I was under review because my expenses was put in right, but after 5 letters and 6 months of waiting I got a hardship advocate and the situation was handled and I got my refund with a extra 100 also. now my I am just confused because I called and thy say I am still being process should I be worried again or because I was re-sequenced I should be fine? do you think I will get a update since I haven’t received a letter and I did go to a tax preparer this year instead of doing it myself? please enlighten me because I am a single mother of two.

If the offset hotline says they took it all they took it all. I would call 1 800 304 3107 and check with the customer service there. you can get to them by pressing 1 then 2 then 5. are situations are just a tad different. my refund is more than my offset.
Waiting with bated breath for something to happen tonight. I still cannot see any of my transcripts.
I’m on the west coast…I’ve been checking after 9 pm. Is this reasonable? (I check in the morning too)
I think this applies to me. I filed/accepted on 1/20. Stuck on 1 bar until 2/3 when my bars and amount disappeared. I filed through TaxAct and have one of those “dead cycle” submission codes that people are talking about. I cannot see any of my transcripts except the wage & income and it says no return filed.
I am worried that they need the 1095-A but I think that I would have heard something by now? I don’t want to have to call since I work normal office hours/days.
From what I read on here, weekly cycles will update thursday night/Friday we should see an update. Then again I’m not 100% sure so don’t quote me on that, that’s just from me reading through different posts. Hopefully I’m right lol I hate the waiting game :/
Bart when would my transcript update again? It still shows 846 refund sent and the full amount and the where’s my refund still shows it was sent to my bank 2/4/15. The topic 203 is still at the bottom but refund amount hasn’t changed. I also received another w2 in the mail for some stock options that were cashed out so I didn’t have them included on my return they about $5,000. Maybe they updating my return for that? Or they took offset but doesn’t show they did?
i have no idea what my cycle code is, since I couldn’t get my transcripts. I have a feeling I got lumped into the weekly cycle though, since I claimed an education credit and I hear that can land you a lovely spot in the weekly group.
My previous cycle codes are 20140604, 20130601, and 20120404. What does this mean? What is the ’06’ stand for? Does anyone else have a 06 from previous years and filed on or around 1/29? Do you have an update?

Combined with other jobs I would’ve made 20 something thousand and would owe them. Job sent in corrected w2 in the late months of the year.
I also filed 2/2. No updates. One bar. No transcripts. A friend of mine filed 1/30 and has a ddd 2/6. Seems to be moving fast but of course not fast enough for me. Im a lunatic this time of year…every year waiting on uncle sam. Anyone know when we should see an update or aval. transcripts?

i filed 1/27 recived 1/28 i have n/a transcripts and 000 for my account and wages whats going on last year my numbers 20140603 what does that mean for this year had offset for the past two years but paid them off and no offset this year!!! whats going on please help confused!!

Its just weird that the IRS says it was sent. The offset department says they don’t have payment on it. The refund department in the IRS says it was sent. Treasury said it wasn’t posted to their account yet.
Could the IRS be backlogged>? They show on my account that a offset could happen but nothing has been taken yet. They said they sent the full refund that I was getting. This is just getting nerveracking man I have never had this happen to me. Seems like others are in my same situation as well. I just don’t know how a direct deposit gets lost..
No pending deposits in my bank or HRB bank before release after fees.

Filed 1/28, accepted 1/28, one bar on wmr, no transcripts, tax topic 152, no letters in the mail, nothing… starting to get hesitant as to why people who have filed 2/1 have a ddd of 2/6 when I got nothing…
Bill yes it can take 48 hours or more sometime and refund traces can take 1 week and they would issue u a check which takes 1-2 weeks
I filled on 2/2 with TT and I was accepted like 15 mins later. I have not seen anything move other the received bar from Irs. I tried to get my transcript and it was ALL blank except for my name. I am thinking I should get transcript tomorrow,… anyone know why not even transcripts?

So I filed Early and was accepted 1/13 had 1 bar for the longest time and when I pulled my transcript I have cycle code 20150402 the 570 code on there. For about a week now my bars on WMR have disappeared and replaced with:
Your tax return is still being processed.
A refund date will be provided when available.
i know the 570 code is the ACA tax penalty but I’m wondering if any one else with 570 code on their transcript have are still waiting for their refund or if it’s just me. I tried calling the IRS but so far I just get pointed to the automated system. Any insight on this is greatly appreciated
Hello, filed and accepted 1/31 we did all the forms for marketplace etc and owe $52 for Aca overpayment and we are sitting at 1 bar w/ no transcripts just 152 we have lived in the same place for 10 yrs and no changes whatsoever . It seriously is making me sick every other year it’s been a 7-10 day wait for the whole process but We’re stuck because we obeyed the law and got appropriate ins any thoughts?

I hope I check like every day I’m frustrated lol I need ma money lol….no bars on wmr…and I I can see my trascrips. .but it’s all ooo and says returns not filed ive read a lot of people are going thru the same thing…
