I applied for a hardship with the advocate program, spoke with the advocate and did not wait the 21 days and will have my money this Friday. I do not have time to wait around and pe penalized for being an honest person.
I have a DDD for 2/4. My bank (keybank) does not see any pending deposits. Should I be worried? Does the IRS only send refunds during one period of the day or night?
No change…2014 transcripts still unavailable
Tori, mine is too!! I called the other day, as I said I did in my earlier post, and it gives me options that doesn’t pertain to me. WHAT DO YOU DO?!?!?! Do you think that its because my bank account had a wrong number in it? I am currently waiting on my check from FED, cause I fudged up my account number like a big IDIOT!
I filed and was accepted on 1/28.
When I try to request online transcripts it says “We cannot process your transcript request. Please contact the Identity Protection Specialized Unit (IPSU) at 800-908-4490.”
When I try to request 2014 transcripts from the drop down menu, both account and return, it says none on file.
I presume they just aren’t done processing my return.
Your Georgia income tax refund is scheduled to be transmitted, or was transmitted, to your designated bank account on 2/4/2015. Please allow 5-7 business days from that date and verify your designated account information to confirm receipt.

I have one also and they will have hell if I have to wait anytime for my money. Ive been with thm too long amd customer service has ability that most companies dont give customer service reps, so ur deposit should post thn!
Not sure where u are located but they update again at 9am mountain time. Hope this helps
Jenna – I am getting the same info when trying to request my transcripts. It is starting to get ridiculous. Still nothing I always have mine within 7-9 days with TT, so I am actually quite surprised there is nothing.
Have you guys reviewed your cycle dates from previous returns? It will show you if you’re on a weekly cycle date or daily. It’s weekly if the last number is the same each year. Mine ends in 05 for the past 3 years. That tells me I should get my return on Wednesday as always. I didn’t get an update to my transcript like others last night, but theirs all updated ending in 02 which makes sense that I didn’t get an update, because I’m an 05er. The 05ers for this week got their transcript updates last Friday or Saturday (I believe) with a cycle date of 20150405. So if my theory is correct, I should see an update by the end of this week with 20150505. That’s tax year 2015, Week 5, Day 5 = Wednesday 2/11/2015. So check to see if you’re on a weekly cycle, this will give you an idea at least of which day of the week you should be getting your refund.
Just called, option 3 is ‘Special Investigations and Fraud Detection’, and again they need W2s for income verification. My DH changed jobs in 2013 and she said they need W2s to verify income for that. I told her we SENT them in already for 2013 and she said yep….but he didn’t work there a full year in 2013 so we need to verify them again in 2014. Then gave me the number to fax them in, told me I could call back in 48 hours to make sure they received the W2 and then it would take a few weeks for a refund. GREAT!!!!
Had a ddd for today, just checked my account and nothing, I am using AMEX serve, any chance I still get it today or am I going to have to wait.
i can log in and the only thing i see under 2014 transcripts is under income and when i open it up it says no record. anyone else get this, if so did your transcripts appear later?

@ aquarius: The point of being able to order transcripts is it tells you that you are done processing. When your transcripts are unavailable, you are still in processing hell! ;)

:(SBBT just received my money & it said it was disbursed today but my bank doesn’t have it! The bank said it should be there tomorrow!! I Was hoping it would show today! But check SBBT THEY ARE UPDATING THIS MORNING
Gosh, I just got off the phone with the sweetest IRS lady. She said that even though the email I got from tax act stated that I was accepted on 1\16, I was actually not accepted with IRS until 1\21!! SUPER SAD FACE! At least that explains why nothing has happened. I have blank transcripts with the 2\16\2015 generic evil date on them. I want to whine, but I am going to restrain myself. I really gotta change my withholding though. Waiting on a large refund is kinda like torture because you are aware you ahve totally overpaid a rather corrupt organization, and that just stings a bit!! :)
Same here still nothing and no use in calling because they keep saying you have to wait 21 days from the 20th smh so what was the point of accepting my return on the 12th then??? every year its something with the irs.
@WillBeas I just checked SBBT…..when it first hit there it said it would be sent out tomorrow. It does now say that it has been sent to my bank already. ACH 02/03/2015

Yea the disbursement detail…mine say sent 02/03/2015 not sure why they would hold anyone elses. Just read the entire page cant find it..I hope not tht would suck!

Casey, there should be a cycle date on your return which starts with 2015. Someone on another thread said they had to pull their return record to actually see the cycle date. I’m not sure what the return record is, but if you search the other threads you should be able to find their post.

SBBT is a bunch of BS. They got our money today and says it will be released tomorrow. They get to hold all that money for a day and collect interest off the money we earned. Pure corporate greed. Should not be allowed. Once they receive money that’s not even theirs….they should be legally required to transfer it immediately.
That means you will get your money on Friday the 6th. Congrats!!
Just wondering if there are still any early filers left that haven’t heard anything and haven’t updated. Can’t get transcripts and or haven’t updated and no refund yet? I filed 1/12. Accepted 1/13. Lost bars this past weekend. Nothing on transcript (wages) just says no record of refund filed. Can’t access others and can’t get in to request mailed ones it just says my info doesn’t match but I can get into the online ones idk. Don’t understand what the hold up is. No letter yet.

i did just notice it states the deposit will be transferred to my bank tomorrow. Which is a load of BS! They could very easily do it today but they get to hold onto everyone’s money and collect a days worth of interest off of it. That is pure greed and should not be allowed. Just my humble opinion.

I just wish my transcripts would update one way or another so I would know what is going on with my return. I’ve seen a lot of people have called and most get different answers or get hung up on. It’s ridiculous.

Filed 1/20 accepted same day. Still no Return transcript. However, I have been an 05er for the past 3 years (Wednesdays). Since they gave out 20150502 last night (Friday 6th), I’m still optimistic that I will get an update to my transcript this week (by this weekend) with 20150505 which will be next Wednesday 11th. I will be pissed if I don’t, because that means I’ll be 20150605 which is not until Wednesday the 18th!

Okay got off the phone with a nice IRS lady and she said the reason why my bars disappeared and I havent gotten nothing is because Im under review. After she peeked more into the account she saw it had to do with my EIC and I told her that there should be only one child on there. She said I had two and I made a mistake in filing my other son this year. So she noted that on the account and told me I had to wait 3 weeks and I should see some kind of money after everything is resolved. but she did say that due to my cycle being 20150405 I would have gotten my DDD today and they did see I filed 1/20 and they recieved it 1/20.
