@sean earls. I have a cycle code of 20150503 too and mine also says 2/23 for refund date. I checked last years trans and it said a refund date of 3/24 but I actually received it on 3/12. So I don’t think that date means anything. Maybe that date is the lastest you could receive by or something. *shrugs*

Yeah I have read a lot of what you posted on the IRS website. I think I had access to blank transcripts last Tuesday and yet still no movement. no letters in the mail about reviews. I have health insurance from my company so nothing there. I do have 05 in my cycle date for the last few years. I didn’t get updated this past Tuesday so I am hoping you are right and I see an update tomorrow. I was accepted on January 20th and 21 days will be next Tuesday so if I don’t see anything tomorrow it is getting down to the last few days…….

Ugh man…… im not sure what is going on my taxes got aproved 1/26/15 and i went thru turbo tax my DDD says 2/4/15 i use my money network card from my work i havent gotten anything yet i am still on 2 bars and just called my bank and nope nothing pending yet wth is up man anyone in my boat??? @Jason I read somewhere that ppl with the 0502 cycle code would be getting a DDD of 2/06. So maybe you’ll get that DDD but WMR just isn’t updating properly or something. Hope it happens for you though.

Oh and in that same forum it said that ppl with 0000 in their return meant that they were being recycled for one reason or another. Idk if I for sure understood what it was saying as it was all a little discouraging.

I have tried to figure out whats going on with my taxes by going through everyones posts and looking up codes. I have been doing my own taxes for years and usually have my dd within 2 weeks but I have never been an early filer before. This year I filed on 01/19 was accepted and approved on 01/20. My WMR pizza tracker bars disappeared and it just says processing with code 152. I was FINALLY able to pull all 4 of my 2014 transcripts last Wednesday on 01/28, but still no progress on WMR. My cycle code is 20150405. I do have a code 570 but that is the only code that is different from the last few years. I called the IRS today and of course they are no help, they said they couldn’t even look into it until 21 days has passed. Any suggestions??? Any clue when I’ll get my refund?

I also have the JH preferred card. It shows the IRS sent my money to Jackson Hewitt on the 1st. SSBT their bank, took out my tax prep fees then sent to Jh preferred on the 2nd. Here it is the 4th and still no sight of my rather large refund. I seen this thread and now I am very worried. When I finally got a Supervisor on the line after an hour hold he says there is no record of my deposit yet but be patient. Then tells me he is also waiting on his so he can understand but it is out of his hands. Was also told by him that they only post deposits through 12:30 pm so unfortunately if it is not their by early afternoon then it will be prayers till the next business day. :(

Ugh this makes the 3rd year in a row I seemed to have gotten stuck in a slow moving group of returns. I filed and was accepted on 1/23 within a few hours so I was so hopeful that my return would be one of those with a 7-8 day turn around. But nooooo still sitting on one bar and transcripts both have n/a. I did just read another forum that said those of us that have n/a should update overnight. Anyone else hear anything g new?

I got federal today. Checked and I had a dd of the 6th checked my bank after depositing my paycheck and had it in there. So check your banks because I’m still sitting at 2 bars on WMR

I filled on 1/29 and been checking WMR periodically and still says being processed and it is now the 4th also when i go to check my transcript’s it says 2014 N/A So i am wondering what is going on . I filled Turbo Tax Military Edition So it was free . Also My Fiance filled the same day as me and she has got a DDD for Friday the 6th .

So i am crossing my fingers opening tonight i will get my DDD soon .

When you are processing and there is a problem processing (whether due to an error on your return that needs to be fixed or an error with the IRS system), your return is then delayed a cycle(or a week) however the day stays the same. So if you got blank transcripts on a thursday night you should see an update of some sort the following thursday night. This has proven true already with people who got blank transcripts last tuesday and got completed transcripts this tuesday.

For some errors while processing you are delayed two cycles. We don’t know for sure though that this is what’s happened because it hasn’t been two cycles since people got blank transcripts.

Also this isn’t information I’ve speculated it’s been obtained straight through the IRS manual.

So I filed and was accepted on 1/23 and I still have n/a under my account transcript and my return transcript for 2014. If I’m understanding you correctly, this means my return hasn’t finished processing? Does that also mean I fall into the group of ppl you mentioned at the beginning should she some sort of update tonight? I went and look at my return transcript for my previous last 3 years returns and 2011 code ends in 03, 2012 in 02 and 2013 in 01. Does that give any additional indications as to when I can expect an update or a DDD?

Btw correct or incorrect, thank you so very much for sharing your knowledge with us. So many of us are in desperate need of our refunds come February and idc if the info you give me is occasionally incorrect because you’re at least trying to help us understand it all and to provide us with information.

I have the same thing and I called the offset phone number and they told me the amount of the offset. I am praying it doesn’t actually come out because I have heard of it not coming out for some people. I have the same question as you cause my transcript doesn’t show it. I have the 846 refund sent code. Is that what your transcript says too?

I filed on 1/13 and was accepted on 1/14. I had one bar until 1/30 when it disappeared attempted to obtain my transcripts to see what cycle I was on but got a message saying that I needed to contact the Identity Protection Specialized Unit. After a few days I was finally able to get in touch with someone and was asked some questions to verify my identity and the I was told that my transcripts were not available. My question is how long does it usually take for them to process once you call in. My return is pretty much the same as it is every year and I usually recieve my return in less than 8 days

I filed on the 22nd of Jan. Was accepted within a few hours…still processing…I wonder if it’s because a lot of people filed within that week and it’s taking a bit longer due to overload. I had my refund back in 10 days last year, I’m on day 13 now with no DDD yet…wish it would hurry up…

Ok injured spouse question.. Doing my brothers taxes- he owes back support but now has full custody of his child, he is married and she has a child also (not together). When filling out the injured spouse form for her, can she use both children as exemptions and claim the child credit for both? Or is she only allowed to claim her child as a. Exemption? Thank yiu

Turbo tax did the sAme thing to me- my account number and routing are x’ed out on return and my refund was switched to check to be mailed by 2/6!!! So annoying!!! I did ask them about it and they refunded the 34.99$ I had to pay to upgrade

I am new to injured spouse. I knew it was going to happen at some point and this was the year. I just files today and it was approved. I efiled every thing. I made about 700 bucks, he made 29000 (estimate) we have two kids. We get eic and other credits. Idk how they figure out what to take and how much we get back. I guess I will see in 11 weeks. Can you explain more about this and where exactly I would find this number? I only see my cycle date of 20150405 which means todays DDD 2/4/15. My WMR also gives me 2/4/15 for DDD and I have no deposit. I do have an offset but it doesn’t show on my transcript, I have 846 refund sent. That’s another question, when would my transcript update and show an offset?

I filed 2/1 and got transcripts on 2/4 cycle code 20150503 and a code of 846 but it says refund date 2/23/2015. This is on Account transcripts not Tax return transcripts.

Filed 1/29 accepted within a few hours, checked next day h&r block said 1/30 acceptance even though I had an email saying it was like 5pm eastern on 1/29 waited a couple days and checked to see if I could get transcripts and it told me to contact identity unit to verify identity, did so and they didn’t even need any info but they said my acceptance date moved to 2/2… Still one bar, no transcripts

I filed with TurboTax and was accepted on 1/26/15. Got a DDD of today 2/4/15. I have an offset that I am hoping wont actually come out even though the offset phone number says it will. I did not get a direct deposit today and wheres my refund is still on the 2nd bar. My transcripts have no error codes the last code on transcript is the 846 refund sent with the full dollar amount. My cycle date is today 20150405 and the other date listed next to deposit issued is 2/16/2015 which I think most peoples say but they typically still get it earlier on the cycle date. I am hoping the offset doesn’t happen and I do get a refund but as of now there is no money in my account. I paid fees upfront so no middle man either.

@ Mo: Sorry honey, I was at work. Okay, did you try to order your transcripts (online) yet? If not, try to order them. *DO NOT TRY MORE THAN ONCE* you will get locked out and that will drive you NUTS, lol. If it says you address does not match, or N/A, you are not done processing. However, if it comes up and you do not have a code of any code that starts with 5 or 9, you are good. If you see the code 846 YOUR REFUND IS ISSUED!! Now if you cannot get in now, wait unit after 11pm EST, that is when it has updated for everyone. I do not think you will have a DDD for the 6th, but it is a good chance of the 7th or 9th. Let me know what you find out… GOOD LUCK!

Oh, by the way, the tax websites are pretty much fool-proof, I am sure you did fine. ;-)

Be sure to send in Form 8962 for the healthcare. I was accepted on 1/12 and I know I’ve been waiting since the 20th. Bars on WMR disappeared 1/26 and transcripts N/A. Finally spoke with someone yesterday that helped me and they informed me that they didn’t receive my initial form and that’s why I was stuck processing.
