When I filed my taxes I used my husbands DD information since I do not have a bank account, and we do not have a joint account yet. Has anyone ever done this, was it successful?

@Jenna yup, for both my husband and I… I was able to get in a few days ago (no transcript then), but, now it’s locked me out saying that they couldn’t verify my information? We did move so earlier this week when I tried I put our old address and it let me in. Then all of a sudden that address wasn’t right, I got excited thinking maybe they had updated it with the new info (and hopefully a transcript ;) ) but alas when I tried the new address it locked me out :(

Dont worry, you probably arent under review, i have pretty much the same as you and still no progress.

When you enter your address for the transcripts, put your address like this 123 main.
Dont include the ‘st, or street or ave’
thats what I do and it always goes through but still no transcripts available for me

Hello all, I also just got 20150502 for a cycle. I filed the 29th, WMR hasn’t updated to show DDD but I was able to check my transcripts online and I was able to get my cycle (20150502) date from account transcript. Does this mean I will get my refund on Friday the 6th? I really hope so, need the money for car repairs bad.

I have a DDD of 2/4/15 as well. I used HRB efile, paid fees with refund, and use Ameriana Bank. I just called to check on pending deposits and nothing is showing for today or tomorrow. Bank said they at least have 1 day notice of ACH deposits so now looking to at least Thursday. I know your question was for Chase Bank and SBBT but thought I would give my info since we had same DDD and using a bank.

I filed on 1/13 and was accepted on 1/14 I had one bar and TT 152 and on Thursday or Friday my bar disappeared and I had a message saying that my refund date will be updated when it becomes available. I then attempted to go online and look at my transcripts to see what cycle I was in just to get a message saying contact identity protection specialized unit. So after days of trying to contact them I just got in contact with them this morning after a 40 min wait. I spoke with a woman who asked me questions to verify my identity and ten told me my transcripts weren’t available and that my return was under manual review and that it may take up to 8 weeks from 1/30 to process my return. Praying it won’t be that long!

I too received mine a few minutes ago sent to my bank, but got a text that says 1-5 business days, which will put me into next Monday. Is that really how long it’s going to take for my bank to get my money? I can’t wait that long ;(

@Mtomsha The IRS lady told me today that they have to check into your wages and W-2 to make sure its correct especially since you have a new place of employment. She told me itll be another 3 weeks then Ill see some money.

I filed and was accepted the 20th with TT. My transcripts finally updated this morning and have a refund issued code for 2/23. My account transcripts set for exactly one week with all 0’s saying no return on file. I believe my return was re sequenced for whatever reason.

Illinois state started accepting e-file tax returns yesterday. Let’s hope they fair better than the Federal system, although given their track record, I am not holding my breath. If you’re in Illinois and already filed, keep us posted.

Hello all, ugh I’m getting impatient & pissed off at the same time.. Ok I filed 1/20 accepted 1/20 still no transcripts, 1 bar on WMR no progress what so ever, only difference from last year is that I moved.. My cycle date last year was 0603.. If the IRS if going by that again that mean the 21 day mark( 2/10) will be passed! I hope they don’t try to re sequence me just to cover there butt! I’m currently waiting to talk to a supervisor so I can try to get some answers!

I have a net spend card. I filed my taxes on January 26. Was approved the same day and was told my DD date will be February 4. It is February 3 10 AM and still no money. I thought Netspend was supposed to get your money to you 2 to 3 days earlier?

Does anyone have USAA? They are saying they can’t see pending deposits. My refunds was at SBBT around 7:30 am (CST) and then it says ACH 2/3. Anyone else in the same boat. DDD of 2/4 obviously.

So far this tax season has been a nightmare for me! I filed 1/13 using tax slayer and was accepted 1/14. Then 1/30 my bar disappeared and my refund amount was still there but had a message saying still processing that refund date would be provided when available so no more 21 days or less guarantee. So I attempted to get online transcripts only to get the message contact identity protection specialized unit…..so I started to freak out. So after trying to call day after day and getting told that the call volume was TOO high and to try back later (figured out best time to call 7-8am and I still waited on hold for 40 min). Once I actually spoke to someone she asked me questions to verify my identity and then told me it may take up to 8 weeks from 1/30 to process my return but it may be before then. She also informed me that my return was under manual review i couldnt Remember if i used the same pin from last year or not! I’m praying since I confirmed my identity that this will get my bars back sooner than 8 weeks! Anyone in a similar situation that has moved from no bars to a DDD

Very worried and upset why it’s taking so long. State now has no record of me filing. Also my transcript says data doesn’t match.

hey so i i filed on the 20th an i got a letter the irs stating i was be review and to wait 60 days i called them and got a hold of a real person who really could not help me.i have not changed my name i was unemployed last year and this im employed so im assuming that is the reason for the review. has anyone ever gone through this. i filed thru Turbo Tax like i have for the past 5 years. i just want to figure this all out anyone else getting reviewed? IIRC, ACHs go out in batches. Depending on the bank, there could be several during the day, or just one at the end of the day.
With today’s tech, there’s NO reason they couldn’t do them as they’re generated – but that’s banks for you…

I can’t access transcripts it says address is wrong even though I do it exactly as tt shows on my forms. I have no offsets any help would be great I need enlightened on the transcript thing and why it rejects my address

@lamoney0409 I just spoke with a rep and they said I was selected for a random review. They verified my employer and my refund amount and SSN and address and name and told me i was all set should have refund in 7-21 days. I called and pressed option 3 even though I didn’t believe there was suspicion of fraud. i would definitely call if I was you. i was only on the phone 5 mins and now I’m just awaiting my DD

Honestly, I’ve given up hope that I’ll see my refund anytime soon. I think this is the first year I’ve ever had “problems” like this. Filed via JH (probably never will after this year, always used TT) sent 1/20, accepted 1/21, can’t see transcripts for 2014 or even order them. 1 bar on WMR, never disappeared topic 152.

Just checked WMR and still at 1 bar, with TT 152.. I’ve been looking at the discussion for 1/28’ers and so far I didn’t see anyone with a confirmed DDD. Hoping that WMR will update tonight and we will have some DDD’s. Fingers Crossed.

Steve. I also have a cycle date of 20150502. My return was filed on the 20th with Turbo Tax, accepted on the 21st, and I did not accept the Amazon deal. Therefore, I don’t think you has a delay for accepting the 10% deal with Amazon. I also never let anyone tax my tax filing fees out of my refund… I always pay up front.

So I’ve learned a lot from everyone in this site and let me just say THANKS!! I’ve been checking my transcripts every day since I’ve not had any progress on WMR or the almighty 846 code on the scripts. I got it today! Now I’m wondering how long it will be before I recieve my DD. I DID have an adjustment for last years taxes that reduced my return a little but the transcript says refund issued as of this morning. Calm down guys! I got my DD last week, and like Paige, I literally had just checked it when I checked it again. SBBT will NOT hold your money… they process it and send it on it’s way. IT’s up to YOUR bank to give it to you. Depending on YOUR banks ACH process than it might be later today, or even as late as THURSDAY. I know I have been hearing a lot about Green Dot Money card holding for 10days. Netspend won’t give it to you until you call and verify you are who you are. Wood forest bank releases earlier than ANYONE. I am not sure of Chase or anyone else, I had Heritage Bank last year, and they held my taxes for almost a week. NOT TRYING TO SCARE ANYONE!!! No, I am not lieing either, because you can in past forums and see where SBBT doesn’t hold your money. Don’t worry with SBBT after it says it’s been release to your bank. Worry the piss out of your bank now! LOL!! CONGRATS EVERYONE!!! MY CHECK WAS SENT FROM SBBT YESTERDAY!! SUPER STOKED!!!

I filed and was accepted on 1/28.

When I try to request online transcripts to view online, it says “We cannot process your transcript request. Please contact the Identity Protection Specialized Unit (IPSU) at 800-908-4490.”

But, when selecting by mail, I was able to request all but 2014 transcripts to be sent in the mail. However, When I try to request 2014 transcripts from the drop down menu, both account and return, it says none on file. But, the year for 2014 does show up.

I presume this just means they aren’t done with it yet, rather than an actual identity issue, correct?

Yes I think you are correct. Those that had blank transcripts appear last Tuesday had updated transcripts this morning so those of us that received blank transcripts Friday morning should have updated transcripts this friday.
