I filed and was accepted on 1/28.
When I try to request online transcripts to view online, it says “We cannot process your transcript request. Please contact the Identity Protection Specialized Unit (IPSU) at 800-908-4490.”
But, when selecting by mail, I was able to request all but 2014 transcripts to be sent in the mail. However, When I try to request 2014 transcripts from the drop down menu, both account and return, it says none on file. But, the year for 2014 does show up.
I presume this just means they aren’t done with it yet, rather than an actual identity issue, correct?
