Same!! I filed the 8th, accepted on the 13th… nothing since then!!! It won’t let me order my transcripts online due to identity..(even though I am copying my address off of my tax return)!!! Frustrated!

I know that with the emerald card as soon as they receive your deposit they release it. They do not hold it. I just spoke to their customer service they said the IRS deposits throughout the day and as soon as they send it to them it is made available to you on your card. I did not have fees taken out of mine so I believe mine is being deposited directly from the IRS.

I’m the same as the rest of you. Filed and accepted on 1/22. No movement and can’t access transcripts. I’m not surprised though. Last year I filed on 2/1 and couldn’t get transcripts until 2/11 and got my refund on 2/13.

When I spoke to them this morning she said to call back after 9. I did and they still didn’t see a pending Deposit coming in. I couldn’t get a straight answer as to whether they release funds as they come in or only at specified times during a day (eg 9 AM). She didn’t grasp that concept and kept saying it will be posted according to how SBBT sent it (1 day, 2 day, etc). Has anyone else spoke to anyone there? Does what you were told match up to what I was told? Hope to get something today!

I just spoke with an H&R block emerald card customer service rep who said as soon as the IRS deposits the funds they release it directly to our cards. They do not hold it and release it on a certain day it is made available right away. I was told the same thing last year and it was true I just wanted to make sure so I asked again. She also told me they release funds at all different times throughout the day so it can come at any time. FYI DDD of 1/30 so hoping it’ll be on my card today. Last year my DDD was 2/13 and it was on my card on 2/8 so keep checking your emerald card throughout the day!

I also kind of think they will make us wait til tomorrow :( I did go to the greendot website and chatted with a Rep a few minutes ago and asked if she seen any incoming deposits and she said she didn’t. This is our second year filing with PA. We live in NY but my husband works in PA. We had had mileage to claim and employee expenses. Last year we receive nothing from PA because he just started there and had no expense. This year though we actually had the expenses and we actually get a return from them. I filed on 1/27, yesterday there was no record of our return. This morning though when I checked it says “our tax return was received on 1/27/2015 and is currently awaiting a routine review. Our examination has not yet been completed.” When I was filing Turbo Tax said to print and sign PA FORM 8453 and keep it for my records. I did not have to send anything. Im scared to death why in the world would it say it is under a routine review. I see alot of others that says theirs did also. How long does it continue to say this until it changes. I knew I shouldnt even bother with the employee expenses and just left it alone. Any insight would be great. Thanks

Same boat here, accepted 1/12 in early batch, no transcripts, no bars, no SBBT updates :| Someone in another post said that people who had
previous issues like offsets have codes on their accounts and need extra time to go through their details to make sure it’s clear this year. If that is true, I’m thinking I have codes from previous issues and am doomed to wait longer every year :( Monday will be my 21 days though and I WILL be calling them up to see what the problem is.

Filed: 1/13, Accepted: 1/20, TurboTax. When I try to get my transcripts online, I get the message to call the Identity Theft Specialization Unit. I have now called twice regarding that and each time was told there was nothing on my account showing Identity Theft (thank goodness), but I am still unable to access the online part of the transcripts (I was able to last year). So I tried to see if I could have them mailed and it is telling me for both account and return, that their isn’t one available. When I talked to the guy yesterday from the IRS he said that my return was being processed, there doesn’t seem to be any errors, and that I should see something within 7-10 days. I was really hoping to see an update this morning (from the update overnight). Does anyone know when they do the “big” updates? I filed my cousin and uncles taxes both on the 21st and they are getting their deposits tomorrow. It isn’t fair :(

Typical 21 day answer. So after talking to a CPA he said that if we can see a return transcript we should be completly done processing. Meaning no review or audit. After hearing someone else’s story we came to the conclusion that maybe our transcripts won’t update until after we receive our refunds or DDD In that case the 570 will come off and 846 will be in it’s place. Just gotta stay positive!

I just got off the phone with the IRS I was told that the code 570 is for the ACA insurance penalty but that it is not holding up the refund and they could not give me any more information until the 21 days were up but that I should still receive my refund within 21 days

Ok, so I called IRS yesterday, the lady I spoke with researched why I was getting the 570 code (I also have the 896 for healthcare penalty). And after 20 minutes of research she got back on to tell me she wasn’t seeing any information regarding the 570 and to call back after the return has hit the 21 day mark for more information.

I also called my tax preparer – they said not to worry because normally if I did owe something the 570 would have an actual amount instead of $0.00

Same here! Well, actually, I filed on 1/26/15 with TT and was rejected on 1/27/15. After reading all of the rejections I went to H&R Block and filed and got accepted 5 minutes later on 1/27/15. I have one bar too. Hope for an update soon!

So, I’m really frustrated now. I filed my taxes and was accepted on 01/21/2015. No movement in WMR? tool and no transcripts. I assisted my friend in filing her taxes on 01/25/2015 and she was accepted on 01/26/2015. She already has a DDD of 02/02/2015. I’m not pissed off at her, but I am at the system. She was accepted 5 days after me and she is already complete and I’m still waiting. We’re from the same area, have similar SSN, everything nearly the same. WTF?!

I think the IRS is politically grandstanding to show what a drastic debacle this budget cut has created.

Glad I filed at the beginning, because there seems to be a lot of frustration and confusion for those who waited.

Am a January 20th, opening official tax processing day filer (though, filed with TaxACT on the 16th, but accepted by Internal Revenue Service on opening day) and recieved my refund yesterday at around 6:00 a.m.

Hang strong, and focus away from the negative whenever possible. This stuff can drive one nutty.

I just checked SBBT and it shows they have sent the money to my bank…so since I have Chase and they won’t release it til the date on the refund, I won’t even see it til tomorrow but it makes me feel better knowing I’ll see it in my account when I wake up in the morning!

I wasn’t a 1/25 filer but I did file on 1/26 and was accepted the same day. Received refund approval this morning with ddd of 2/02. Maybe this gives you hope of a ddd coming soon! I believe the WMR is updated once daily usually overnight…that’s how mine has been working anyway. Good luck!

It depends on your bank or card. SBBT should release your funds to your institution today, usually within 4 hours of receiving it. Most banks wait until over night to process direct deposits. Some do it in real time. Good luck! I’m hoping to see my deposit today as well

But those previous issues are fixed, they should be a different code, saying all clear and keep it moving. They are just slow for no good reason :| all the money we pay, they need to hire some better programmers for a smoother transition.
