Yes, finally today after being on hold for 2 hours, I got a copy of our transcript from the ISPU department. He mailed it out to me. I asked if I could view it online and he said no I just mailed it out to you. So I have to wait 7 to 10 days before I will be able to view my transcript. When trying to view it online it keeps telling me to call the ISPU department even though I called them today.

I have a code 570 zeroed out and next line is a 826 with a dollar amount. Next line is 971. Can anyone exsplain this to me? Thanks.

@Angel…….. i have the 570 code too spoke with a rep on friday and was told min 45days to review acct, but this morning i spoke to a tax advocate and was told 11weeks. and still could not tell me what the hold is for nor did she see a letter had even been sent to me as of yet, which would be the 971 code

Hi.. I file 1/19 got accepted 1/20 and was able to order both transcripts by mail.. but when I try online it says unable to show transcripts online contact identity theft unit and gives a number to call… But when I try to check where’s my refund it says wmr is updating check back later… So what does that mean??? Same problem. It’s been received and is processing but when I pull my 2014 wages and account transcripts it shows February 16th but everything else is blank and states no return received. Same boat as you and it’s very frustrating for real.

I filed on 1/10/15 accepted on 1/12/15 bars and amount disappeared and have not returned, TT dd changed from 1/13/15-2/2/15 to 1/21/15-2/1015. I did not have access to any transcripts up until today and I can only access wages and ACCOUNT transcripts. Under both they state no return filed but has a hoh on it. Has anyone found out why? My brother in laws filed on the same date and still have their bars and is still saying accepted. Anyone have any updates

Ok, so i have code 570 “account action pending” and I’ve been looking over my transcript and I saw that one of the monthly Premium tax credit amounts for September is listed as 0.00 even though what I sent on my return which i transmitted via hrblock shows the correct amount. Also I have my 1095A from the government also showing the correct amount that goes in that box but somehow when either the computer or person entered my information that’s showing on my account and return transcript they left that amount off which should be a little over 200 dollars and that also would then throw off figures for premium tax credit which would then throw off my refund. This is not my error so I’m not exactly sure who i need to contact to let them know they are missing the darn number. I hate to have to wait forever for their screw up.

Filed thru LIberty on 1/22 accepted 1/23 able to order transcript today with 20150402 cycle last years was 20140702 and I received mine on February 13 and filed fen , 6 th. Not really sure how the cycle dates work can anyone help me out and did last years match up to when I recieved mine. Thanks

I filed 01/09, accepted 01/13. Sunday I was unable to get my transcript. Yesterday (Monday) I was. Today, I have a cycle code and the beautiful 846.

Hey all, i am able to see my transcripts now and have a cycle date of 20150402, but i don’t see a code “846” on my scripts at all. the only thing i say at the bottom reads “form 8888 total refund per computer= $0.00. but above that it reads “refund amount” and shows the correct amt im supposed to be receiving but with no codes on that line. anyone know what this means?

Was JUST able to order by phone today, it wasn’t a wage but a standard transcipt. I see this as a sign it’s processed as that was the case last year. Doesn’t mean a date as I had to order by phone. Damn that tricky maze to remember to acess them online. In past I remember getting my refund before my transcript and that only takes a week.

So I was able to order- by mail my Account and Return transcripts but am not able to see them online, says I already have an account and that I’d get a recovery e-mail to log in but haven’t gotten an e-mail to recover the old ID log in. Does being able to order the return transcript mean anything? Or that could be blank as well? or just account transcipts are sometimes showing blank for some people?

I can access my account transcript for 2014. all that is on there is Head of Household and a date of February 16th. At the bottom it states no return filed, even though I know I filed my return. Can someone please help me????? Thank you.

I am able to order my return transcripts now. And my record of account transcript. My cycle code on my return transcript is also 20150402 (pretty positive that will be Monday feb.2 2015)
The cycle code is NOT jullian dates anymore as that would have been a date of jan. 20th or 21st. Still no update to WMR…. hoping for tonight now that all 4 transcripts are available.
My return is EXACTLY the same as last year with the exception of making 3k less due to not working overtime. I also used all 3 identifiers: last year’s pin, a second pin I requested on irs.gov and my last year’s adjusted gross income… I was accepted within 5 mins.

I was able to pull up my account transcript early this morning and everything except for my 2014 return transcript was available . Just checked it again and my 2014 return transcript is there and accessible . I am going to take this as a good sign . Filed on the 20th and accepted a few minutes later .

I checked lastnight and wage trans. Were the only ones i could order. I checked around 6am mtn time and account trans.were available. Now i checked again and all 2014 trans.are available (return trans) as well! :-)

Sometimes early filers get put back in the que I filed early one year and I did not get my money until a month later you not under review your tax return is jusy being re sequence.

This is my first time commenting on this site although i have been following it for years. I too have been able to access my account transcripts tonight.I have a refund sent date of 2/16/2015. Last year my refund sent date was 2/26 and I actually received it on 2/6. I live in alaska so four hour time difference from the east coast. I believe wmr is still updating and by morning at least more people will have access to their transcripts if not ddd. Thanks and best of luck to everyone

Okay i was able to order my account transcript. It has a refund sent date of 2/16/15. I also compared it to last year’s and that one says refund sent 2/24/14 but I received it the 8th (or around that time). So is thus good news? If you filed your tax return electronically, it takes about 3 weeks before the tax transcript will be available. If you mailed in a paper copy of your tax return, it takes about 6 weeks. If you did not pay all the taxes you owe, your return and your transcript may not be available until mid-May, or a week after you pay the full amount owed. Got this off their website, hopes this helps answer some questions.

I agree with Daniel, checking constantly, calling them, etc will not speed anything up. I check the WMR once a day, usually in the morning. I figure there are so many tax payers returns they have to go through, no sense in getting impatient. Each year I have got mine back in 7 to 14 days, but last year did take a bit longer…no big deal though.

Jessica, your right, people need their transcripts for various reasons, but not 50 times a day on the site to see if the 2014 ones are avail. This is what I said in the post, not for persons just checking it once…. If people choose to believe this that’s fine, if they don’t that’s fine too, I got $ I don’t need this refund.. BUT, the info i tried to pass on as a service is in fact ACCURATE !! trying to avoid issues for people but people can do what they want…

Everyone the is trying to get a copy of their Transcript to get a “jump” on a DDD is wasting their time as well as quite likely “jamming” up the system and making it worse for everyone else… FOR NO REASON. By the time the transcript is posted and you can read it the DDD determination has already been made and “passed on” to the taxpayer AND all the codes that people think help them somehow serve no purpose at all. Heres one more thing, The new IRS software has monitoring and tracking software which monitors things like how many times we access transcripts page, WMR, ETC…. and the software uses this info as well as other info (not sure what that is) and then does some sort of Math to determine if a person needs a “closer look” The thought being if someone is freaking out about getting the refund and is going nuts trying everything 50 times a day and the software determines that that person has had tax issues in the past, has a large refund coming or excessive deductions or WHATEVER it determines well then it red flags the return, A human then needs to manually review it and the explanation that was given to me was that at this point “nobody gets in any hurry” to get it done and get the refund sent./ Im not going to sit here and say that this info came from the IRS director or something stupid like that but I DEFIANTLY would head the warning because it IS accurate info… Wouldn’t have spent the time to write all this if it wasn’t… The Math from the new software made a projection last year that if everyone would have done NOTHING at all but check WMR just ONCE a day that the refunds would have had a 12% increase in the speed at which they were processed and completed across the board… Many factors came into play with this and I don’t even pretend to understand the mathematical algorithms that determine this but what I do understand is this, NOTHING you do will speed up your return, any pre-posted WMR info you think you have may or may not be accurate and this has been proven time after time, just read these posts about all the people with incorrect DDDs, One bar but deposit was made, etc… Its not helping you and its hurting ALL OF US !!! I tried to log in to get transcript info and I can’t remember my log in info when I ask for assistance for my user name is says it will send a email but I never receive it but when I ask for password assistance it will send a 6 digit code to my email. It says my info doesn’t match and locks me out. I can’t log in and I can’t just look at it as a guest and my info does not match. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a log in issue or my taxes are being held? Not sure what to think of this. I filed with TT on the 20th and accepted the 20th and only have one bar like everyone else. I thought perhaps it is too early for it to be a tax issue that more than likely it was more of a log in issue.

Guys…When you order a transcript, make sure you choose ACCOUNT transcript. It shows our cycle codes which leads to our ddd. And much sooner than the return transcript! This is by my experience last year. I have been unable to order my account transcript this year. I filed and was accepted on 21st…have one bar only on WMR. Waiti g for that Trans ript!! Why are people ordering transcripts?! I have NEVER done that. I think that is one of the things that delays refunds, it looks suspect- like you are trying to rush and get the money because you are up to something. Stick with WMR, in my opinion.

Nope, these are not codes, they are dates, I know what the julian date code is… These dates dont match up with reality at all…

It wasn’t an actual date on the transcript, it was in code but someone on here knew how to decipher the code and what they told me mine was was exactly what it turned out to be. The first numbers are the year and then the next two numbers were the cycle week and cycle day, but you had to figure out what cycle week we were on to be able to decipher the code.

And by “problem”, I mean they sent it to you but something got mixed up either in the mail or with your bank account. Once they send it, they don’t take it back. If there was an audit issue, they’ll just notify you by mail of your overpayment. Source: My mom has worked at the IRS for 30 years.

I don’t want to spread any false information, so correct me if I’m wrong… but last year I had a DDD on my transcript that was exactly 15 days after I received my actual refund, which was on 2/10. So just because it gives you a date, it does not mean that is the date. That just means that basically if you haven’t received your refund by then and you’re supposed to, there is a problem. These transcripts dont make sense to me. I have been looking at previous years transcripts and they all show the date filed AND the date refund was issued as the same date. AND Two of those transcripts show the refund was issued on a date well after I had already rec. it. I keep records every year of fileing date, accepted, approved and deposited and the transcripts dont match those dates///

I forgot my user name I created last year. I’ve asked the system to give me my user name with no luck. hopefully i can look them up in about a week. Someone in the TT forum says you may have to wait a couple of weeks before they are up. I got my refund last year on 2/21, i couldn’t pull up mt transcript until 2/19. I know it took a while. I also had the code 1121 from the early test batch too.

I cannot get on the online transcription page but I called the 1-800 number and I was able to order them around noon. The number is 8009089946. This is indeed an indication that a DD date will be on WMR within a few days because it wouldn’t be available if the return was not approved.

They are a heads up of what is to come…I get the need to know but if you ask me it just bogs the system down, wastes resources and causes more glitches and delays, not to mention wasting paper. This is not me judging because I fell for it last year and checked already this year..lol..but for me I don’t get consumed. Whatever brings you peace ;-)

Danny, Although WMR only updates overnight the transcripts update as soon as your return is completed. So, your first indication that your return is processed is your ability to order your 2014 return transcripts.

I was able to get in yesterday but 2014 Return Transcript was not available yet and 2014 Wage info transcript was blank. Last year I never could order them..I got all wrapped up in the issues people were having and ended up increasing my blood pressure!! Ha…I will hold off on the transcript checking for at least a week ;-)
