Ok thanks, balance is still the same.
I’m getting very frustrated with this so I’m going to take a nap and hope for the best when I wake up. I can’t wait to switch banks.
Thw number on the irs website has 12 x’s (your acc number) then it ends with the last 4 of your social. This is how the system lays out prepaid cards. If you are set for dd then you should get it.
Update – Still haven’t recieved mine either. Although I have no way to check. Says Im scheduled for dd today. Filed and accepted late january. Recieved refund advance. Do you guys know a way to check your balance atleast?
Finally got on the website and my balance is the same as it was before. I checked the irs site for wheres my payment and it says it is supposed to be dd today on my 12 account number. Got the refund advance this year. Im hopeful but with how many probs Ive had so far Im never confident with this bank/card. Now it is 10am and others are saying the money is in their acc but it isnt in mine so Im worrying.
Guys chill out. The website will not say it is direct depositing if it is not. Look at the account number it says. Look at the amount of digits. It has your account number and then your last four of your social. It would say if you arent getting deposit and need more info. There is no logical reason that they wouldnt be able to send the money if you got a refund advance. The irs still deposited the other half of that and has your dd info.
Was coming back to see if anybody had got onto the app yet.
I havent been able to get on the app or the website for an hour now. I know the money will be there today but would like to know when. They must have the worst servers in the world if basic logging on is frying them out like theyve been the past few days. If I have to Ill just check at the atm later I suppose.
After all the stuff i Went through waiting for my rax refund i cant believe that of course turbo card users are the bottom of the barrel last to get their stimulus. I am changing to a diff bank next year.
I used turbocard for first time this year and just turned on my notifications on the app. I got my return way back in january and made 32k.
The people who say they got notified, is the 1200 actually showing as a pending transaction on the app under transactions?? Mine isnt. Ive checked my pdf of my return and the dd info matches
