I’m not really sure where to find the answers to this so I figured I would ask here. My husband and I filed jointly for the first time this year. I gave my Higher One account (its the account that my school creates for school refunds for students) for the money to be dd to. I found out yesterday that even though I can have irs refunds deposited to my account, it can only be my refund and not my husbands. After doing research into this, I found that the last names have to match in order for both mine and his refund to be deposited into the account. I am a little confused because I am not sure if the irs splits up the names for what amount goes to which person when it is deposited or if the whole thing will be rejected. What should I do in the case that part or all of it is rejected and sent back to the irs?

This is my second year with account now. I also have DDD of 2/6. The problem with account now is they get you by saying “up to 2 days faster.”
If I remember correctly, last year I had a DDD of 2/13 and I got my funds on 2/12 around 2pm EST. So here’s to hoping that we get our funds at least a day early!

The only update I can contribute at this time is …. I called and got through to a very nice person who actually went and looked up my info (but did state they were not supposed to do that). Anyway, they came back and said that everything looks good on my account and I was scheduled to receive a refund; HOWEVER, my status still has not changed … just hoping for the best!!!

When will 05ers be able to view transcripts? I have been 05 for the last 3 years so i am assuming i am a weekly with transcripts available by tomorrow morning and a DDD showing on Saturday morning. Am I correct?

I sent our taxes off by turbo tax Monday 2 Feb. morning at about 6:30. Our filing included a good sized lose on Schedule C. An hour and a half later both Fed and California had been accepted. Then Tuesday 3 Feb. the California refund was approved. Now this morning Thursday 5 Feb. the Fed refund is approved. This all seems so strange.

Well, I’m praying I’m an 05’er (can’t get transcripts online, waiting for 2013’s in the mail) since it’s the last chance I believe I have to get any sort of update tonight before the clock runs out on the 21 day mark.

My submission cycle code is 201502 . That is a dead cycle right? I also have a friends who’s return I prepared and she’s got the same sub cycle code. We both have education credits. I’ve been reading on a delay again due to scam for edu credits. Neither her nor I have received anything further than one bar. I can’t order transcrtipts because of “Technical Error Ref Code 122” I can order account transcript by mail only, not return transcript as it says there isn’t one available. We both filed and were accepted on 1/28. Any info on any of this would be very much appreciated.

Yeah I’m really hopeful of getting updates tonight, I have been trying to call but I have had zero luck getting through no matter what topic I choose (even if I don’t choose one and it sends me to the operator I can’t get through). I just wanted to ask what my actual acceptance date was because Tax Act said 1/28, but I never got an email from the IRS saying it was accepted like usual and people have been saying they were told one date, but the IRS said another. But, I also am not getting emails when I say I forgot my username for my transcript request so not a clue why I’m not getting any emails from them. I have been checking my husbands but still no updates other than the wage transcript which still says no return filed and no “as of” date on it.

I am in the same boat. My DDD was for yesterday 2/4/2015 and nothing as of today. My WMR site has all 3 bars and my refund was sent. I go to the SBBT website and it shows that they have no information from the IRS with my return/refund. Is there a delay or something? Need my refund.

I filed 2/1/15 and was accepted 2/1/15. Transcripts were available 2/4/15 with a cycle date of 20150503. Checked WMR this morning, said that I should receive my refund by 2/9/15. I’m curious who got the 2/9 ddd update? I’m still locked out of my transcripts since the wknd. I’m assuming it’s still the same. I did receive my state refund this morning and it was 850 less than it was suppose to be and I never got a letter saying why. That’s kind of annoying. I dread calling to find out why. Being on hold is annoying too lol. I’m still being optimistic about federal that it will be deposited by the 21 day deadline! Positive thoughts! :-)

Somebody needs to help me understand this. I helped my manager file her taxes on Mon 2/2 and WMR was updated to reflect DDD 2/06. Her money was in her account this morning. Her tax return was more complicated then mine.

My tax returns are standard with nothing special. I believe I was an 05 last year and WMR never updated past the first bar. I will see what happens on 2/06. Seriously just amazing.

I’ve never heard this before- but last night a group of Mom’s at Dancing were saying that Louisiana taxpayers don’t see their refunds till their State has been processed… They said we “piggy back”… So I gave that a lot of thought last night- could this be true? I normally get my federal and state within 72 hours of each other but being that Louisiana didn’t start processing till yesterday could this be the hold up or is this just an Tax Urban Legend?

Autumn yes it still says 50 percent have received their refunds. I hope your right I don’t mind waiting for the refund but would like to know what’s going on atleast. It has never taken this long before I filed opening day last year too and received my refund in ten days. Hopefully we will all see some progress soon
