Ok I was accepted on the 14th as part of the test batch…accepted on the 20th and received my federal refund in 6 days just like last year. But I’m concerned about the st ate refund. I’m self employed and I got a message saying it has completed processing abd you will receive correspondence from us in ten days… Does that mean something is wrong? My income isn’t much and it’s the same as last year. I haven’t received anything and it’s over ten days.. Has anyone gotten this message and still received their refund? Should I be worried?

So I was able to get on to get my transcripts but it show no refund transcripts for 2014, only wage transcripts that say no return filed. I’m still trying the number but does that mean they haven’t ever gotten my refund yet?

I’m a single mom and honestly I NEED that money……sooner rather than later.

MiMi, make sure you’re entering your address the same way it’s listed on your tax return. I had the same problem last year because I started using my PO box on my tax return for the first time. I literally had to list it the same way it was listed on my return in order to get in. Also, try to view them as “guest” instead of creating an account.

I filed and got accepted on 1/20. WMR still is on accepted. I finally pulled the transcripts earlier this morning and saw it had a cycle 20150502 but under that it has a date of
April 15, 2015 and remittance amount of 0.00. I didnt see any codes or additional info in the rest of the transcripts, just the info I submitted? I wish I would have screen capped it. Its on my home computer on the screen but I’m stuck at work. lol

Mine is showing on SBBT. Called Netspend and they said that they’ll post it as soon as they receive the funds. I guess I’ll have to wait till tomorrow to get the funds.

It seems that you have been helping a lot of people out…..that’s a great act of kindness!!! :-) I have a question….If WMR says that your refund will be sent to you bank back 2/4/15……should you definitely get it on that date? I am curious because 2/4/15 is my date. The card I use sends my paycheck a day early so I was expecting to have it today. Should I be concerned at all? What would cause them to hold on to the tax refund, but release my paycheck a day early?

Was able to request my 2014 account transcript today, but not the Return. Hopefully this means progress. Really hoping to wake up to monies tomorrow! :-)
I don’t trust WMR because last year it was still on 1 bar when I had already received my refund.

@ConfusedLori , 20140701 = Tax year 2014, Week 7, Day 1 = Thursday. The prior two years, Day 2 = Friday. If your account transcripts are available and blank, they are still processing your return. You should see your return transcript within the next week or so with your new cycle date.

Like WillBeas said…that company makes $40 per costumer that has to have their refund routed thru SBBT. I’m sure that company makes millions off that fee alone during tax time. Bc I’m sure processing stuff on a computer…just pushing keys on a keyboard requires oh so much money that getting interest off that money is oh so needed. Must be using some high tech diamond encrusted keyboards over there. Lol

I hate to say it but just keep dialing. It took 4 or 5 attempts for me to get through the high call volume stop yesterday then I had an hour wait time when I did get through. Be forewarned though, if you get through, all agents have been thoroughly briefed to not answer any questions about your specific return until 21 days have passed. I managed to get through 3 times over the lat weeks and had 2 agents that wouldn’t help at all (one was downright rude) and only 1 agent who would even look at my return and all she would tell me is that I didn’t have any offsets or owe any money and that my return wasn’t accepted until 1/30, even though hrb had sent me an acceptance notice on 1/21. Be prepared to be as polite and pleasant as possible and tell them you’re concerned about owing $$ even if you aren’t. Some other users here seem to have gotten more info from their calls so I think it’s luck of the draw.

seems odd… but i noticed on WMR i happened to lose the Tax Topic 152.
Not sure as to WHEN i lost it cause im not checking it all the time, but im almost certain it was still there over the weekend.

Filed 1/31 accepted two hours later. NJ state accepted next day. Unable to log into transcripts. Last year I was part of the Philly hub club. For those who know what that was it sucked lol but I usually get a deposit before getting an update on WMR

My previous three year codes were 20140701, 20130602, 20120602. Does anyone understand what this means or what i should hope happens? Thanks so much for any help!!!

Same here. Filed with TT on 1/29, was accepted within 2 hours on 1/29, still only one bar on WMR and no trans for 2014 online, clicked on last years and is popping up an error code, BUT was able to order the 2014 ones via irs2go but they are to be mailed. Id like to know whats going on too!

Im in Arizona and just got off the phone with a supervisor because the rep seems scared to answer my damn questions!! Lmao..all I ask was do you all update throughout the day. He mentioned at 9am. I went in like stop lying, ive had this card a yr with 100’s of achs, deposits, refunds etc…not taking a long time at all..some refunds only take a cpl hours and u know thts the hardest to get refunded back to ur card. Their lying in my opinion about not seeing it…they spent too much money advertising to get ur taxes deposit on the card to b subpar!! I swear AMERICA, only in America hahaha

I can order my transcripts from the irs2go app, but when I try on the irs website, it keeps saying “technical problems”. Anyone else have this? Unfortunately when ordering through the app, it says they will mail me the transcripts so I can’t view them.

@Gail, it could be because I don’t file using the 1040EZ. I work from home some days and travel to client’s sites sometimes so I claim home office and travel expenses. TT charges me for Federal returns so I’m assuming this is why they charge me for state as well.

I just saw somone named Rebecca who only had the 570 in the fb group (#Club570) I am in and hers updated today with an 846. But I guess her situation is diff from leslie ans Nikki because she said she had the 570 on her 2013 transcript since November. Her cycle date changed as well so looks like she will be getting her DD this Fri.

Both myself and my sister filed and accepted 1/29 through TurboTax.

I’m still sitting at nothing on WMR and transcripts, but I believe we’re weekly processing.

She hasn’t gotten approved in WMR but transcripts show 846 code and cycle code of 20150502, so I’m guessing Friday DDD?

Oh and both returns have EIC and mine has education credits as well. :-)

Ok every one I just got off the phone with the IRS, and my return is on hold due to a 1095-a for the marketplace insurance(which I canceled) so so now I have to wait to receive the letter them fax it in and wait 4 weeks.. Now I’m currently waiting to speak to someone from the marketplace smh this is a night mare.. So if you filed 1/20 and haven’t seen any progress I would call the IRS to make sure that it’s not a problem.

Well looks like Illinois is starting to accept state returns. When I check my status now, it says “Your current year’s return is not showing on our computer files. If you filed electronically, please allow up to 7 days from the date you transmitted your return for it to appear on our computer files. If you mailed your return, please allow up to ten weeks from the date you mailed your return for it to appear on our computer files.” Should I wait and give it a few more days to update possible to re-submit?

yeah I have had my fees taken out. this isn’t the first year I have used SBBT. every year I get it the day before and they disburse it so I have it on my refund date. Its getting irritating. they say it updates all the time during the day so im hoping something this afternoon

I’m in PA, but I only file my Federal through TT. TT always charges me for PA state returns which doesn’t make sense because I can file them for free on PA’s revenue website and track it better.

First, I am thankful that I did not wake up to my transcript updated to a 971 on it. Second, no panick here because I knew there would be an update yesterday or today thanks to @whathappened. Third, I haven’t heard of anyone or many of the 897/570’er get the 971 on transcript.

I am still counting on getting an update Wed into Thurs or over the weekend. When it gets to next week and if still nothing then I will freak out haha. I really believe we are fine because we have not received a letter and we didn’t get a 971. Be thankful that we didn’t get the 971 update today is all I can say.

@Jenna yup, for both my husband and I… I was able to get in a few days ago (no transcript then), but, now it’s locked me out saying that they couldn’t verify my information? We did move so earlier this week when I tried I put our old address and it let me in. Then all of a sudden that address wasn’t right, I got excited thinking maybe they had updated it with the new info (and hopefully a transcript ;) ) but alas when I tried the new address it locked me out :(

Dont worry, you probably arent under review, i have pretty much the same as you and still no progress.

When you enter your address for the transcripts, put your address like this 123 main.
Dont include the ‘st, or street or ave’
thats what I do and it always goes through but still no transcripts available for me
