I’m going through the same thing I filed on the 20th and ask to fax account got it and said re-sequenced than they say I was put back in the system on the 30th every time I try to get trans online I get locked out now today I can even order saying my info not the same as record and I’m also 1 bar with topic 152 and when I called the other day each rep I talked to say I’m fine but there is no movement. bart do you know what may be the problem? I told u last year I was under review for expense incorrect but I got that handle. this is scaring me because I am a single mother of two and I have never been through this I need some advice because this is freaking me out.

I seem to be a weekly because this is the first time since last Friday that I received any updates or codes added or modified.
the WMR site still has status on first bar.
Originally the transcript kept stating 2-16-2015. it has been changed to the 2-23-2015. Which means I got caught in that week later group.
Also a reminder to folks- Gov closed on Feb 16th so it will not being issuing checks that day if you are on that set schedule . Each year I am on the Wednesday release day.

I filed 2/2, was accepted within an hour. I still only have 1 bar WMR. Prior to today, when my transcripts said “N/A” for all of 2014. This afternoon the 2014 year was there for the return and everything else, but when I try to open it I get a “technical difficulties” 122 error message (has this happened to anyone else?). So I have no idea what the actual status of my return is. I’m hoping for a 2/10 DDD but I’m guessing it’s more likely to be a later one. Does anyone know what time the WMR updates each night?

And people will still file with them, TurboTax is not really at fault. Idiots that file fraudulent tax returns use TurboTax because it’s a trusted software. Any tax software can be used to file fraudulently. And of course state departments of revenue have to point the finger somewhere. I’m in TN so I don’t care about a state return.

Yeah when theys say account balance is 0 that mean you dont owe the IRS any ready monies from your returns. Mine say the same only it have were they took the health care penalty for hundard something dollar i dont know exact figure. yes I am a single mother he pops in from time to time to get whatever he can from me. I am taking this as a blessing in disguise! I have been able to get into a safe house and well taking care of many things I needed to do. And I got a job today so I’m feeling blessed. thanks for the prayers or support. it has been nice too hear about everyone else’s success and well updates. sorry to those whom did not like my venting I have no one else to talk to. so no more downers from this momma☺️

I have seen posters state that WMR doesn’t update over the weekend BUT I have also seen posters claim to have received their update & DDD on a Saturday. I wouldn’t give up hope on it updating tonight. We will see if it goes down around 3 AM…

Phew, finally got my cycle code and transcripts! WMR lags way behind, those with 20150505 on transcripts should see WMR updated tomorrow with a DDD of WED, 2/11. Thank goodness

I have 2 1098Ts and the AOTC credit. I filed on 1/28, accepted that day. This morning my transcripts became fully available with a cycle code of 20150505. I also have the 846 code and am getting my expected amount. Looks like things are moving along. In my experience, my refund since qualifying for the student credits does take a full 14 -16 days. after date accepted.

Filed on 1/29. Accepted withing the half hour. Finally this morning, Online Transcripts opened up for Return, Record of Acct. and Account…. All and also showing 20150505 cycle code. WMR Has not been updated to reflect, however, once we’re able to get the return transcript, that’s the final stages of processing. I bank with USAA, so I should be expecting sometime between now and Wed. as well. Also, code of 846, Refund Issued with a date of 2/23/2015, but I know that it’ll get here sooner. Hopefully the WMR will update tonight to reflect the correct status…. All is good, and I can finally get these bills caught up….

Jackson Hewitt is a major pain in the a$$!!! I am sick and tired of trying to fix their errors and they still have not resolved anything. Grrr!! I have not received my refund which was due to come in yesterday. (02-05-2015) IRS sent it, but JH’s bank said they received it and have sent it to my JH Preferred card. Still no deposit and JH preferred said they don’t have no transaction from that bank to my account. . . JH won’t help and they even screwed up on my address on both federal and state return. My state was mailed to a crazy address. I’m never taking my business there anymore.

I wanted to know what truth there is in AOTC delay. I have read current information (Jan 2015) stating that there was and that the IRS may hold refunds until they can verify 1098t and enrollment. They are saying May. Here is a link to one of the articles I read.

This is only one, there are more. My return and a friend of mine both are still waiting for refund approval , (accepted 1/28 and we both have the AOTC. Our friends have received there refund without. What are your thoughts please. Im dying to know something.

Transcripts updated around lunch time today with 846! Finally past the 896/570 debacle!

Of course, WMR hasn’t updated yet. My cycle code is still 20150402.

Do you have any idea when I might realistically expect my direct deposit to be sent to my bank? I’m not going through SBBT (paid fees up front).

Is there a chance it could be tomorrow? or monday? Transcript lists 2/23 but I think that’s the date they would mail a paper check if DD doesn’t succeed.

2 questions…. first, I hear great things about Netspend but I’m wondering has anyone ever had a bad experience with them? And if you got your refund on Netspend how early was it?

Also, does SBTPG or SBBT work on the weekend? Is it possible it will show up there over the weekend because it wasn’t there today. I have a DDD for 2/10.

I could not access my transcripts because of a glitchy IPSU issue that really wasn’t an issue – but wouldn’t let me into my transcripts.

The IRS agent at that department did confirm I have no issues with my refund, and a DDD of 2/11 is what shows in my transcripts according to the rep.

Now, to see if that actually comes through!

I filled on the 9th and was received and excepted on the 12th.
I didn’t always have code 971 or 570 it just showed up about a week ago.
I called they said that nothing is wrong that it just changed my deposit account to the one i used last year and not the new one i put.
He said i should have mine in the next week.
Married filling joint we have 4 children but we make to much to the earned income credit. so that’s not on there.
We All have insurance so that’s not an issue either.
My ? is should i call again? or should i wait until Tuesday or Wednesday.

UPDATE: I did speak with someone at IPSU and they couldn’t find ANYTHING in the system to trigger that problem, and assumed it was a result of my multiple attempts to try to regain my forgotten user ID. So – the website, and that damn IPSU message on the transcript page, are not necessarily a real issue. He did tell me my transcript would need to be mailed to me, as well informed me that my refund was scheduled to be deposited to my account on 2/11.

BUT…my i could access my account transcripts for the first time today.
had a couple of codes and the last code said 846 – Refund Issued 2-23-15.
cycle date: 20150505. which means wednesday of this upcoming week. this is a glimmer of hope!
my transcripts did not update until today. y’all need to check your transcripts again…
also…it says in the middle section of my transcripts: account balance: $0

I just checked my IRS account. My refund transcript and my account transcript are available. I have the cycle code 20150505 and the refund date on my transcript says 2/24/2015 so I went to check last years. Last year I had a cycle code of 20140605 and it said the date for my refund was 2/24/2014 but I received my refund by direct deposit on 2/12/2014 so I am still trying to figure it out. On WMR it still says that my return is processing as of a hour ago and the IRS said that once your return transcript is available your return has been completed.

I need Help!! I have codes 150/806/766/766..then these 2..((570/971)). Can any one reassure me that’s its ok??.. Is this normal? the amount beside both of these 2 main codes I stress are zero. The same thing happened to me today. I called they said 30 more days blah blah blah… well I googled it cuz that’s what I do in all situations lol… well I found a post on turbo tax saying if u are getting fees taken out of your refund and tour refund hasn’t been sent to SBTPG yet u can go change your account info. Well I did and it worked! I just signed in on the DESKTOP site (won’t work on mobile) and to the left you click where it says change account info. You’ll accept the agreement which says u messed up on ur account numbers and ull be responsible if something happens blah blah blah… then u just answer a few identity verification questions and change your numbers. I hope this will be able to help you guys!
