Mine arrived 2/23 (sent it priority and made sure they had to sign it when they received it). Since then I’ve heard nothing. No updates on wmr, can’t get ahold of anyone to ask what is going on. We had the exact same problem tham someone stole our kids idebtity.

Me and my wife filed jointly for the first time this year on 3/18 with eic and ctc. Received and approved on 3/18 and just checked WMR and got a DDD of 03/30/2022! Usually never file this late but since our return was alot more complicated this year it took some time. Shocked that we already got a DDD!!

570 is just a hold code while they finish reviewing your taxes. If there are no errors and nothing that they need to change, you may get it within the next few weeks, if there are errors it can take anywhere from a few weeks to however long they need. They’ll send you a notice if they cannot resolve it without additional information from you.

I saw today a LOT of people who were claiming they got their refund without any updates on transcripts or WMR. I will say that I had issues several times today viewing my transcripts, so I’m hoping they were working on mine. We’ll see.

Was pointed out to me today that the as of date is only the most recent time that they’ve calculated any possible interest on your refund, so it actually means absolutely nothing.

had to mail in my taxes this year because someone used one of my kids socials for an earned income credit.
mailed with certified mail, it was delivered and left with an individual on Feb 8th. no notices have been issued.
I have zero movement on my transcripts or WMR. IRS account still says my taxes aren’t processed.

I feel like they opened up my account, saw that it was an IS situation, and then shut it again. I logged in right at 230 central to check, and there was an asterisk next to my 2020 return, and opening it gave me a non-filing letter which is a placeholder (that return has been fully filled out since last year).

Glad I’m not the only one. Filed and accepted 1/26 for both fed real and state. Got my federal refund over a month ago. Received no communication from Wisconsin sayin I needed to send anything, but still no return from the state I have been living in and supporting for over 20 years.
Everyone else in my family has received their state returns weeks ago!! Even though they all filed after me.

Received the 570-971 3/19 with a post date of 4/4 checked this am to see if transcripts update 571/846 but I have another 970 code with a date of 4/14/22. Hey there, I have a question. I filed around Feb 23rd and still nothing. I however have been checking the transcripts and would always see a -$851 on top where it says account balance. On the bottom though, it had other negative numbers as I was supposed to get $3101 in total. The negative numbers are still there with code 706 and has date 4/15. Those negative numbers on bottom were a bit more than the total of $3101. The -$851 now has code 846. I remember it said account balance on top -$851 but now has account balance $0. I feel as if it was like money owed to me but not sure. I know it might be a bit confusing but does anyone know what to expect? Would I be getting those other amounts with a negative amount still and code 706 on bottom? Thanks in advance. By the way it has date of 3/30 for those $851.

Deduced that I was a weekly updater some time ago. I filed on 02/21 accepted on 02/22. The refund amount was reduced by 2100 (probably COVID-19 stimulus-related).On the 11th day got the no bars no code 152 on WMR. On 03/04 WMR updated with topic 152 and amount. Amount disappeared on 03/11. On 03/18 got 570/971 codes with the same date (4/4/2022). This morning transcripts were updated with 846 with a date of 03/30/2022. WMR is still not updated (expected for tomorrow).

Filed 2/27 and accepted 2/27. Lost all bars 3/16 and no transcripts available. 3/21 still being processed with no bars but tax topic 152 came back. 3/25 still being processed with no bars and tax topic 152, but transcripts finally updated today and I see 846 code for 3/30/2022. WMR still has no bars and no amount just the 12/31/2021 date. I tried calling and was never able to get through. Just a little patience knowing how crazy the CTC and pandemic made things.

Finally got an update this morning! Still no bars on WMR so I was going through the same motions to pull up my transcript but everything on those transcripts had changed and there was now a code 846 with a date of next Wednesday!! There are actually two of these codes, and each is half of the total refund amount. This same thing happened last year where one check was to me only and the other was to both my husband and I.

I filed 2/25. As of date is 4/15. Code 20221105. My transcript is like half way filled out with a bunch of 290 codes with 0. Then I have the 766, 768 code with the amount then a 570 code. I’m in the same situation, filed and accepted 3/2 I did have the 3 bars for about a week and they went away. Still being processed no letters or anything. I’m not 100% sure but I’m assuming if they need to verify something they wouldn’t send it before the info was verified. EIC wouldn’t really matter because we filed after the PATH hold.

So people filed late January, received letter mid-March to wait another 60 days as of mid-March? That pushes it through mid-May. That’s some F’d up S right there! After mid-April, they going to have to pay you interest on that refund if they drag this on until mid-May.

I filed 1/31 as of is 2/28 and I only have my credits and 570 code 2/21. Fun fact my amended was received in a week and I’m hoping they’re just working on that before my 2021. That as of date is at least 3/28.

Go to the department of taxation and finance for New York State and login then to the left you’ll see a drop-down menu click where it says respond to letter and click that and see if you received a letter or not. Mine was like that showing the maintenance thing even during business hours and I received a letter so check and see.

@wurdemdollas.I entered an incorrect Rebate Recovery amount my taxes were reduced by 1600.00. Also claiming EITC. My 570/971 codes were on the same day (4/4/2022) My amount on my transcripts are adjusted to the correct lower amount.
I checked today no 571 or 846 Code showing on Transcripts. Processing Date is also 4/4/2022
