H&R Block Spruce Refunds

I normally use H&R Block`s Emerald card but this year they offered thier new Spruce card . Just curious has anyone recieved thier refunds yet ? My DD is 02/22 eitc and fees never used Spruce before kinda nervous.

I have the same issue for a lost direct deposit dated 2/28 for spruce. I’ve talked to them many times and was assured by today or tomorrow all would be fine. I spoke with him he irs as well and they initiated a trace due to the fact all information was correct and a deposit should’ve been received. Has anyone else had any type of outcome?

I’ve been on the phone with spruce hr block IRS fiscal department everyone and I still haven’t gotten my deposit. IRS released it 2/28, said I should have by 3/5 and if not then make sure account numbers are correct, contact tax preparer, and bank and I’ve been on the phone with all of them for the last week and no one can figure out where my money’s at.

Did you check to see if you had any offsets? Call the offset hotline, you can google to find the phone number.

Is there any updated on the OP question? According to where’s my refund website my return was sent Feb 28th, and should have been in my account by Mar 5th at the latest and it has not been deposited yet (Mar 7th). Called Spruce CS line and they said they have not received the money from the IRS and that I should contact them. The account was filled automatically when I opened the Spruce account and I have triple checked the routing and account numbers and they are correct. I’m stressing out.

I chose to have my refund on the Spruce card I figured Emerald card always worked out for me….I filed o the 3rd of feb. I just got a notification saying my refund will be deposited on the 23….but still no spruce card in my mail box!! I called the customer service number and that just makes memore nervous!!! i hope i didn’t choose wrong but I’m thinking i did

I never heard of spruce but did looking looks about same as emerald card with few more options for savings account and credit repair. But it is also through metabank like the emerald card. Sorry couldn’t be more help first time I have heard of it.
