On my 2021 tax transcript is says no record found so I did some research and this is what I found : If you see a message of “No Record of return
filed” for the current tax year, it means
information has not populated to the transcript
yet. Check back in late May. Current tax year
information may not be complete until July.

LATE MAY is what I was going to do anyways bcuz I’m tired of checking everyday ! Hope this helps better I hope someone gets there return !

I have same code. But I’m still showing that they’re processing it. I got a notice in mail that they need 7-10 days to figure it out and send payment blah blah blah. I already did the ID Verification for the 2nd year in a row, months ago. I have a Tax Advocate and they have 8 none days to contact me. They have 45 days total. What is the hold up?;It’s a 1040. I amended last years return in July 2021 for the unemployment offset and just got off the phone with the irs and it has finally processed. I have to wait 4 more weeks for the check to arrive to me. However I am happy that I will be receiving it soon.

I e-filed Jan. 27th. I only have 570 code since. Never received any notices. I have no updates. Initially, they told me 10 weeks. After the 10th week I called and all they can say is “Sorry, but there is nothing I can do for you so keep waiting and check WMR.” I f—— got screwed guys. I need my refund.

So the IRS sent me form 15111 stating I may have missed out on earned income credit.

Turns out I did qualify I failed it all out and sent it in on March 25th, 2022, the day after i recieved it.

When should I expect to hear back whether I’m getting $1502 back or not?

If someone could shed some light on my situation I would greatly appreciate it. Alright I received a notice to file my 2015 return, which I did. The thing is I was not expecting a refund but my transcript shows a (-balance) my question is, If a negative balance reflects on the taxpayer account does it mean the IRS will issue a refund? I understand the three years stat on claiming a refund so this is why it’s confusing. Why would they show a balance on transcript just to be like haha I got your money, you should’ve been quicker than that lol but still. Just would like to see anyone experienced this situation. NYS is on a ROLL this year … filed AMENDED return for state and federal 4/20/22 .. accepted same day .. FUNDS from NYS amended return were deposited last night around 10:30 pm .. as of date for federal amended is 5/16/22 .. hopefully they process it soon

I filed late this year because I had a lot going on and wasn’t able to do it early because of different circumstances. I finally filed on 4/26 I believe, but it’s not showing up on the transcripts yet as even being in their system but it’s showing up as received on WMR. I filed electronically and included the IS with it.

Interestingly enough, I filed an amended return for 2020 and that’s already showing on my 2020 transcript lol – I filed that electronically as well.

Same filed 2/17 A 2/18. 3/17 WMR said refund RECEIVED and to wait 21 days. Then changed to processing delay N/A on transcript it’s like I haven’t even filed. This is CRAZY. And all ATC payment was entered correctly.

Still nothing on transcript still not processed. At this point I give it to the MOST HIGH ! ATC was correct CTC W2 and 1099. My sister filed and received hers within a week.

Mine was received on 02/10/22 and still nothing. I have called twice and was told both time that they don’t see it updated in their system and to allow another 16 weeks from the date of call. So sad but I read somewhere, where to expect to wait 6-9 months for processing.

I filed 2/26 and amended 3/2 because I caught the error myself & it was something that would likely get my return rejected, so no point in waiting. 3/7 is my “as of” date. Nothing has changed or updated since.

Yup. I originally filed on the 7th. I resubmitted and fixed it on the 14th. I keep calling every week. Seems like somehow it’s more difficult than ever to actual get a rep. And the last time I got one, they redirected me to another department, where I got sent to someone who told me I’d get a call back in a certain timeframe, and they never called me back.

which transcript did you receive? is it the account transcript? there are several types but on the account transcript for 2020 one line at the bottom was added that states 846 refund issued and the amount. that is the amount plus interest from the unemployment tax. the other 846 refund on his transcript is the refund from his tax return when he filed. the date to the right on the same line is 04-29-22

I filed 2/17 A 2/18 TurboTax. ATP CTC. At first there were bars on WMR with tax topic in February early March then bars went away and we received your refund on 3/17 and then to wait 21 days. As of today 4/27 it’s still processing N/A on transcripts no action whatsoever smh

Filled joint in 2019 for 2018 taxes
They kept our refund said we owed (my husband did)
We set up a 2 year payment plan and paid it off the balanced of 8k by end of 2020
I have Proof of it all since we did it
In 2021 filled 2020 taxed all paid off they kept 6k from us never got it back they said we had pending owe money to them when we are paid off completely

So my DD is 4/27 and SBTG site updated around 6:30am my time saying funded however it had a crazy 159 advance interest fee added on when I never took or applied for an advance. Deposit is going to Netspend card and still do deposit and when I go on SBTG site its keeps saying authentication has failed. I sent a help ticket to sbtg about the fee but from what I read I’ll never hear back. Anyone else having issues?

I filed an amended return too on 3/14/2022. It is taking 20-24 weeks or longer from the information I have seen from other filers. I am hoping it doesn’t take that long but when dealing with the IRS, it will probably be longer.

Update:

I received my CP05 letter on 3/14. I called last week and they told me I need to give them up to 120 days. They also stated that my return is being held for income verification. I was able to check SSA today and saw that my income listed for 2021 is $0. I waited on hold for 1 hour and reached an agent with SSA who stated that they have not received my W-3 or W-2. I will have my job resubmit information.

When irs portal updates, if there is an offset, does the message update on the refund approved message or refund sent message? I updated to refund approved overnight with no offset message for DD 4/27. Just wondering if it was subjected to offset would I know by this message or not till the sent message. Thanks

On my 2021 Account Transcript it had one as of date listed and then changed twice to another as of date. Each time it changed back to the same dates. Even though nothing is showing on WMR. It would appear something is going on with it. Just not sure what.

I had to verify my identity. I filed February 19th verified March 26th and I’m still waiting. Has anyone had to verify their identity and gotten their refund back quickly? I’m so tired of waiting and I’m getting really aggravated. I work hard for my money and really need it now.
