Yeah im getting to that point. I waited to file later, because I remembered how much trouble people who filed early last year had, now it looks like just about everyone is having issues. They really need to get their crap together. Im not getting a lot back, and don’t have a complicated refund, just child credit, school, wages and EIC.

I’ve stopped even checking for our transcripts. I did check this morning and everything for 2014 was still N/A, but I’m not going to bother checking them again. If I remember correctly, by the time we got our refund last year, our transcripts still said N/A, so I’m pretty sure it’s just a big waste of time to even check them. We filed and were accepted on 2/1. We had one bar up until this morning, when our bars and refund amount went away and now just give us the message that our return is still being processed and a refund date will be provided when available. It looks like it’s going to be another waiting game like last year. I swear it gets slower and slower every year.

I have the same code.I had a ddd date of 2/4 which has come and gone.Wmr went to take action reference 1121 called the irs on 2/9 as instructed.After a 90 minute wait was told it was id theft issue answered all the questions they ask and i was ok now.I was also told it could take 6 more weeks to get my refund They said it could but they didnt say it would.I have been reading alot of information on different web sites alot of people were saying its a glitch but their not going to tell you that and that last year it some people till may to get thier refund .

i commented earlier and now have just found out netspend can actually take 3-5 days from the time sbbt sends your refund to them. Everytime you call you get a different answer. im gonna just wait for the notification i was under the impression it was gonna be here with in hours

Filed 1/20, accepted 1/21, approved 2/7. DDD 2/11/15. Filed with HR Block and had fees coming out of my return, it’s to be deposited to my prepaid Visa debit card thru Account Now, that i’ve used for like 8 years now. Nothing shows pending on my card when i access it online, but i don’t think it’s ever shown a tax refund on there as pending. and calling the card gets you nowhere since it’s not the actual DDD. Forgive me if you have answered this somewhere in this thread already…..

I filed on 1/26 and was accepted 45 minutes later. According to the IRS I was officially accepted on 1/28. My bars went away about a week and a half ago and I am left with the following: “Your tax refund is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available.” I have not been able to accept my transcripts since I filed and I get an error message for ID Fraud and tells me to call that number. I called last night and was told that my Return is now “In Review” since February 5th and is in “Random Review” to check for ID Fraud. I can tell you this, there is no fraud that occurred. Anyway, they told me that I could possibly have to wait 6-8 weeks for my refund. I was also told that NO LETTER has been sent out and at the moment they do not need any further information from me to prove who I am.

What are your thoughts on this? Will I really and truly have to wait another 6 weeks? I know people that filed after me and got there refunds last week. I was really counting on this money and I think this is just ridiculous. Nothing changed this year on my return. I claimed roughly the same amount of deductions as I did last year with the same income amount. I don’t understand this and I don’t see why it would take 6 weeks to check for ID Fraud.

I called and spoke to a Tax Advocate today. I was told the IRS had my return coded for “correction”, and the advocate told me she didn’t understand why. She said most “corrections” are people who did not have a form associated with their returns for one of the deductions, but my return had that form. She transferred me to another advocate who said they’d be investigating the “correction” and I will hear back from them on Friday, 2/13.

This is ridiculous. I have never gotten so much of a run around from the IRS, even when I got divorced and my ex tried filing taxes in my name.

I filed and was accepted on 1/30 with TT, N/A on my top 2 transcripts, bottom 2 are there but basically blank, 1 bar on wmr.

I filed on the 20th and go accepted the same day all before 11am. As of today i have no update. On WMR all the bars are gone, no tax topic, no transcript updates and my 21 days are up today as we speak. I called the IRS today and she basically says she doesn’t see anywhere on my account that I have a delay, flagged for identity theft, no letters in the mail. NOTHING. Just to call back in 2 weeks. Any advice?

Received the same message. Spoke to OTC and she looked up my SS#. She said it has been processed with the amount approved, and the full refund is just sitting at their bank waiting to be deposited into mine. Apparently as long as it says processed, but refund not approved, that means their bank hasn’t approved the refund amount to be sent to you. Sounds to me like Oklahoma doesn’t have enough funds to disburse very many refunds… Thankfully it has been processed and approved, just their bank can’t clear my check Ha, I like how they make me wait, but if I owed OTC, I couldn’t just tell them tough cookies and to wait it out – they’ll get it when they get it since I don’t have the cash at the moment to clear their check.
……and so we are just waiting.

This happen to me also , i had a DD date of 2/4 no later than 2/9 then on 2/9 i checked online and code the 1121 error code. i contacted the IRS and they said am under review, and a letter may or may not go out ;/ . I Asked how could go from approval to money sent to under review. She said it can happen. She says if its found to be there is no additional issue they will release the funds. I called my accountant who prepared the taxes and he stated its an additional 1week-2week delay and they have been doing this to verify identity, they do not do AUDITS until mid may or the end of tax season. hope this helps ….

Filed 1/20, accepted 1/20 (TT confirmed), irs reports accept 1/22, ID messages on site for transcripts. called the tax advocate line today since it has been 21 days and no updates, no bars on site for a while. Since I can’t see my transcripts online, she confirmed we are on a weekly cycle (05) and that we were being re sequenced. We didn’t qualify for a tax advocate because I didn’t have any hardship notices on hand to provide, but she confirmed for me that we should see an update by Friday. If not, we would then be able to call and get a TA assigned. This tells me that she sees we are completed processing and are just awaiting the weekly cycle update on Thursday night to show it. If it doesn’t show up on Friday, then we are eligible for the TA since the system isn’t correctly completing the return as scheduled, which is one of the IRS’s stipulations for TA qualifications. Hopefully any early filers like me stuck with weekly updates can expect this nightmare to be soon over!!

Edit: She also told me the IRS had about 1,000,000 early e-files that couldn’t be processed and we are definitely not alone. This should be the same situation for anyone with similar issues!!

I just spoke to the IRS a bit ago. I’ve been able to view my trans for a little over 2 weeks. The first week I was all 000’s and the second week, it was filled out with codes 150, 866, 766, 766, 768, 570. I filed the 20th and HRB says I was accepted the 21st. I called today and fibbed that I was at 21 days and a woman looked into my account for a good 15 minutes. She verified everything from my Employer’s (2 W2s were filed), to my personal info, to my kid’s info, to practically my horoscope.

The first thing she told me right away is that they did not even receive my return until February 3rd! She says everything looks fine and that I’ll probably be getting a letter soon asking me to verify my income since I got the additional ACA credit and my income went up from last year, but still was not what I had estimated, plus I had the additional job. She told me to wait out the 21 days they require starting from the 3rd and to call back if I don’t either get my refund or instructions about how to prove my income.

So that 570 code I’ve been staring at isn’t quite as scary as I thought. Hopefully this all works itself out because the “this may delay your refund a little” was not too comforting. I’m glad I got SOME info finally though.

It’s saying that for a lot of people trying to get their transcripts. I’ve read everything from “its because you e-filed(mainly the identity theft issue)” to “its because you logged on as a guest too many times” and also “your information doesn’t match.” I wish I could give you an answer but I will say I tried all last week to get our transcripts (filed/accepted 1/28) and I received the information doesn’t match message (even though all the information was correct) and was prompted to call the number. I never called, as I’m not in dire need of transcripts or returns I figured I’d be patient, however I made an account yesterday instead of checking as a guest and it let me all the way through to my transcripts. I never received the message again. In my opinion there is a glitch in the system. But then again there is a lot fraud and identity theft this tax season so maybe its an extra precaution for the IRS. Wish I could help more but I figured I’d share my situation, Good Luck!

Accepted12:00am on01/30/2015 still one bar on WMR no transcripts and getting dicouraged!! No codes other than the generic tax topic 152 and the 4 th year with TT Friend filed the 2nd and received refund the 4th. This is crap! Happy for all who got theirs or even an update but I’m getting pretty ticked about my tax situation!!! Anyone else with the same problem!?

I e-filed my fiance’s on 2/2 for DD, accepted within 10 minutes. Still only 1 bar on WMR.

E-filed mine on 2/3, accepted 2/4, approved 2/7 for check to be mailed 2/13.

He ordered transcripts today to see if there was any more info about his return – we only just learned about these yesterday. After the whole signing in/ providing identity proof the page shows:

“GET TRANSCRIPT

We cannot proccess your transcript request. Please contact the Identity Protection Specialied Unit (PSU) at (800)***-****. ”

Has anyone else had this response? We’re not sure if he should call right away, or just wait on WMR to update. We monitor our credit closely, so we know he hasn’t had anyone stealing his identity.

I just checked WMR and it says that I am still processing with tax topic 152 and only one bar. However, I just checked my transcript and I have code 846, Refund Issued with a date of 3/2. My cycle code is 20150602. Last year, when my refund was deposited into my bank account, WMR said that I was still processing, but my transcript was updated with the 846 (refund issued) code.

WMR doesn’t update that often, however, I believe that transcripts update as soon as you finish processing whether your refund is approved or not. The best way to know what is going on with your refund is to check your transcript. It is possible that your refund is done processing but doesn’t get approved and needs to be reviewed manually, or they need more info, etc. Last year my refund needed manual review, so after my return was finished being processed my transcript updated with the “hold” code 570 (Additional Action Pending). Four months later my transcript updated with code 571 (Reversal of 571, hold release) and code 846 after my return was looked at by a human and approved. So check your transcripts!!!! That is by far the best way to know what is going on with your refund.

I think that everyone that has the 846 code with a date for 3/2 and cycle code of 20150602 should have their refunds by the end of the week. The dates next to the codes mean absolutely nothing, I learned that last year with my 570 code. Every date on my transcript came and went before I got my refund. And when my refund was approved, the date for the 846 code (refund issued) was 3 weeks after my refund was deposited into my account.

I filed with Turbo Tax, Relatively simply return, a single W2, some deductions, etc…

My return was transmitted to the IRS on Thursday, 2/5 @ 1:53P (EST)

The IRS accepted my return on Friday, 2/6 @ 10:38A (EST)

I filed and was accepted on 1/29. On 2/6 I was able to see 2014 on account and wage transcripts. Wage totally blank, and account has 0.00 next to account balance, accrued interest and accrued penalty with as of 2/23/2015… below is blank and say no tax return filed…I dont understand…do you think I should call?
