We have been accepted in Iowa since 1.21.15. It still says no record and basically screw off. Kind of frustrating, considering Iowa is usually pretty quick. In years past, I have received my state refund before my federal. I guess it will come in all due time. At least I have my federal return, HALLELUJAH!!!

s4sh yes thank you…. it can delay most cases very small time… like if you owe the irs but if you owe the county or child support can take a lot longer….

20150405 = Year=2015 Day of the Week=04 Week of the year=05

Our cycle date for processing was this week(today) , that is why many of us saw updates with our transcripts.
Your deposit follows the week after your cycle date(processing date).

Should expect to see an update or DDD by no later thank 02/04/15.

@batman: I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but offsets DO typically delay refunds. I had an offset last year and it delayed my refund by 3 weeks. Others that I know have been delayed as well due to offsets. I guess that it could depend on what the offset was for, but I’m not sure that matters.

In any case, offsets CAN delay your refund. It happened to me last year.

I figured it might set it back a few days. Just got off the offset line, and it has already been deducted from my refund, the automated service also said my DDD is 2-4, so maybe it won’t slow me down too much since it’s already been deducted. WMR doesnt show it as being deducted yet, but it will (dealing with this 3 years). So since they’ve already taken it fingers crossed its a smooth transition. Thank you though :D

The third cycle in calendar year 2015 is Posting Cycle 201503. See Exhibit 3.30.123-2, ECC-MTB Posting Cycles. The ECC-MTB Posting Cycles calendar has been revised to reflect the true posting week beginning on Friday and ending on Thursday.

The cycle number used as the GMF Campus Production Cycle for one week will be the same cycle number used as the ECC-MTB Posting Cycles when posting occurs. The cycle number, then, describes the same information being processed.

Example:

The GMF Campus Production Cycle 201504 runs from Thursday, January 22, 2015, through Wednesday, January 28, 2015. The ECC-MTB Posting Cycle 201504 runs from Friday, January 23, 2015, through Thursday, January 29, 2015. BMF, EPMF and IMF weekly transactions and weekly accounts will be processed on the last day (Thursday) of the Posting Cycle

It’s my understanding that the cycle date is the processing date and you add an additional four business days to that date to determine when your direct deposit will run.

My system says 0401 was 1/23 02 was 1/26 03 was 1/27 04 was 1/28 and 05 was 01/29 . My understanding is this date is the refund issued date. add 4 days and you will get your Direct deposit date. I will say it could be sooner for example some people with a 20150404 cycle date got a 2/2 deposit date and others got a 2/3 date like me.

sparkle ignore the cycles and dont panic yet keep checking… your return isnt complete untill u see both account and return transcripts…. and they are filled out…

rtbartonie if everything is the same then u have no issues u just have to wait a little longer… i would say that u should have an update real soon… your just not done processing

I have called them also…the previous post I posted and this one I am about to post (my own call) is with an agent from the tax law dept that takes care of the ACA penalty:
I told the agent that I’m calling because I pulled up my transcript and I see a 570 freeze code on there but I also see an 896 code and the amount seems to be my fine for no insurance. She immediately responded and told me that it isn’t done processing and gave me the 21 days spill. So I told her, “oh, do you want me to tell you what I have on my return transcript since I have it right here in front of me?” She sounded shocked and that’s when she placed me on hold. I can hear her talking to someone while I’m on hold…no clue to whom. She comes back and tells me since I have my transcripts I’m done processing and then takes my info from me. She then told me that it isn’t really a freeze. It is just waiting for the fine to be taken out and it will be released. I asked her if she knows when will it be released and she told me that it isn’t a major delay. I gave her the date on the transcript (2-16) and she told me it would be taken care of before that date because it really isn’t a freeze.

Does anyone know what Form 8888 is on your Record of Account Transcripts? I have negative amounts for my Refund Amount and Form 8888 is $0. I filed for innocent spouse last year and was grated it and they assured me I wouldn’t be responsible for anything on my ex husbands account, but I am afraid that they are taking my refund again this year.

@jenn: I feel like that you will most likely update with the next batch of WMR’s. Transcripts update in real time and being able to at least view your transcripts now does mean they are working on your return. At least that is the pattern I have been seeing with people on IGMR. I have seen many people that have gone to all zeros or n/a’s to having actual data within an hour. Just keep checking. Good luck!

Changes included daily processing for certain individual taxpayers, Center production cycle, posting cycles, accelerated refunds and notices, and accelerated IDRS posting. Daily Processing, IMF (Individual Master File) processing with the cycle definition outlined below, but processing daily (daily transactions to daily accounts) with weekly processing occurring on Thursday.

@NCMomof3: I think it is a great step forward that you can see your transcript, and I feel at least being able to see the 846 code is a good sign. I understand that message is worrisome, I am worried since I can’t view mine online. However keep in mind though that transcripts are updated in real time so keep checking it. I saw many people with the first big transcript update that had things such as n/s, all zeros, freeze codes that still updated on the WMR the following evening. If it makes you feel better call the transcript hotline :)

I think it is the 4th. I looked at my past transcripts and last years shows refund issued on 2/25/2014 and I got it around 2/10.. so I think there is a big difference in that date and the one you actually get your refund on. BUT… from what I have seen on here and other sites is that once the IRS process your refund they have to issue it back to you within 4 days. Im not sure how true that is but I hope it is :D

Hi. Thought I would join in since I am a weekly. My 2014 Account Tscript finally showed up this morning. I filed on 1/12 and was accepted on 1/13. WMR bars went away on 1/15 along with my refund amount and hasn’t shown back up since. I was happy to see my account transcript but it really doesn’t have much on it besides our names, address and SSNs. It does show FEB. 16, 2015 out beside ACCOUNT BALANCE. It also states “RETURN NOT PRESENT FOR THIS ACCOUNT”, that bothers me but I am hoping that it is just needing time to update.

WAHOO!!!! Transcript just became available in the last hour! I can see numbers and everything so hopefully DDD will show up tonight on wmr.
Also weird thing… but on the transcript I found under the account header shows code 150.. and states Tax Return Failed date 2/16/2015 cycle… wth does that mean. LOL. It also show the refund issues which is awesome!! But if anyone finds out what this 150 means let me know.

IMF Daily Processing

IMF processing will be daily except on weekends. Some transactions post to IMF on a daily basis as opposed to during the weekly cycle.

Pulled this information directly from IRS website after some digging. Everything I am posting can be verified on the IRS web portal.
cycle posted on transcripts 20150405 2015 year 04 cycle week 05 cycle day. This means anyone with this exact code should expect Thursday DD. I know alot of folks were hoping for an earlier DD but this is the information no one wanted to look for and it was readily available on the IRS web portal. Just wait a couple of more days and you will have your deserved refunds. There are way to Many bogus theories flying around here.

IMF Cycle Date is a daily cycle designated by an eight digit number indicating the year, the two digit cycle number and the two digit number indicating the day of the week (YYYYWWDD). The following values for DD are defined:

01 = Friday

02 = Monday

03 = Tuesday

04 = Wednesday

05 = Thursday

For people assuming you will get a quick transcript update, think again. My account transcript has been blank all week and I have seen NO UPDATE. I guess you *might* get an update soon but don’t count on it.

I filed on 01/29 around 6pm and was accepted about an hour or so later is when I think I checked WMR. I filed with expresstaxrefund.com as I do every year – with funds taken out of refund. They said most refunds will issue in 8 days so I am hoping for a 2/6 DDD :) I have one bar on WMR.

I filed with Jackson Hewitt on 1/17, accepted 1/20, got my DDD for 1/30 (WMR changed to my DDD on Wed this week). I still haven’t received funds on JH preferred card. Can’t find a way to get in touch with a person to find out what their holdup is. I haven’t used JH in years, and now, I remember why. It’s not about the holdup. It’s the fact that I can’t talk to a person.

Normally the 846 means you have been approved but it just hasn’t updated on wmr yet. You are still being processed and will probably see your status change overnight.

2015 is the year 04 is the week of the year 05 is the day of the week, but the IRS days start on Thursday not Sunday so. Thursday being 1 Friday being 2 Sat being 3 so on and so forth. Your DDD should be Monday 2 FEB 2015

Got to see 2014 transcripts today. Cycle 20150405 Refund sent Date: 02-16-2015. Accepted 1-20. WMR still on one bar but at least I know that I’m getting my refund in the near future!

I’m in the same boat. I have a past due tax debt that was applied last night. No 846 on my scripts, but no freeze codes or anything out of the ordinary. My process date is 2/16, so the IRS basically has until that date to process my return in full. Meaning they have to pay any debts I owe with my return and either issue a refund or begin correspondence if there’s any holds, freezes or investigations, etc. I wouldn’t sweat it until 2/16 has come and gone or you get new codes. If you have a cycle code don’t worry. It means you’re being processed and they’re working to get your return completed. Don’t forget scripts update in real time, not just at night. You can check them often without getting locked out, unlike WMR.

To all that have responded :) I was able also to order my transcripts by phone this morning, even though I could not last night. I feel this is great progress! Even though we can’t view our transcripts online because of ID theft indicator, I feel we will see an update with WMR tonight or tomorrow. The pattern has shown that once people can view transcripts or their transcripts even aren’t complete, but there, that they normally update with the next major WMR. For those of us that can’t see them, I really feel like we will have a DDD of 2/4, based on what others are saying that could view their transcripts for the first time this morning. Good luck everyone!!! Let’s keep everyone updated on what we find out!

After losing WMR tracker bars, and getting the “your tax return is still being processed – a refund date will be provided when available” message, I finally have transcripts. I have an 846 refund issued code for 2-16. Still don’t understand why bars went missing, but I had a partial health care penalty listed on my transcript as “non-tax debt”. Been an 05 weekly every year for as long as I can remember. Now a short wait for a deposit, I’m sure.

I have been calling the Treasury Program Offset Line and finally today it says that an offset in the amount of “X” will be applied on February 4th. Does that mean my refund will be issued that day?

I filed Jan 08 2015, Accepted Jan 12, and just now my transcript became available. I have cycle date 20150405 which most ppl are saying means a DDD of 2/4. I know someone that filed a couple weeks after me that already got their $. Why the IRS has to use such a cryptic and confusing system of codes I will never understand but I guess that’s bureaucracy for you. Here’s hoping Wednesday comes quickly.

I filed with TA on the 26th and was accepted immediately. As soon as I went to next page it said it was accepted by the IRS. Just this morning I was able to see my account transcript, BUT it is not populated yet just names and SS #’s nothing filled in for codes or $$$ no cycle date either. I guess it is processing now for me. Last year the”account transcripts” updated throughout the day (not once a day) so hopefully I’ll have some info later.

I purchased the ultimate bundle w/state and 5 federal e-files every year because I also do my kids returns.

Until yesterday was only able to see Wages and the rest was at N/A. This morning was able to see Account Transcript but the top two boxes are still saying N/A. Waiting for Record of Transcript and Return Transcript :(
