      I have been calling the Treasury Program Offset Line and finally today it says that an offset in the amount of “X” will be applied on February 4th. Does that mean my refund will be issued that day?

            RANDY… I already knew I had an offset from student loans. The offset hotline phone # is 800-304-3107. It will tell your friend if there is anything that will take some or all of it. In my experience it would have shown up on the offset hotline by now.

              Was the offset listed on the hotline prior, or did it just show up? A friend has been calling hotline daily and nothing is listed. His account transcripts are available and doesn’t show an offset. He is nervous about it hitting now that refund has been approved. Thanks.

                It may actually be before then. When I called they said it would come out of my refund for 2/2/15 but it has already been sent to sbbt and released to my bank today.
