I filed on 01/06 and was accepted on 01/12 and did not know anything about transcripts until some time last week, because I was wondering what the delay has been and WMR has just shown my refund in process this whole time. I stumbled upon this site and looked up my transcript and discovered I have the 896 for the ACA and a 570 with a 0.00 amount and a 971 after that. I have a cycle code of 20150405 but no 846. The 896, 570, and 971 all show dates of 02-16-2015 and the 806, 766, and 768 all have dates of 04/15/2015 and the appropriate amounts listed. I have no bars and no tax topics on WMR, just that my return is being processed. I used tax act and filed as HOH with the EIC for one dependent. I still have not received any mail from the IRS. I am going crazy with worry hoping I am not going to be one of the horror stories that isn’t going to get my return until December. I am having a baby in May and I really needed that money because we are moving. My husband is here on a green card and can’t work yet because we are in the process of dealing with our immigration case for his work permit. He is a registered nurse but right now we are relying solely on my income and this is so stressful! I was hoping to have that money to help once I go out on maternity leave and now I am terrified that it won’t happen. I can’t even sleep I am so worried about what the heck is going on. I was out on maternity leave in 2013 and my income was significantly less and so I am thinking that combined with the fact that I filed early is what flagged me for review. I wish there was more information on the transcript. Not knowing is literally making me sick.

never have i have waited till long in nothing i can see the account transcript for 2014 but all 000s in no return filed whats going on can someone give me some info
I went bk through my transcripts and they all say 05. So i am weekly looking for and update by weekend
Did anyone here use Tax Act (which has Republic bank)? I am a little confused as to how they work…On the paper work I printed is says that they will deposit directly into my bank account after what they call a “refund transfer” which costs 19.99. Does that mean I WILL NOT go through SBBT? I have a deposit date of the 4th, but would like to find out if I have to go through any other bank/union other than Republic. Please help me clarify…
Good luck to you all I hope you get your money soon!I have a DDD of 2/4 on WMR, filed at an HnR office, delayed fees till return. Will HnR deposit my refund immediately on 2/4? Or is there a chance ill have to wait on it??
Commented earlier but i will update. Filed and accepted the 29th with TT. One bar ever since No changes, no transcripts. Hoping for an update tonight!
@Nikki I know it’s hard, but try and stay positive. I’m really hoping tonight’s update brings us all good news. It’s been an emotional roller coaster for me all week since I saw that dreaded 570 code.
I hate the waiting game…. snowed in and all I want to do is pay some bills /whining I can’t wait for tomorrow… will post updates early (east coast) Fingers crossed for everyone expecting $ tomorrow that everything goes smoothly and quickly!
So if we are on a daily cycle, how soon would we all see an update, best case scenario? I am just not sure if we are supposed to do something or just wait.
Thought I might be able to shed just a little light for a few posters….SBBT generally will receive your deposit 24-48 hrs prior to your ddd (sometime a day longer if you hit a weekend). They do indeed forward your deposit to your financial institute and generally they will hold it until the ddd given. The reasons for this are as follows: By law they don’t have to put your $ into your account until expected date, it benefits them to have the money sit for a day or two and accrue interest. Some banks do not process in real time (meaning that deposits are batched and processed at the end of the business day and not as received) Exceptions to this are card services- prepaid card companies have direct deals/savings/fees that they get from the tax prep services that employ them. The cards receive funds generally as they are received because the card issuer does not gain anything financially from holding your funds. Check with your bank to find out how they process (batched processing will generally not show pending deposits). Rest assured though- if you see your money on the SBBT site- you will have it in your account within 24 hrs (up to 48)
Like I’m trying not to worry, get upset, or cry but this sucks. I haven’t even signed up for insurance yet and by the looks of it, I don’t know if I want to go through this again. Like we really need our money. It’s really not fair. I mean of course they’re going to get their money off the top, and it’s already been deducted so why put us through all of this!

I am trying to be positive here… how could they possibly penalize us and then hold us up by not giving us our refunds? Obviously if we did not have health care we could not afford it… it makes no sense!
Finally got in no change at all starting to get really really irritated
I filed 1/13, Accepted 1/20 after being told by Turbo Tax it would be 1/22 because of their glitch. 1 bar, TT 152 since day 1. Transcripts were view able last Wednesday and I am able to see Account Trans but says as of 2/16, and all 0’s. Called and got some woman who claims to have looked it up, and saw no offsets, and processing normally. Claims It should deposit Friday, and WMR should update in the next 24-48 hours. Not holding my breath on that one…
@Jdubb — No I was just going by what my transcript says. My transcripts say my DDD should be tomorrow, but since I don’t have that 846 refund approved code I don’t think it will be there. Now in previous years I’ve gotten my deposit before WMR updated with a DDD. That happened all on the same day for us last year.
The more I research and read the more I think it will be a long time before we get anything. I promise next year I will put down I have insurance.
Thanks Nikki I called and the automated system listed the deposit and said it would be sent to my bank on 2/3. The online page for SBBT did not show any info. So I gather the ones of us that fees took out of refund will get it on the projected date.

accepted a few hours later on the 29th no updates since, havent been able to check transcripts at all, nothing, i hope im not gonna get audited like the last two years..I think I may have some of the “pending” figured out. I have deposited checks in the past that showed on my balance and I could use my debit card but couldn’t go to the bank and get large amounts of cash. My debit transactions were limited also. They explained that the check needed to clear the bank it was drawn off of before more than $1000 was available but that amount was based on average balance. So some banks must make it available when it hits with limits such as mine, some see where it is from and release the full amount, while others wait for the checks to clear the clearinghouse which is normally 48 hours according to my bank.
Just another theory which is what most info here is it seems. IRS agents don’t even give the same info. It’s confusing but nevertheless the 4th is a day away. I hadn’t even filed a week ago so I am good although I sympathize with those stuck in the system.
Nicole, no your refund will not go through SBBT if you paid your fees up front. It will go to the banking account or prepaid debit card you specified when you filed with TT
They must be updating or something. I checked my transcripts this morning about 10 am and I could get them, but nothing had changed on them. I just tried again at 2:45 and it is coming up an error due to maintenance.
Here is what has been going on with me:
I lost my bars on ‘WMR’ either Thurs or Fri.
Able to order transcripts on Fri and had all normal codes except NO 846 code yet. My cycle date is 04.If refund ever gets approved I think the DDD would be Tuesday, so I am a bit worried it being Monday already. My husband and I filed separately and his cycle code was 05 with 846 code. His WMR says DDD 02/04 so we are just waiting it to hit US Bank account.
I E-Filed using Turbo Tax. I paid for my fees with my debit card. Will my deposit still be routed through SBBT?? I’m a little confused on this process, any insight would be great. Thanks!

Took my quiz today. How long is it taking them to process returns after the quiz?
I originally filed my IN return on Jan. 20; there was NO acceptance/rejection until jan. 27. It was rejected because IN didn’t update systems for tuition credits or charitable deductions. I re-filed on the 27th and just received acceptance yesterday. Indiana does not have anything together.
anyone use amex serve for their direct deposit and actually get it ahead of their ddd? i heard amex was slow in posting and i also heard that this year they were posting as soon as the irs sent it so i’m not sure, first year i have used them
