Mines says the same thing last year and this year. Last year when it said that 2 months had passed finally spoke to someone from irs and they said it was an identity issue . Then I received my refund 2 days later .

@2013taxpayer She is definitely under further review. I mentioned this the other day. People with issues beyond 896/570 would see delays. If she can view her transcripts, she probably has an 810 freeze, or something similar.

@2013taxpayer That’s a verification letter. In other words they are questioning something she reported on her return. Income, tax credits, dependents, etc. That would have nothing to do with the 896 healthcare penalty. They aren’t questioning something she owes, they are questioning something she is trying to collect a refund on.

I normally get mine a day before but we shall see. Mine will be exactly one week if it posts the night of the third. BUT, my bank posts at midnight on a different time zone. So deposits usually post at 9 PM.

I am not sure about Monday. When my daughter got survivor benefits from her Dad checks never ever hit on Sunday or Monday. I was told ACH only posts deposits on days the Federal reserve is open. Some deposits get in the system and post Saturday when the bank “see’s” them. Most employers post Friday or Saturday if payday is Monday for the same reason. I could be wrong but I do not think so. Tuesday is highly probable but not Monday.

Keeping my eye on this thread. I have the same cycle date. I usually get my state refund (GA) a day earlier than Feds. Last year I got my state on Tuesday morning and Fed on Wednesday morning. Will post here the very second the first deposit. I use a Chase Prepaid Card and I usually get things earlier than others who use a regular checking account for DD.

Do agencies have a certain amount of time that they have to file a offset against you. Transcripts show 846 refund issued. WMR says topic 203 with my full refund and still when i call the offset hotline it says it “may” be reduced.

Has anyone had it where it showed up on the offset hotline but they still got their full refund?

And Since I didn’t say this, and apparently some question it. The only other action WMR may have is new filer acceptances. This is simply the first WMR action when the IRS acknowledges they have your return. Just because they aren’t processing or posting, doesn’t mean they aren’t accepting. It has been updated over the past few seasons to be updated in real time. It can take 24 to 48 hours if the system happens to be down, when your submitted yours, but the average acknowledgements are under 12 hours now, most happening in minutes to a few hours.

@whathappened: two people have posted they got a notice in the mail today. One had only 570 and the other 896/570. I am waiting to see if it will apply to us or she had it for some other reason. But she isn’t replying yet to what the ID of the letter (CP05, etc.) is on her notice. I will update soon.

Just checked and now have a ddd of 2/9 for state, filed on 1/16 with my federal, federal was received on 1/30, wonder why it’s taking so long to get the state refund, in the past, i’ve always gotten state before federal.

And I’ll say it again, based on everything I have read, and pulling together info others have shared, I believe MOST of us will see money by the end of the week. 2/4 – 2/6. Notice I said MOST, there will be exceptions to the rule, as there always is. But for those who have a 570/896 ONLY, MOST should have updates coming up this week. Whether the 570 comes off because its a systemic release (which some of you don’t believe) or if it comes off because someone went in there and lifted it, or if the issue that caused this was fixed and they resequenced you to get the computer to lift it, the result will still be the same. It will end with a DDD being generated as soon as your account has the new information posted to it, which can’t happen before Monday.

I filed through ave tax and was accepted on 1/13/15. My bars disappeared on WMR and has been saying my refund is being processed and a refund date will be provided when avail every since. I can only see 2 transcripts account and wage. The other 2 say N/A. Anybody else in the same boat??

@justasking if you changed addresses, yes that means they probably processed it yesterday updated last night now your address is your new one. Transcripts update randomly also but chances are you’ll get your ddd by Monday or Tuesday at the latest I would say if everything was correct and you had no holdups.

I filed my own taxes this year with HRB online on 1/28 at 9 pm. I was accepted about five minutes later. Married filing jointly as always and new education credits this year. Last year we received our deposit on 2/11 but filed on 2/1. The new education credits may slow ours down this year but not sure. Anything goes with the IRS!

pooh pooh YES as I said ,I DID FILE a 8963 FORM WITH THE1095A,correctly.ALL who do can expect a code 570 delay as part of the process for processing those returns.So far 02,03,04,and us 05ers all ,who filed with 1095a/8962 forms got a 570code ,delay ,review whatever u want to call it,we are all still waiting,while 4 different rounds of refunds have went out or about to with ddd’s.IF you had obamacare ,got susidy,filed with1095a/8963 as you have to,you will get a 570 hold code,additioal action pending on your transcripts,and delayed,unless they find some fix.Whole club of us on facebook #CLUB570 Most there got delayed for having no insurance and paying penalty,which is even more common,the same code,570,+ another, all still waiting,most filed 1/5-1/21

@*ty* Transcripts updating and DDD generating, is based off of new information posted to your tax account. Nothing could post yesterday being deferred, while stuff does process Saturday and Sunday, its post with Friday or Monday. So in this case nothing new will post until Monday night, which will be the next time people see their transcripts update, and a new DDD will be issued. The only updates that MAY continue to happen before Monday night are, the losing of bars. This is directly caused by your return not having any updates to it in a certain number of days. So whether you get resequenced, or simply didn’t move in progress because of lack of posting on a deferred day, your bars will disappear. Once your account updates again, you get your bars back, and it often results in a DDD along with it, because that was your next step anyhow before you got jammed up or started over.

Filed/accepted 1/23. DDD of 2/4. Transcript was available 1/30 with refund issued code. Bars and refund amount disappeared on WMR on 1/28 . Still had topic 152 displayed with the generic message about still processing and a refund date would be provided when available. It updated this morning to show refund approved and a DDD and same amount on my return.

Not sure if I went through a manual review but if so, it was very quick. Had education credits, EIC, and child tax credits, and a small ACA penalty.

I filed HOH, w-2, and a schedule c for my business on the 22nd, and received a cycle date of 20150405. My refund should be deposited by 2/4, and I have 2 bars on WMR! So, not everybody is getting pulled/audited! It only took 1 week to get approved for me with my business info!

that happen to me last year I was under review the system pick people to review them. I kept getting letters until one day I snapped on a agent after months. I told I needed that money because I ‘m a single parent and he gave me the number to a hardship advocate who then helped me get my money so don’t wait 60 days because those letters are generated after 21 days call the hardship advocate and I promise they will help you. but if you don’t call they will string you along. js!

Similar thing happened to me years ago.

While living with in laws, I claimed both my kids for eic.

It caused an audit because technically the in-laws could have claimed them, even if there was a dispute, they had the right.

The irs set a date, we went and it was so easy because we are poor and have little other than w2.

By then my in laws filed, proving to the irs they had no intention of claiming out kids and then they approved the refund but man it took months to fix.

I filled and was accepted on 1/26. I knew I had an offset from 2012. I filled my 2012 taxes right before I filed my 2013 by the hair on my chinny chin I was able to get a refund because it was also my 1st year filing married jointly.. I had gotten married in 2013. I knew that this year they would offset our taxes which is fine. As of yesterday my bars dissapeared and all I see is your refund is being proccessed.. On my account transcript for 2014 I see the cycle 20150404 but when I go into my 2012 transcript I see Code 790 Cycle 20150405 I see that they have cleared up the account with they amount from my refund from this year but No DD date or updates on the 2014 Transcripts or WMR… Could an update be coming soon and do you think I will receive the balance soon??? I have the date of 2-16-2015 all over but I figure thats just the 21 day limit after I originally filed! Any answers would be gratefully appreciated!
