      I have both of these codes (the 896 is for the healthcare penalty). I have a cycle date of 20150402, which is when I was expecting my refund. Now with these codes can I still expect it that day?

          I have these same codes 896 and 570, same cycle. Does anyone know how long the delay will be?

            Hmm I wonder, i was accepted 1/21 still processing but after i entered my info it was found i owed about $46 over over-payment on the Advance tax credit. which they deducted from my taxes.

                  896 means you had an offset which can and probably will delay your return

                  *in your case yes they are related.
