      I had my refund sent to an emerald card. Hr block said it would be here in a week. I filed 1/20 and state and federal refunds have already been issued, but I still haven’t received my emerald card yet. Anyone else? Should I be worried? I just want access to my money

          I have not received my emerald card and my deposit was on March 4th 2015

            I haven’t recurved my card either in also at a po box and my funds are there

              I had an issue with my emerald card last year so I called H&R Block and found out the issue. When they mailed the card they forgot to add my apartment number so it was returned to them as undeliverable. They advised me to go to my local office and have a generic card issued because my refunds were already deposited so I would have one to use while waiting for them to send one to the correct address with my name on it. I would call your local H&R Block and explain the situation. Hopefully they will do the same for you.

                I have not received my emerald card yet, my mailing address is a p.o box number which was not allowed when I did my taxes, it has been way over the time that I should have received my card.

                  yea but you should be able to get a temporary card from a branch. i had to order my secondary card yesterday and they told me that it could take 7-10 business to receive it by mail but that if i needed it sooner to go to a branch and get a temporary card
