Okay got off the phone with a nice IRS lady and she said the reason why my bars disappeared and I havent gotten nothing is because Im under review. After she peeked more into the account she saw it had to do with my EIC and I told her that there should be only one child on there. She said I had two and I made a mistake in filing my other son this year. So she noted that on the account and told me I had to wait 3 weeks and I should see some kind of money after everything is resolved. but she did say that due to my cycle being 20150405 I would have gotten my DDD today and they did see I filed 1/20 and they recieved it 1/20. Im back from yesterday…lol….. I filled with Taxact. I was accepted on th 20th and this morning I was able to see ALL my transcripts , still all zeros , still giving me the topic 152 code, no bar, and no amount.

Is this a good thing that my transcripts were updated today or lastnight?

Does this mean I will be getting DDD? Plz HELP!!!

@Steven I am certain that the 570 is simply a hold rather than a review because of being amongst early filers and having an ACA credit which has to come from the same place the people with 896 ACA penalties are waiting funds to be transferred to. It’s just a reverse of their situation. Also, 971 is not a request for information. It is a “notice issued” which can mean many things (just like 570 can mean different things because your refund can be held for lots of reasons) In this case it’s most likely that a notice has been mailed to explain the delay considering this is the first year for the ACA stuff and I was in the first group of filers. I’m not going to jump to panic or speculate a negative outcome or nightmare until one presents itself. When you are being reviewed WMR also tends to show a different code which mine is still sitting with the 21 day tt 152 message so I’m confident they are working on it and although there may be a delay, it will get here. I would be much more concerned if I hadn’t been doing my taxes as well as 4-6 other people’s per year since i was 17 (I’m 32 now) A thorough review of my transcript from last year where there was no issues and this years only shows the healthcare items to be different than years past, so if there were to be a review … well then, let them review. On another note… I’m not one to jump to conclusions or panic, but other people are. Be Kind and choose how you word your advice to people and comments because people are scared, struggling, and worried and the internet is riddled with misinformation. The things we say can contribute to panic or be a positive force or comfort even if we don’t know exactly what is going on. I could be completely wrong in how i’m interpreting my return, and maybe i was chosen for a review, and maybe it will be next year before I get my refund…. but considering the variation in the whole tax filing process and everyone’s situation, it doesn’t necessarily mean anything from last year has any likeness to this year when we have such a huge elephant in the room called “Obamacare” that is the common thread for most of these 570 issues. Thank you again for your comment. Hope I helped you better understand my situation though so if someone else is having the same issue perhaps we can not give them a doomsday scenario and instead shed a little light and hope on the situation. I didn’t get the 971 code either. I just spent 45 minutes on hold to speak to an extremely rude person named Ms Baker who told me there is no way I can see my transcripts! I was looking at them while talking to her! I only have the 570 code. She told me she doesn’t see the code and there have been no letters sent to me and hung up! Just like that.

Thank you Jesus. Return and Account Transcripts updated last night. I have the 846 refund sent code on my Account Transcript and my Return Transcript is complete. I have the cycle date 20150502. I keep hearing that we should get our money Friday, sooner for those with Netspend and those that do not have fees coming out from SBBT or Republic Bank. I was ready to give up and throw in the towel, thinking something was wrong. My bars were gone for over a week and my amount went missing as well. So glad this is almost over!!! Congratulations to everyone!!!

@Paige You are lucky. I have a DDD of 2/4 and I too use Chase and SBBT does not have anything on there for me yet. It just shows what they are going to be deducting and that they have not received my refund yet. Trying my best to be patient. That’s hard to do when you know you have a rather large sum of money coming your way. LOL

I hate to tell you this but we were reviewed last year and 570 means review. and the other code means awaiting info from you. Also reviews have been extended to 16-20 week timeframes :(

No update for me either. A lady said on another thread that sbbt doesn’t open until 8 am West Coast time and it’s usually within 15 minutes of them opening that the updates will show. I’ll certainly be trying at 11:15 my time.

I woke up to 971 at the bottom of my transcripts too. I filed 20th, accepted the 21st, I have a healthcare credit rather than offset so I never had the 896, instead I overpaid for health insurance but have been sitting with a 570 since last Tuesday and this morning I saw the new 971 code at the bottom which I assume is to explain the delay or whatever. I’ve had no changes or lost bars on wmr, just holding at 1 bar and tt152 and the generic “you should have your refund in 21 days” stuff. cycle is 20150402

I’m thinking it’s just a letter saying how much they appreciate us letting them invest our money interest free and to keep up the good work. ya think? Actually hearing you have one too, I’m positive it’s just the generic letter saying there is a delay that they are working out and no information is required at this time…. i suppose we will see if the thing actually got mailed since it’s dated 2/23/15 so who knows if it’s been sent out or if it will go out then because it will be past the 21 days at that point. ugh.

My 2014 transcripts are not available yet, but I did notice that on 1/24/15, on my 2013 transcript, they added 922 – Review unreported income. I worry that it’s going to cause a delay for this year. Does anybody have any experience with this?
I did get a response on the main feed yesterday that this will not cause a delay in this year’s refund, but of course I am still unsure since I’ve seen no changes. Filed and accepted 1/28/14. No 2014 transcripts, 1 bar on WMR with topic 152. It’s hard not to obsess!

This is super frustrating for me. Only transcripts are account and wage, which say no file returned on wages, and account has 0’s and no file returned also, filed on the 15th, accepted around 20th I’m assuming, one bar on wmr, tax topic 152, and absolutely no updates what so ever! Ugh….

So I filed 1/20 accepted 1/21 . I was able to order transcripts last Thursday I believe but they are all blank with 0000 and feb. 16th date. I am upset I wasn’t updated like the rest last night. I understand I was re sequenced whatever. This is ridiculous.

No honestly I never get my PA refund before my federal so I didn’t check the first time until the 25th and it said my return was processed and they would mail a check or something similar which I thought was weird because I requested direct deposit. Then it was just in my acct the 27th. I checked the refund status after the money was in my acct and still had the same message so obviously there system is a little behind.

Mine did that. Had that message and no refund amount. The next day, my account transcript was available and the day after than WMR updated to refund approved with a DDD of 2/4. I haven’t received it yet though.

I heard we should get our money on friday the 6th. Once the 846 code is issued I highly doubt we will have to wait until the 6th just for a DD date. We should get our actual money by then, with WMR updating in the next day or two.

No, that just means you haven’t been processed yet. If your account transcript shows up for 2014 and it has no return information on it, then that means you got resequenced and will likely not see progress for a week.

Hey lovelies…I’m super confused. I was able to view my account transcript today. I have a cycle date of 20150502 and a code 846 where it clearly says my refund has been issued. However, WMR hasn’t budged an inch. No 2nd bar, and definitely no DDD. How’s that possible? I thought the 0502 cycle club got their money already? Just for good measure I checked SBBT, and they don’t have anything, of course. Thoughts?

Not necessarily. Some people say the bars are just a server issue or whatever. Now, if you check your account transcript and it says no return filed, then THAT is the kiss of death. Mine was blank like that for a whole week with no progress. Thankfully that’s over now.
