I filed 1/20. WMR bars disappeared 2/2 and gave me the msg “Your refund is still being processed a date will be given when available” No transcripts or anything. After countless calls to the IRS getting no information. My WMR status changed this morning to “we have recieved your return and its being processed”. I called my advocate and she advised me that my refund was hung up due to verifying my info (I have a ID theft indicator) but someone got to my return and fixed whatever it was that was delaying it. She said it was corrected on the 10th. and now it looks like I will get my refund by next Friday (Thank God!) The wait is almost over folks. However she did say some people aren’t going to be handled as fast as mine. Some won’t get their refunds until after July.

I hope 2/13 gets deposited today, some others received two or three days early but no I am never that lucky. Hah. Still at two bars wmr but I don’t expect that to change it never changes for me until after I already have the refund. So it’s a waiting game can’t really check anything Cept here! Luck to all!

So I filed on 1/20 with HRB and was told irs accepted on 1/20. I have no bars on WMR and it just says “Your refund is being processed…” Last night I created an account and tried to access transcripts. Site told me to call the Identity Theft line. Just spoke to them. They didn’t tell me much. They just said it’s been flagged and under review, but it’s not because of multiple returns. I’m guessing it is because I moved back in November. In between moving I got a PO Box and somehow the IRS has that PO Box address on file. My return is very simple, so I’m not sure why it should be such a hold up. My W2 is from the same company as last year and refund is being deposited into same bank account as last year. Of course I’m making the assumption it’s being reviewed for possible Identity Theft and not other reasons. One weird thing is IRS did tell me they didn’t accpet my refund until 1/22 even though I got an email from HRB saying they accepted it on 1/20. Who knows… I’ve never had issues with getting a refund before. I hope this doesn’t drag out too long.

Has anyone heard of any issues with WMR or delays with IRS? I usually file same time every year and I always have some kind of date on website or something by this time (9 days since filed)….Actually, I usually have my refund by Valentines Day…..I guess IRS does not want to be my Valentine :)

Yes Im on same situation. Filed on 1/10 no letters I decided to call last Monday and id was verified. 6 weeks he said and keep waiting. No changes on wmr nothing. It is really frustrating

filed on January 19th. call the IRS today because I hadn’t heard anything regarding my refund so far. the Where’s My Refund website told me they didn’t have any information and I should wait until after my returns have been submitted. after 48 minutes of being on hold I finally spoke to a human. The woman informed me that the IRS had just received my return yesterday February 10th, and that what most likely had happened was that my refund was submitted and rejected and the tax preparer had just resubmitted it to the IRS. so now the wait continues all over again for me

Refund was sent on 2/11 still nothing posted to my Jackson Hewitt card. I called and asked what bank they use and he didn’t even know. How can he not?? Anyone out there know what bank they use?

E-filed with IS through Tax Act on 1/28, accepted within minutes but have a received date of 2/2. Transcripts became available 2/6 with the expected 570 code, cycle 20150505 and date 2/23.
WMR has stayed at one bar, the normal one liner (processing, blah, blah, 21 days) and shows full refund amount. I got concerned after realizing that my IS form doesn’t show on my transcripts and called yesterday… Talked to a very nice gentleman who informed me that it won’t (and then I did what I should have done to begin with and checked my transcripts from the last time I filled IS, it doesn’t show on those either). He said it has already been processed, it’s my husbands debt but I’m the only one with income from last year so it was pushed through and my account is not currently showing an offset so the entire amount should be coming back to me. Someday.
My refund is still on hold and will not be released yet despite my return and the IS being cleared =(
I’m not flagged for review, no calculation errors or other offsets, etc. Apparently they’re just holding on to it because they can. He was very apologetic but not any help after that point. I’m impatient and irritated as hell, especially knowing it’s all done and ready to go but probably won’t be released for at least another month for no reason at all.

What’s your guys WMR show now with this code 20150602? I have the same one, but also have the code 846 refund sent. The Sbtp has received my money and should be released tomorrow, as well as WMR showing tomorrow. For you guys without the 846 code, what does WMR say for you for The DDD?

I got the same message to call Monday night so I called first thing on Tues and they asked a bunch of questions to verify who I am. I was told my refund was processed and I should see the money in 7 to 30 days. Now here is the thing each night around 6 pm I keep getting the call message then around 10pm it’s back to the standard 30day message so I called again to find out what was the deal. I was told it still was process and the refund will be here in the next 7 to 30 days. This is crazy because if I’m processed what is taking so long to release my refund? If anyone out there had to call and verify info and now have a dd date how long did it take to get your money after going through all this crap.

So I have a small offset, $500 of my $2000 return. I was told they have had my return since 02/04 but the offset hasnt been applied. The lady I talked to today said all offsets take 10-12 weeks. :( Anyone else told this?

Check have been arriving approx. 2-4 days after mail by date. Unfortunately you have to wait for the irs to say the have the funds back before they will issues a mail by date.

Yeah I am in the same boat. They suck at updating their system. I always have to wait a least a month or more for NJ and then sometimes I get a letter asking for all my forms and birth certificates and ssn and w2 its sooo annoying I hate it . Everytime I ask the y say its random and they have done it to me for the past 7 years…random my butt.

F/A 1/28 – 1 bar, still in processing. Was able to get into transcripts to see nothing had been added now it continuously tells me “information blocked, doesn’t match” which is a crock. Could surely use it.

I used H&R block on 20 jan, state and fed accepted on 21, jan. Both DDD were set to 11, feb. Received state 4,feb haven’t received federal DD yet on 12,feb. IRS website refund tracker shows no bars only the your review is being processed message. H&R block website still showing a DD 11,feb. Is anyone else having this happen or might know why it’s happening?

SBBT said if you have a trace # give that to your banks ACH Dept and they will be able to locate funds and see where it is (thats what a trace # is for lol)

I filed on the 30th of january, this morning 2/12/20125 I was finally able to access my transcripts, it says the same thing as yours sleepy. wonder if it will take that long or they will come earlier than march 2nd. I have never had to wait this long before, so crazy.

I still have the “still processing” at WMR. No recorded payments to TT at SBBT and my transcripts show no filing yet. It is now 02/12/2015. Its 21 days for me on the 14th. I can only pray. When they cut the employees at the IRS, it was a bird brain thing to do, we pay taxes and should rightly be supported to get what we are due back and have a full staff at IRS. No one needs to be out of work, and this goes the same for IRS employees. I hope they see that they need to make the cuts else where next year. It angered so many people. The IRS needs to be fully staffed- and that is the bottom line. That is the least they can do.

My DD says it was sent to my bank today, I know its going to be rejected because its actually going to a prepaid card under a name thats not mine (big mistake I didnt realize until after i filed.) Since my dd date says sent today, when should I expect the website to change and to expect them to mail a check? Anyone have aan idea? Appreciate thehelp and insight!

I got the same answer about my refund being large and they couldn’t dd it and I would get a letter why the couldn’t dd. She also said I have a hold because of it. I haven’t gotten the letter or a update on my transcript that it was ever approved. Im calling thr irs today, its my 21st day, the ta sid the hold should be off friday. And if not to call back

I filed 1/29, accepted an hour later. Been stuck at one bar on wmr ever since. I can view the bottom two transcripts but they say 0.00 and an as of date of 2/23/15. No codes or cycle dates at the bottom. When should I expect to see some movements on wmr and/ or the transcripts. Also is there anything I should be worried about. It did take me two times to use the verify to see my transcripts and set up a login account. Thanks Bart!!

My husband is still in identity protection this year. We got a letter in the mail explaining there are three options to obtain the new IP pin this year. Option A was to go online and verify your identity to obtain the new IP Pin (we chose this option) so we could go ahead and file our taxes on February 2, 2015. Could the IP Pin, delay our return? I understand why it delayed last year… Most information is the same from previous year, except we own a house now. I wouldn’t think, they would flag that as ID fraud? Especially since we had to submit an IP Pin, to even submit our return online… Thoughts?

I use M&T Bank. Had a DDD of 2/11. It is 2/12, no deposit. Where’s My Refund is at 3 bars (deposit sent on 2/11). Usually get deposits from work immediately. I am very low on gas and need to refill my RX, so I hope my bank posts it soon!

Also — by online account shows Pending credits, and there is nothing Pending yet.

Take deep breaths everyone it’s coming! I filed on January 31st around 6pm I was accepted a couple of minutes later! WMR had me processing on one bar since then! I checked so much throughout the day that it told me that I exceeded my daily limits lol. I was just panicking because of some stories that I had heard but when I got up at 5am this morning and checked mines had UPDATED TO APPROVED WITH A DDD OF FEBRUARY 17th! It’s coming guys and I hope this helps your nerves because when I was in your shoes up until this morning,reading others post an update to Ddd gave me some comfort!

So WMR updated for me for a dd of 2/13 but sbtpg doesnt even have my funds yet! Seriously the IRS needs to get it together! Does anyone know when they send it to them? Or the update process between the irs & sbtph? I need to fix my car so I have transportation between work and getting my kids! Not everybody gets to spend it on what they want!
