LAST YEAR the IRS opened for filing on the 31st and by February 2nd, a SUNDAY, tons of people had DDDs. THIS year they opened up on the 20th, and here we are on the 26th and there is nothing.

The thing is that nobody knows how accurate the WMR site is this year. Return processing began a week ago tomorrow, but nobody has seen any change on WMR since. Getting Accepted and one bar is happening quickly, but beyond that there hasn’t been a single reliable claim from anybody that they have gotten anything more.

In the past the WMR site has been somewhat reliable, most people get their refund a the day of, or a day or two earlier than the DDD given on WMR, it isn’t uncommon for the WMR to not show three bars until a couple of days after the refund has been deposited.

I am in Indiana. Filed 1/16, Received 1/20, and was accepted 1/25 now it says it is being processed.. We shall see I generally get my state before my federal so I am okay but I would prefer my federal anytime lol.

NY was accepted on opening day 1/20..on 1/22, i got a DDD for 1/27. That is extremely fast for NY

Last year I filed on 2/2 and got my state and federal on 2/8 I used turbo tax for federal and the MA state site for state. This year I used Turbo tax for both state and federal and I filed on 1/19 accepted 1/20 and been stuck at received/processing ever since. Shoot there hasn’t been ANY activity on my state at all. Does anyone now how accurate the WMR website is?

Last year I filed on the 15th or 17th, IRS didn’t open till the 31st. I thought that I would be in the first round of refunds but I didn’t get my refund till 2/19! So, just because you filed early, doesn’t mean you are getting your refund first. My coworkers filed on 2/1 and they got their money by the 12th of feb! Words can’t express how mad I was!

i have a dif last name on my health insr than on my w2 & the name i filed taxes in. i never changed my last name on my health insr. so my paychecks, w2, & income tax refund is in one name but health insr in another. how far do they check into the whole health insr thing & will it cause a prob if they see my health insr is in dif last name even tho ss # matches. if so will they just charge me the fine or do u think they will even catch it.

Unfortunately every year is different some people are saying it normally takes 7to 10days after the IRS has officially opened but that’s not really accurate either because last year IRS opened on January 31which was a Friday and by that following monday I had my DDD for that Friday 2/7so it just depends on the IRS every year is different for me and it sucks waiting to see what’s gonna happen this year

Moving slowly? Technically they’re moving faster. You’ve still got 5 days until it’s the 31st and last year they didn’t even start processing until the 31st.

Perhaps you shouldn’t be spending money before you have it or making plans financially that depend on when you receive this money.

Mine only shows for the wages as well. N/A for transcripts for 2014. So I’m wondering how someone was able to see their transcripts. Oh well, we all have one goal in mind and that is to get our money lol!!!

Last year IRS started accepting refunds on January 31and that Monda2/3/ I had my DDD for 2/7 so they are moving slower this year because the 31st was a Friday therefore mine was processed within a day

Per Facebook, IRS employees are not to give out any information on any type of social media. I guess there have been people saying that relatives or friends that work at the IRS are posting things and, supposedly it’s wrong. I would just love for the IRS to quit being so secretive.

so, i was able to login to get transcripts, and only wages transcripts are available. however, when i click to open mine, it says no record of return received……

anyone elses look that way? i filed with turbo tax on the 9th, accepted the 12th, and my bars disappeared on the 15th. so this is very strange!

My mom has worked for the IRS for close to 30 years. And although she works with the business returns, she has heard that all refunds, including E-filed will be delayed a week. So this could explain a lot of the waiting around. I’d expect to see some refund approvals beginning next week. Until then…

I filed turbo tax 1/14 and on 1/16 it said good news your refund was accepted early. Does that mean I am in a test batch? Also it still saying that it is processing. It then rejected my state refund because the acceptance date should have been changed to 1/20 from 1/16. If it was accepted early should It have been processed by now?

I filed on 1/25, got my direct deposit on 2/7. I don’t remember filing early last year, but I guess I did. I don’t think they submitted it to the IRS until 1/31.

Last year I was accepted on 1/31 and had money deposited on 2/8. I was only at 2 bars last year when I saw they had already deposited. It didn’t update for two more days. HRB was just as bad. I figure a 7-10 day turn around on average. I’ll get worried if I don’t see a deposit by the time I had money last year.

I filed with turbo tax on 1/23/15. I am still pending. I called Tt today and got one rep who was clueless and said that I may have an issue with “my w2 multi state income” which is not the case , he then dropped the call. I called back and got another rep who seemed to be more knowledgeable but said i may not have been accepted because “they are busy with all the people filing”.

i have a feeling something is wrong as every other year I have been accepted within 24 hours and now with federal and state are still pending.

I appreciate any ideas/explanations/advice.

They didn’t start processing refunds until 1/31 last year, lots of us filed earlier than that, I filed on 1/16 and was accepted the same day. I recall getting DDD on 2/1, DDD of 2/7, actually got DD on 2/6.

Unfortunately we have no idea what is going on. For all we know we will see a similar schedule this year, and they are not allowing WMR to access the current databases, or it could be that of the millions who have already filed and been accepted not a single one has actually been processed yet, a week after they started processing.

Why would someone go through all that trouble to be fake??? It’s uncalled for and evil!!! Have you all lost your bars, or still have at least one? I haven’t gotten anyone to answer my question about having my account already setup with Republic Bank and them knowing the name of my bank. Does anyone know if they have your account setup if that means they have pretty much already done a test run to your account to make sure it’s open and valid?

I called ODT and they haven’t received my return even though I was accepted on 1/21. It’s a turbo tax thing I’m sure of it. I refiled on their site. So if you filled with turbo tax and are getting no info found message I’d call ODT.

As of right now no one has a DDD, DDD won’t start till a week after the IRS starts accepting, We should see DDD by Wednesday for those that filed and were accepted by the 20th. We should have the money in our accounts later this week, Friday or Saturday with Monday being the latest. As for all the hype with Ryan being accepted he is a fake, he posted his photoshop picture when I was first on TurboTax, he was called out because he was missing a comma and then fixed it about 20 minutes later.

Maryland released my refund to Green Dot on Jan 24th at 10:59am. Green dot hasn’t released my funds. I called them yesterday and they said they don’t have my money. Today nobody will take my calls. Suggestions?
