Has anyone filed taxes having obamacare and received a ddd/ more then one bar or able to see transcripts?

Danielle she is correct if you are still getting an error i would keep contacting them… they just might be down on on their end
frustrated dont follow cycles and yes u should see an update over the weeken or monday morning as long as there is no problems with u return
Hel[p i am sorry for all your troubles. the answer is yes the pin does help.. will your refund be delayed… yes due to they are going to look very closely to make sure u are you… how long of a delay is the question… keep trying to get your transcripts… if you see a freeze code 570 then you know…… if you dont see one then you will be good to go an will get a dd sooner than later

I have been researching this 876/570 code for a few days now and this is what I believe. Even though 570 is technically a “freeze code” in this instance it was just IRS’s way of flagging the refund to deduct the healthcare care penalty. Now there has been chatter of this 570 code will be “lifted” tonight at 6, just in time for direct deposit. I believe this is untrue. If you are able to access your transcript you will see your refund (credit amount) on the top. I don’t think typical IRS coding rules apply here. Keep in mind, this is the new healthcare penalty processing and is new to the IRS and I think sticking these codes on top of them is the only way the IRS can pick them up. I also think because of these codes we are not seeing movement on WMR. I think anyone with a 20150402 cycle should expect their refund tomorrow. Let’s hope.

I have had my cycle code 05 last few years, I am fairly certain 05’s accepted before 1/25 will update tonight, at least the transcripts
@kells last year my DDD said 846 issued on 3/15/2014 but actually got it 2/28/14 so you’ll have it next week.
@kells code 846 is refund issued so it’s a good sign you should get it way before then!!!
That code if it expires on 2/16/2015 is exactly 21 days from the date our returns began POSTING…not accepted. 20150402i is 1/26/2015…which is what the IRS will go by…not when our returns are accepted. So maybe…..but I say no because after 2/16/2015 our refunds start accruing interest that IRS will have to pay. Which means they pay more than our actual refunds are. I don’t think it’s accurate and we should see our refunds before then. But yes it’s possible. That would be the latest.
I hope tonight is the night! Just show me some movement, dear IRS! ANY MOVEMENT! …

Omg Abbey I was just going to repost that! Great minds think alike. I am not sure 2/16/2015 are they saying two days from that date or two days from our transcripts being posted? Where was this found in the Manuel, it’s just nonspecific and also the penalty is not an offset
We’ve heard a bunch of conflicting info but MOST of it points to the code dropping off tonight, thats the first time I’ve seen anyone say that date. Thats also past 21 days for most of us. I just don’t see it happening.
@Roger no I was reading other threads thinking that there was some sort of correlation as pertaining to this years tax return but I guess I’ll just have to wait till I get mine in the mail to see. My return transcript isn’t ready for view however my account transcript was so not sure if that was a good sign or not.

As you’ve probably figured out, this means your refund is being held to pay for an offset.
The GOOD news, is more than likely you are not being audited (other codes would show) and THE HOLD WILL EXPIRE IN 2 CYCLES (02/16/2015)

I don’t even know what club I belong in 20140601 and 20130804. All I know the past 2 years for me has been horrid! Last year it was 1121 glitch then before it was education credit glitch. I told myself this year I’m going to wait until opening day and submit my taxes. I did just that and here I am with no progress or update! It never fails!
@Roger yeah that’s correct. But things seem to be slower this year.
shareel02 – I went back and looked at my DD in my account. I cannot view them online, but I did order a paper copy of 2013 over the phone a couple of days ago for future reference.

Ok so if my cycle dates are 901 702 601 for past returns… Which day do they have to submit those by? Will we be in next weeks friday DD? Everyone else is an 04 or 05 but then again I had to have my transcripts mailed so I can’t see my cycle date for this year.

My theory, the amount show on transcript should show what you are getting back after penalty was applied, it was already subtracted when doing the taxes. cycle 20150402What is a good number to speak to someone at the IRS I tried the number here but its just for refunds and I can’t get through to a live person..I’m trying to figure out why my Federal and State haven’t been accepted yet. I see several people getting accepted the same day they file and I always have in previous years but I’ve been pending since yesterday afternoon.
@addy usually the DDD will actually be sooner than you actual deposit date. Last year mine said DDD of 3/15/2014?but I actually got my DD on 2/28
Has anyone got the nys return is in the final stages of processing most returns will be completed within 2 weeks but it could take 4 then after that checking later it shows “We are almost finished processing your return. Once your refund is approved, the issue date will be available.”?

It sounds like we really have nothing to worry about and that at least some of us should see a change tomorrow.
Oh man!! I didn’t need a form for healthcare to my knowledge, we have tricare so it wasn’t needed. I filed on the 22nd though :( I’m so upset. Thanks for the info!
My cycle date is for 20150404. Is that for Tuesday of next week? .. I bank with Wells Fargo. Hopefully they’ll deposit it much sooner!
Okay I have read every forum I can find this morning, and have found a pattern.
First of there is a small group of people who have 570 and not the 896, and they were just confused, so their info doesn’t help us.
Second there is another small group of the 896/570’s that are reporting their refund amount on their transcript shows their full refund amount before the penalty was deducted, and the ones in that group that called the IRS, are being told they have other issues.
That puts the rest in a third group. The ones who have 570/896, and their transcripts reflect the amount already deducted. These ones that have called are reporting that there is no issue, and not to worry about it.
This is what I stated I found the other night. For anyone with the 896/570, and you don’t have any other tax issues, offsets, pending credits, etc., the 570 is supposed to drop off on the 4 business day, and I still stand by that.
So I called the IRS yesterday because I’ve been waiting since 1/12 with no updates, no bars, no transcripts. My rep told me there was an error in my processing that I had been resequenced but the error was fixed. She said “good thing it got fixed, if it wasn’t there’d be a long delay”. Oh boy. But she was able to give me a ddd date. Now, from what I understand, went TT had the glitch, it really was the IRS’s glitch. They of course weren’t ready for the healthcare forms – whether you needed a waiver or not, whether you had your own healthcare or used the governments. The forms caused people to glitch, especially those who filed early. That’s all I know.

Chris sometimes we need a little divine intervention when dealing with the IRS…..especially those who over spent last month and are counting pennies to get to the next pay day or like myself….made a irrational purchase and just need to replenish my savings account….lol either way I’m going to need the IRS to stop keeping my money hostage and release the funds to me and everyone else who they owe money to immediately…..
One others interesting thing about 2/16….we all began officially processing 20150402 Monday…1/26/2015…..21days from there is 2/16/2015…..look at your transcripts……it has a place on one of them for interest accrued….and 2/16 beside it with 0’s. If they don’t have it done by then the IRS will have to pay interest on literally millions of dollars. So I don’t doubt that they want to expedite this. Just wish we had received some form of notice that this could happen and that maybe we shouldn’t be alarmed about it.
My cycle codes are always 01, or 02 I usually get my refund on a Friday or a Thursday when the bank posted it early and It usually mid feb Friday or the last two years the end of feb. Like the 21, 2013 and the 28th last year… So the cycle code makes sense.. Sucks but worst case senorio is it would have to be there the 11th… Or interest!!!! :)
A lot of us are getting the IPSU message this year and no reason why. Theory is that you may have answered questions wrong. I have spoke to 3 reps there. As long as you truly dont have ID Theft issues I was told it would be ok. However once you have that indicator you CAN’T order transcripts online, you have to order through them sl they can verify it is you, then they will mail out. Hope this helps :)
