      Has anyone got the nys return is in the final stages of processing most returns will be completed within 2 weeks but it could take 4 then after that checking later it shows “We are almost finished processing your return. Once your refund is approved, the issue date will be available.”?

          yes I too have that same message for about 3 days now I am also from NY…hoping to get a ddd asap…I had the 90 day message prior to that so every message besides my ddd scares me lol

            I am yes in NYS and it was funny I checked this morning and there was no info now I am getting the same message as above. I filed on 01/31/15.

              I’m from NYS filed 1/26 accepted 1/27 website just says we have received ur return..

                    Yes I received the same messages. After a few days of having that last message every time I check I logged into my account through http://www.tax.ny.gov. Within hours my status changed and said that my refund was approved and would be issued by February 4th. So I’d try logging into your account :) Good luck!
