Pikkin that happens sometimes but it really seems to me that you were rejected and they had to correct something,,, now that may trigger and under review if not then it would be 2-3 weeks

@ looloo – This happened to us last year and it appears to be happening again this year. When we lost our bars last year, they were gone for at least a couple of weeks. It didn’t take months, but it did take at least 6 weeks to finally get our refund. This year, we filed and were accepted on 2/1 and our bars and refund amount went missing on Monday morning and we just get the generic “still processing” message with topic 152, exactly like last year. I just hope we don’t have to wait as long as we did last year!

Ok so I filed 1/30 accepted 30.mins later. However IRS says they received it 2/2. So now I call the Tax advocate who faxes me a copy of my account transcript. I have been on 1 bar for a week and can’t get transcripts.

In the top of it it says current status: MF Resequenced?

What does that mean? Also when I called the IRS they said I have no account transcript because it’s saying nothing filed. However.i was able to order them by mail. How was the Advocate able to send me a print out even though it doesn’t have any special codes on it. Please help!!!

Same boat. Filed 2/4..WMR on 1 bar. Transcripts say N/A…wage and income show no return ever filed. I’m pretty sure we are weekly and will update overnight tonight with transcripts, not WMR and will have a DDD of Wednesday feb 18th

My bars went missing today (2-12-2015) I filed on the 2nd, and accepted on the 3rd.
I have been reading horror stories that it will take months to get resolved. Say it isn’t so! Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? Is it a system glitch by chance? And anyone who had this happen get thier bars back? How soon after they disappeared? Unfortunately I can’t get any answers because it hasn’t been 21 days since acceptance. What is this I hear about transcripts letting people know if thier refund has been approved? How do I look at that? Thanks everyone!

I filed 1/10 accepted 1/15 no ddd an still stuck on still processing…called the irs an I have no hold but they did say the efile system went down on the 26th but back up an running now…so I guess it’s a waiting game.

I’m on the same ship that was sinking like everyone else. Filed the 16th accepted the 20th. Same story blah blah. Long story short, got 3 different answers to what was going on. I too got an advocate on Monday. And yesterday he called. Finally got a hold of him today. Super nice. Said there was a hold from 2013 for some identity crap which I don’t believe. He called me back just now and said he cleared up my name and so on and should release funds by the end of the month. Better then getting it in July if this comes true. Why do people who need the money the most seem to get screwed over it seems. I must call the transcript line every hour of the day. And nothing yet of course. Just pray it really hits the end of the month. So everyone on this sinking ship needs to call the advocate line. Even if you’re not in a hardship make up one. He never asked for proof of any kind. My advocate is out the Houston hub by the way.

Bart, I have another question my fiance’s transcripts have cycle code 20150604 with 846 refund code but WMR hasnt updated would he get his refund tomorrow since it says refund issued or would it be Tuesday to go with the cycle code he has?

hey i need help guys.. Ok so i filed on the 20th and have nothing .. i can view all transcripts and im really confused.

so on my tax return transcript it has a cycle code of 20150602
i have no refund. puzzled yes and under the remittance it says 0.00 but it has all my information correctly it also has a recieved date of april,15.

on my account transcript it says (any minus- shows a significant credit amount)
Account balance : -9,707
it also says code 150 and cycle 20150206 date 03-02-2015 amount 0.00

Well I finally caved and called the IRS. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice and pretty thorough. He told me they didn’t receive my return until 1/22, Not 1/20 like I had been informed. He also told me that due to the identity flag on my account that they needed to verify all of the info. He said the verification did not begin until 2/2 and that the process takes 4-6 weeks but I should see the refund before then. He said the verification looks to be running smoothly. He could be blowing smoke up my rump but at least he was nice about it.

I am in the same boat, Filed through Taxact on 01/13/14 and accepted the same day. Per the first IRS rep I spoke with on Monday I was actually accepted on 1/31. I called again today after seeing others in my same situation and I got a better response.

Per the man I spoke with I was rejected on 1/15/15 because the IRS did not officially accept on 1/20. That I knew.

So I was resequence and selected for a random review. As of now my refund status will not be updated by 2/25/15. He also stated that I could get an update between now and that time.

So I am waiting. I hope this helps. I think everyone that filed before 1/20 was placed in an error queue causing these unwanted delays.

I am in the same boat as all of you (filed 01/20, acceptd 01/20). I now have a 570 & 971?!?! Nothing about my taxes has changed in 4 years except obamacare! My cycle is listed as : 20150404 but evidently that is incorrect…. I am calling the IRS today and I will NEVER file on opening day again!!!!

Those are the 2 same dates after my 570 and 971 codes. Cycle date is different, but at this point that doesn’t matter anything. I’m looking for the same answers cause it does look like early filing this year was not a help.

I have a green dot card as well and am suppose to get mine tomorrow. I’m hoping its their but I got in touch with a rep and she said there is nothing pending! She said it updates everyday at 10pm PST so I’m hoping by tomorrow it’ll be there. I hope you get yours tomorrow too!

My cycle code is: 20150404 but from my understanding that cycle has passed!
My codes are:
150, 806, 766, 766, 570 (2/16), 971 (2/23)
I also filled on January 20th and it was accepted that evening! I was told by a man at HRB that he has seen a lot of people that filled on 1/20-1/22 having this exact same problem! He said he though it was a glitch on their end. I will be calling the IRS TODAY! I lost my job a couple weeks ago and my husband and I are counting on that money! Hence why I filled as early as I could!!! I helped numerous friends file their returns approx 1 week after I filed and ALL of them have their returns already!
If anyone knows of anything I can do to speed this along please let me know!

I efiled on 1/30 at like 4:45 PM. Was accepted 1/31. I have had no updates on WMR – Still processing. I worried until I saw soooo many people in the same boat. I’m thinking since it went in late on a Friday, probably not much was done with it before the following Monday, 2/2. So when I look at the estimated dates, it is still within reason.

I am also encouraged by the vast number of people who say they did not have any update on WMR, but when they looked at their bank account, they had a scheduled payment.

I am also encouraged because it seems many people suddenly see an update, with a DDD that is only a day or two away. There are many others who do get their DDD a week ahead of time.

It all seems to boil down to the fact that — you really can’t get a clue as to when you will get your return. We just have to rest easy that within 21 days or less, everyone is seeming, for the most part, to be receiving their $$.

For now, I’ll keep clinging to everyone’s comments and watching for the other 1/31’s to see their deposits. GOOD LUCK TO ALL! :)

@kevin… I got the same spiel from the agent. My return was rejected on 2/5 (I filed and was accepted on 1/16). According to the agent, it will be 6-8 weeks. Ridiculous. No explanation as why it was rejected in the first place.

I filed 1/20 accepted 1/22 after being rejected for a wrong birthday? called SS they had correct birthday for my husband so did H&R block IRS seemed to be the only people with incorrect birthday! so the IRS rep told me to file it again with the birthdate they had so I did and accepted 1/22 here we are day 21 WMR has no bars and says its still processing called IRS she said it was just showing it still processing try back in a week! Super frustrated and annoyed by others getting their return and filed WEEKS after me!

This tax season has been quite the nightmare. I filed on 1/15 and was accepted by IRS 1/16. My transcripts and WMR finally updated to two bars this week and gave me DDD of 2/13. I am having my refund loaded on a net spend card. Just wondering if anyone has received their refund yet for the DDD of 2/13.

I have both the 570 and 971 on my transcript too. I was told that the hold would fall off on the date next to the 570 and then i should get my money. I wasnt told that there was additional time :-(… I filed on 1/16 and accepted on 1/21 with h&r block.

Bart, final question (I hope, lol!). I was told that I was ‘set back a cycle’ today. So I filed 1/29 but didn’t get accepted til 2/2, acct trans still reading 0.00s as I mentioned before. But 2/6 is when I could see acct trans.

Someone said only early filers got resequenced. Is this true or am I affected? I am hoping for an update tonight since Friday morning was when I was able to access acct trans.

Still nothing form NYS. Mine was E-Filed on Jan 21st with TaxAct and was accepted on the 22nd. Still says under further review could take up to 90 days. I’ve used TaxAct without issue for the past 6 years. My Fed was also filed on Jan 21st, accepted almost immediately, and my refund was DD’d on 2/4. It’s been within 14 days every year. NY always takes longer…but I’ve never received the 90 day message before. Can’t find out any information even when I log into my NYS.GOV account…and nobody can tell me any new info over the phone. My return is very basic…nothing that “should” warrant an audit or delay….so from reading some of the file/acceptance dates from other people…it looks like it might have something to do with returns filed/accepted within a specific date range…don’t know.

I am in exactly the same boat. Filed and accepted 2/4. EIC, Education Credit, Capital Gains, and SE. Thing is it is the same as other years and It has been a while since I waited this long for DD. I do take heart in seeing others are in my situation and there are those that are waiting even longer. It seems that DDD dates are just being randomized this year. The IRS has no rhyme or reason for how they do things. I really long for a FairTax to do away with this headache every year.

My return was accepted on 2/4, today is 2/12, and i am still on one bar and no change. Last year, my return was accepted on 1/31 and my refund was direct deposited to my Netspend card on 2/11.
Im hoping i get my refund by 2/17….just under 2 weeks, but im losing hope. Any others accepted on 2/4 receive their direct deposit date (DDD) yet? Trying to keep the faith, but hey….

I have a DDD for 2/13/15 as well. SBPT is showing it in there, with fees taken out. Praying it is in my account tomorrow but I wouldn’t mind today. I know sometimes with credit unions you get things early so it would be nice.
