You are not alone my three children and I were evicted on the 10th of this month my tax advocate was fully aware in the IRS I even sent them the court documented eviction notice they still just giving me complete BS makes no sense been staying in a hotel every since can’t save to get a new place

Well I did amend May 24th sent that in my tax advocate sent it over the same day call me back the next day I sent over all the documentation because my tax advocate told me to be a while before the letter came out had to send in birth certificate utility bill lease and my amount change by $200 with my amended but I end up gaining more than that back on my returns due to interest so to answer your question no it really didn’t change I actually got more back
okay guys just to give you guys a little insight on what’s going on now my text advocate work rather badly and I have an examiner looking at my 420 and my report has been completed so now I’m just waiting on my tax advocate to fax me over the 4529 form will all agree to the mouth and then I will get my refund so I’m all done here it’s about time

The 20192105 is the date you posted to the master filing system (processing) which was may 23 the date 6/10 is the date it’s expected to be completed by but not guaranteed the 05 at the end of the code means you are a weekly sometimes I’m rare cases can be a daily too

first of all is wrong of you to speak about anybody’s situation especially when you don’t know what they’re going through try experiencing having children and the father dying then speak about it trying working at a job and all of a sudden they just lay you off out the blue for no reason but somehow you remember one thing oh while I was working here they was taking that money on my check so I got something to fall back on until I can figure something else out that’s what a lot of people are in here doing it don’t sit there and talk about people going through hardships when you don’t even know the story a lot of people is not going to put all their business out here don’t judge no one on how they handle their money who are you you and this room like everybody else regardless if you don’t need it right now I see you won’t hear everyday saying something I see you won’t hear everyday saying something complaining as well stop judging people only God does that
There are codes to note one action and more codes to undo that action. For example, TC 420 indicates that the return has been referred to the examination or appeals division. It does not necessarily indicate an audit. TC 421 means that TC 420 was reversed. See how this can get confusing very quickly?
The bottom line is that many codes don’t mean anything of real consequence to the taxpayer. They are simply used to keep an accurate record of changes in the tax return from year to year and to track it through the IRS system. Other codes can be of some significance if the IRS has adjusted your return, or has commenced an examination. Not taking sides here but I do have to explain my situation so I do have the 420 I knew I was going to get it because I had to 424 when I last talked to my tax advocate she told me that I was not being audited I was in the examination department she still have me send over my amended returns to the IVO department where she says that I was just getting handled manually it wasn’t for audit the only thing is was there was a discrepancy with my withholdings and my earrings and she said that was it she said that is not a full audit once I turned in my amended return we’re going to go from there so I don’t believe that all 420 are audits just a thorough examinationoh and let me add that the only reason I did get those codes was the computer kick them out to me because it was trying to match up with social security had and it

I’m sorry but ta’s don’t always give u honest answers I truly believe that they are the u aren’t processing and they say it’s due to wage verifing..well here’s the thing I work for Amazon who damn near sent my w2 at the beginning of January and Lyft who did the same outta about 250 workers majority of them had gotta there refund. The hr lady did say that the IRS wanted them to do an extension but Amazon works with ADP and ADP said no way…so they have the w2 so before my ta could even lie to me she said ok let me call u back a week later she said oh it’s because you moved I moved 2 miles away and I was flagged come on be honest y’all had a glitch from the time y’all opened til 2/11 lost millions of returns

Got a 60 day notice dated 4/2 it’s crazy because a lot of wow say almost all of us that has cycle co201 91205 got a letter starting to really think that there is just computer-generated@ Kristen if u scroll down to the group with cycle code 20191205 they have all gotten this letter n I called the IRS and was told I was not under review n I’m not the only one who feels this letter is some B’s maybe u are just a ” rare” person who indeed is getting reviewed sorry not my fault n I’m not her to debate u feel how u feel n I do too
These letters are fake and pushes out to us when the 45/60 days is near even if u are off let them figure it out before amending or calling them I’m not trying to tell anyone to break the law but as long as it’s already been restarting this process will take longer n F THE law the encouraging e file so we can get it by in 21 days hell it’s been 58 for me
