Been with Capital One for almost 10 years and irs refunds always come the day wmr states
Same boat filed & accepted on 2.8.24 & as of of 3/4/24
Called emerald card support again and they are useless.. they just say contact the IRS after I already explained to them that the IRS already sent the money and that the fees have already been deducted so why are they holding our refunds? All they say is it will be released on the 22nd. Useless
Hopefully tommorow we will see movement.

I checked NJ wmr on Sat & my info is actually in the system, processing. This is the first time EVER that my info has shown up before 4 weeks. I always get my refund the first week March, NJ is always the slowest but here’s to wishful thinking that it could come sooner. I doubt it but 🤞🤞this is my first year with transcripts , what im wondering is if my return has been returned to irs will my transcripts show that its been recieved back

For me also. 1/29 filer with TT. Getting the verity screen on WMR but no notices. When I use my wife’s ss# it is still TT152 for WMRThey are open and processing today feb 19 taking out fee’s will it show today as funded or NOT being programmed to show Tuesday/Wed as funded. Other words has anyone gotten a funded on TPG today?
So not necessarily, I’m pretty sure it just indicates that whatever tax prep service you used has created your deposit account, SBTPG doesn’t connect with the IRS I believe. Hope that helps…
My son’s mom WMR updated and said her check would be mailed on 2/26. It’s be so long since I got a check, but I seem to remember it being sent before the date listed. Like direct deposit always comes before the date it says. At least it always has with me. Does anybody know if the checks are sent before the date it says on WMR. Hopefully this is the last year she thinks getting a check mailed is a good idea 🙄
@lueluelux yes that’s the same link I posted. It doesn’t find my info. You can call this number and it says it was sent on the 16th to our card. They are just holding our funds until the DDD which is ridiculous. 800)472)5625

I have a question regarding SBTPG. If you can log in (whether it says funded/unfunded) and clearly you have an account with SBTPG, does that mean that your refund was approved by the IRS? I am curious because I have no movement other than received on WMR. Greatful for any input on this matter. Have a great day!
Does anyone else thing that this infamous “570” code we are all getting for $0.00-3/4/24. Have anything to do with the CTC that was passed by congress? Now corrrect me if I’m wrong but if you received a “570” and do not have have dependents please let me know but I think this what the hold up might be!!

My husbands was approved today hopefully it his his account tomorrow.@Queen since you filed on the 2nd, your 21 days will be up this coming friday so you can contact the IRS on monday to ask questions if you do not get any updates this week. at that point by law they have to tell you what the hold up on your return is and what to do to correct it.
@Queen a lot of people seemed to have had that update on WMR which just sounds like the system reflecting the time period from when you filed. i would not look too much in to it because there will be two big updates this week. overnight tuesday and overnight thursday so most likely either wed or fri you will see your transcripts and more accurate info.
i would say 21st, since i use usaa for my paycheck dd, and i get it the morning before payday usually. this week could be wierd since 19th is a banking holiday.

typically, I have my fees taken from my refund and its always SBTPG. I never 1 time got my refund early that way. Always on the exact DDD. This year I paid the fees up front, thank God. I been reading the stories about the bank issues. Thats awful.
I too received the dreaded code 570 on Friday with an as of date of 3/4. My husband takes IRA distributions but they’re regular distributions, not early withdrawal. We filed with taxslayer and when I just checked I saw that 4a is blank, while 4b has the distribution amount listed. We’ll have to wait to see if that’s the issue.

WMR updated this morning from the path message to “your return processing is beyond normal timeframe” 😩It’s always the same drama with SBPTG … In 11 years of filing and using SBTPG, there was only 1 year where there was a depositing issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. Today’s a bank holiday. I wouldn’t worry about your deposit unless it isn’t in your account by the 22.
Same. It has updated to being processed. Hopefully tomorrow, it’ll be approved.
Great! Mine was processed on Friday but today it was approved with the approval date 20 February, funds will be available within 48 hours. Good luck all!
Mine updated today right at 8:00 with received and being processed. Hopefully it updates tomorrow with approved like many others have been doing
**before Friday/Saturday. I’m assuming we will end up with 2/27 or 3/1 DDD’s. I’m hoping we update Tuesday with an earlier date but chances are we will be looking at the 27th at the earliest.
Filed and accepted 2/9 and also have the bottom transcripts show up with a 3/4 as of date but no codes. It looks like we will be on the next wave of deposits. Hopefully we see an update bed
The as of date means nothing to us.

When you go under the help tab and look at their Holiday closings Presidents day is not on there.
To me, that says they are working….

@lolar it won’t be a day after. They have to release it on or before your DDD
Good evening all! WMR shows refund approved DD will be sent 2/22, transcript also changed to show DD 2/22. I have not received yet. I used WF bank.
Also, maybe reps are using outdated information. I hope so and everyone is wrong. One of our mods, trust us or not, through chat, yesterday was told they wouldn’t accept. It’s all a mess and if I had this much money riding on the bs I would be pissed and worried.
We are not trolls and posted information directly from their Facebook page… images. current. not outdated. We also acknowledge that people are getting told different information via chat and calling in. I would be worried too with all the different information. Just because you heard what you want, doesn’t make it true or us trolls or us wanting people in misery.
We want people to know what the hell is going on. And it seems nobody knows because people are being told different things. I hope it all goes well. But we started this based on the Chime official comments on FB. They don’t have their customer service reps, whether on chat or the phone or on FB all on the same page.

I’m also apart of the 570 club. Transcript updated with 570 Friday February 16th. I received the 60 hold letter but not showing any letter sent on my transcript. Filed 1/28 and accepted 1/29
