i e-filed thru turbotax on 1/24 and still getting the message saying that it has been received and is being processed. Last three years i’ve gotten my refund from GA within 2 weeks, this year it’s taken almost 4 so far!

I’m posting on my wonderful girlfriends behalf. She is a fellow 2/19DDD. It seems today it appears she has entered the wrong account number for her DD. I do know that the IRS just sends a check in the mail if the DD doesn’t go through.

So my question is has anyone else had this silly mistake occur as well? And if so how long did it actually take to get your refund check in the mail?

I just noticed so none of the 2/11’s so far have a DDD? That does make me feel a little better, it’s not just any one of us left behind and that our day is coming…….. Like tonight or tomorrow? I saw 2/6,7,8,9 & even 10 get theirs in the last couple days! I started in the 2/6 thread watched all of them come and go. It was scary until I found out I was actually a 2/11. I filed and was accepted 2/11. Able to see my transcripts on Saturday with all happy codes except the 846 or whatever. Had one bar on the stupid thing but it went away, now just says processing but no codes so that’s a plus. My cycle code is 20150701 meaning I guess Friday so here is hoping there is some movement I’m not really good at this waiting game

I’m in the exact same boat. date 2/23 is next to my offset. From talking to people that had the offset show up the week before me, they also got the take action on wmr which eventually changed to refund date that was the same date that was next to their offset on transcripts. So Im thinking we should be getting a ddd for the 23rd. im cycle 5 so don’t expect it to Friday

Called them yesterday to verify that they had received my taxes,
stated they had, just still processing and needs more time.
I think that’s just a generic message until they’re actually done processing.

I also expected an update on transcripts today. I’ve been able to see my transcripts for a week today. Most say after they had them at zeros for a week then they updated. I don’t bother checking wmr as long as trans. hasn’t updated yet, I know wmr hasn’t either.

Also I hear if the refund is under a certain amount, like 1,000 or 1,500 those people skip a processing step so that can be why all these people get them quicker. Plus if it’s over 6k it can take a little longer. Of course mine is BARELY over 6. I’d actually be happier if it were under and they’d just give me the damn thing.

Checking previous years transcripts it always takes 2 weeks for me from submitting to deposit. I truly think checking this site and this sites facebook page make it go slower. Reading horror stories that most of us won’t deal with. If it weren’t for checking these sites, I’d never even know all the extra things to stress about specifically….lol…. Yet I can’t stay away.

SBBT has said “sent” all day, even called my credit union about 430 to see why it didn’t say pending. She said if it wasn’t pending today it wouldn’t be there tomorrow.

An hour later, it was pending on my credit unions site, to be clear tomorrow morning.

Nothing here! I checked my TT emails from last year and it looks like it took 2 weeks. I’m guessing I’m one of those lucky few that gets put into a delayed pool each year! So no transcripts nothing on the pizza tracker….still waiting.

double error resolution department is not an audit or a review its to correct something that is causing the return to be kicked out of the system… that process usually takes 1-2 weeks before you get a dd.. that saying you should get an update next week

patiently waiting no not really they might be trying to verify that you do not have no more out standing debt owed.. give it one more week and lets go from there

confused 4/15 is the last day of the tax season that is generic and normal processing date means ur actually processing this week and should be completed by 3/2

After waiting on hold for what seemed like forever, IRS rep said no info, must keep checking web site… She said I can’t even get my transcripts until refund processed…. She said a refund date will show on website when available… No shit, that is why I am calling!!! I have had this generic message for over a week. I’m past my 21days i filed the 23 and accepted the 23rd, i had to call a advocate (2/10) they informed me there was a identity theft and there reason to put a hold on it, at the moment i eviction and well my work hasn’t been productive nor enough hours given , that leaves me depending on my taxes, i received a call on 2/13 by a lady that had called to speak about my hardship and gave me information on what i needed to do i faxed her my information that she requested. Just the eviction papers. That same day i decided too go to the irs and hand them my birth certificate ,ssc and id. Maybe that would help im not sure i haven’t give threw this.

I comprehend they won’t just put me as there main priority since i know there others before hand, my question would be how long would the wait for hardship take? She never called back i have her direct line are there other steps i figured she would call to confirm my information got received but then again there super busy, my reason i didn’t ask her much.

Hey bart : I Filed and accepted 1/20 lost bars trans blank for 2 n/a for others.Called numerous times and was told system error,and it was sent to error resolution dept. I haven’t received a letter or cannot get any info as to what the error is. Does this mean review, audit or what? Should it take this long they say it went to error dept feb 9. Also I talked to t/a and was told same. Please what are your thoughts

You need the letter to make sure u send it to the appropriate batch. There are diffewnt batches each case goes to and that rep jandles the information. Also HRB screwed up as well. Theycare the educated ones in this subject and should know the lingo being used. All i knew was Obama Care npt market place. Hey should have explained exactly what wpuld be needed. Instead they were quick to get our business and fail ro insure accuracy.

I pray it doea not take the full 6 to 8 weeks since it is not an amended return! Please continue to update when u actually gwt your return and how long it took.

Hello, Bart I was wondering I had an offset last year through my chapter 7. It was discharged in June and it states on my transcript 2012 a code of 522 Removed from bankruptcy and other legal…I filed on 1/28/2015 I have a cycle code of 20150505 dated feb.23 I also have codes 150, 806, 766, 768. I have not received and 846 code. This is also the first year that I signed up for direct deposit into my bank account. WMR only states that it has been received and processing with no bars left about 2 weeks ago and does not have a 152 code. Is it being delayed based any one of those.Thanks

I have been electronically filing with form 8379 for the past 5 years. I have been filing right around the Feb 1 and getting the direct deposit between 4/14-4/25. Right around 10-12 weeks. Nothing on the Where’s my Refund status changes until the direct deposit has been sent.

Green dot recieved my deposit 2/4, i don’t have it, treasury says green dot processed it so they can’t reissue it until they get it back, green dot won’t look because they say it’s automatically rejected but they didn’t so I guess i just don’t get it

I am having the same issue. I was accepted 1/29 and every night at 7:00pm to 7:30pm I get the

“Your return has been received, and it is currently being processed. Please contact the Georgia Department of Revenue at 1- 877-GADOR11 (1-877-423-6711) option 3 to speak with a Representative.”

and by the morning it goes to the being processed message. I have called and explained this to them and they tell me not to go by the messages and to ignore them and each time they tell me to wait 30 days. Well, my 30 days is coming up and I do not think it will be fixed by then.

I’m curious, I had a tax advocate assigned to me today due to our taxes arw in the 6-8 week need additional information queue. I have spoke with several Irs reps and none of them can give me a specific reason as to why it was slowed down or refund this year. We filed on
1/21 and were accepted the same day. They think its because there is a hyphen in my last name and its raising red flags. But we were assigned a tax advocate for hardship. Has anyone had a tax advocate assigned and it actually sped up the process and got them their refund quicker. Any info will help.

I was finally able to pull my account transcript but it shows nothing, the return transcript is still not available…. grrrrr!!! Lani, if you Google “order tax return transcript “it should bring you right to the place to order them. You may have to create an account, but if you plan on checking often or if better to do this. Once you are able to view your transcripts post the code here and someone will help give you your estimated DD!!! When did you file/get accepted?!

Your account transcript should contain information pertinent to your refund. You want code 846 (refund issued) and check for the cycle code. Mine was 20150605 and im expecting a dd either tonight or tomorrow. The cycle codes have been running a day ahead of actual dd’s due to President’s Day.

Just means your not done processing or have completed processing through the computers on a projected time frame. Every return that starts processing in the system not frozen or under review has a projected competion time. Once that time runs out it gives you that message.. So it isn’t good and it is bad. Some get it cause of a slight delay other get it because someone is in the middle of releasing the return from a review or correction to the return

Mine was done on February 3rd, and it has yet to be “approved.” However, my sister did hers a week later, and she has already received her refund! What in the world? The refund is barely $200, and I didn’t have any special deductions or credits!
