I was accepted on 2/5 but have been showing the following for a couple weeks with no change:

I actually filed on the 17 th of Feb. an I just checked where’s my refund? Hotline an my bar is in Process mode with a DDD of 3/4/2014…….yours should be on its way depending on how you Prepared your tax return I hope this could help.

I filed and was accepted on Feb 12th. Still showing in process. BUT, I went in to order transcripts and when I clicked on the 2013 Account section (the second part), It showed my refund as deposited on March 17th….so I’m guessing that’s when they’ll deposit it. Try clicking on that and see if tells y’all anything….

I still do not have a DD either. So it is evident that 2/26 was a farce for a lot of us. I am calling Monday if nothing happens, which it probably won’t. So they can give me the “we sent it but your bank rejected it, so we have to send you a paper check”, knowing that they never sent it in the 1st place. That’s fine, send me my check.

I would advise you guys to call on Monday as well 3/3 is the date we have to call. All of this is by design, I see through the murky water.

hi. i filed turbo tax on 2/22 right after midnight and accepted on the same day. filed one w-2, education credit, and a few 1099’s. my first bar didn’t appear until tuesday morning. as of this afternoon, i am able to order a blank account trascript but my return transcript still has a * as if I didn’t file. i used turbo tax online.

@molliepops02 I filed on 2/20 and accepted on 2/21 and at first I had one bar with received but then it went away and said still processing my refund. Then 2/27 I checked in the morning on WMR saying refund approved with DD of 3/3. Also I used turbo tax. Seems maybe I got lucky for it to move so fast with me. Sounds like a lot of people are having problems this year with there refunds.

on WMR i know it states your refund is being offset but does it state “Your refund may be reduced” or maybe you could also look at your transcripts?

I can tell you this, my principle to department of education was 920.00 They only took 735 and I’m paid all up. Dont ask me how, it makes no sense to me either. I called Dept. of ed they explained all of that to me (im not complaining!) so if you use what happen to me as an example it is very possible they did not take the FULL principle.

But you can call them, n they will tell you how much they took. Call the collector that has your debt and they should help you.

I’m still waiting on the remaining of my refund…… Hope this helps

I sent mine on 02/11/2014 electronically, nothing was showing until this monday 02/24/2014 (it had the bars)… as of yesterday the bars are gone and is giving me the same message as you guys “till processing and I will receive a deposit day once available”. Does anyone know what this means? I am getting nervous.

I too had a DDD of 2/26, no refund. 846 code refund issued, no offsets. WMR refund issued, called my bank, no pending deposits, nothing in the sweep or warehouse. Called the IRS today. No holds, refund issued, verified bank info, says it is correct. Told to call back on Monday at that point, if not received, they can trace it and not a moment before then.

I used to be a weekly, only deposited on Fridays for years, so it was surprising to see a mid-week deposit date.

My date is/was 02-26-14 of course no deposit was made. My bank (TD bank) states they see no pending deposits. I had an offset for department of education for 735. I called them and they have there money. They got it today (02-27-14)

So here I sit wondering where is the rest of my money (few thousand)… My bank doesnt have it,
wmr states it was sent to my bank yesturday 26th.

Well after waiting for over a month I called today andffinally gotanswers aabout my return, I didn’t like the answers! My refund is correct, but he said I had a offset. I called the offset department just to find out it was from the department of education. My refund is for. $5580, I called them and they said that it was from a collection agency. I called them. The principal amount is a little more than $3000! But with interest its $6,349! They have no idea if irs is taking all my refund or even any! HELP!!!

My MS was also accepted on 2/5 and its still showing pending,. When i call the info line is says that if you have electronically filed we have not received your return. I received a text message that said it had been accepted on Feb 5th and also when I go to my taxact account it says it was accepted the same day.

Accepted by Taxact on Feb 1. Given a debit card processing of Feb.24th deposit. Only problem is the debit card was not received here yet. Last year I didn’t get the debit card until Feb 28th. Why the hell can’t they use the same card and just change the expiration date!! Duhhh!!!!!

So I am confused maybe someone can help. I filed the 25th of jan was accepted the 27th. The website where’s my refund has been stuck on received and still processing. I can pull up my transcripts and on it it shows codes 150, 806, 520, 766, 768, and 840. I called Monday and a lady said that it was on hold due to the bankruptcy but next to the 840 code it says refund issued 2-19? So not sure what’s going on

I am starting this website based in recent information I have obtained throughout my own investigation of AAFES collection procedures. I am not going to lie I owed AAFES 3500 dollars when I exited the military on June 30th 2009 there is no shame that I understood that I owed them money. I could not pay AAFES anything because I did not have a job and my only income is disability I originally did not know how to pay them so I knew that they would garnish my tax returns until the amount was paid off. This year 2014 is when something smelled wrong to me since I have paid off my balance of 3500 dollars over the past 4 years with interest , I was surprised when I received another letter from the IRS telling me they are taking my tax reruns again. I started researching what was going on after I spoke to AAFES and the third party collection company that AAFES uses called NCO collections. AAFES told me my balance was still 3900 dollars I was floored, I thought maybe they were not updated on what I have paid over 4 years. I called AAFES two times because I thought there had to be some mistake AAFES told me no there was no mistake, I asked aafes how can this be possible they informed me that I was accruing 10.4% interest then I asked how much interest is this every month I was told 48 dollars and this included fee and penalties. When you add this up it only totaled 576 interest that i owed them so this made sense for the extra 450 that was added on I assumed again they did not have anything updated on what I have paid them again i was told no I still owe ALL of the money and the extra 450 dollars. I was given the number to NCO Collections I called this company and I was told that AAFES fee is not 10.4% AAFEs actually charges 19% interest upon talking to a representative I asked ” how much do I owe?” I was told that I owed AAFES $4900 I was absolutely SHOCKED. How can AAFES charge over a 1000 dollars a year in interest, the number don’t add up..I am here trying to collect stories about what happened to you I have been reading websites and I am not the only one, one story this guy said he owed 3000 dollars and AAFEs has taken his taxes for 6 years and now he owes 10000 dollars. There are basically two open balances one for 3900 from safes and one from NCO collection for 4900 yet i get latters saying they are collecting on behalf of AAFES despite i have paid AAFES over 4000 dollars over the 4 years.

The tax program I used, http://www.freetaxusa.com, is showing that it was accepted by the state of AZ. However when I check on their e-services website for where’s my refund there is no info available for my SSN. I have never used this website to do my taxes, never will again and would never recommend it…BTW…LOL So I don’t know if I’m having issues because of this website, as I did have trouble with my Fed return…they had to reduce my refund amount because some of the wording was confusing and I entered in a few things wrong. Could this be why my AZ refund is delaying?

Hello molliespops02…my tax refund was e-filed on 2/21/14 also. And every time I check “WHERE’S MY REFUND”, all I get is the message that I must be entering my information wrong. But, I am certain that it’s correct. Now today is 2/25/14, and it still shows it doesn’t recognize my info. My friend just got her refund, and it was e-filed just 7 days earlier. Why so long for us????

Just checked again and the verbiage is still the same with the addition of “but can be delayed longer”. What is going on? This is extremely frustrating . We can be penalized by the government for delays in payment but it unfortunately does not work vice a versa.

I was told by liberty ever since where mines was suppose to come in the 13th. They don’t have it. I even called the irs. They told me it might take up for 6 weeks after they send me more paperwork. My family thinks they are just trying to come up with interest with the money in their bank. Why is irs saying one thing and the liberty telling me another. I wanted for the 5 day wait period which would be the 18th. Now its the 25th and still nothing. I am on the bank with jth and they are telling call this other number. Run around i tell you. Someone please give me advise and help me with this problem.

Filed and accepted 2/14 with TT, one bar with TT152 up until 2/19. On 2/19 bars and refund amount went missing with the “still processing” message and TT152. Been able to look at account transcript online and order it through the mail, but both are blank with no codes and previously had an as of date for 3/10, but that changed to as of 3/17 online on 2/20 or 2/21 (can’t remember). Unable to view or order the return transcript, as it’s showing the *2013 and “non-filing”. At this point (2/25), WMR is still the same. Account/Return transcript is still the same. No offsets, no letters, etc. I guess it may be still fairly soon for me in light of how this year’s going, but I’ve gotten my refund way sooner in the past. I’m thinking that my business taxes being filed this year along with my personal may have something to do with how long it’s taking as well (formed an LLC with hubby in 2013). Not gonna call unless there’s some dire situation that pops up. Holding on to hope that things change soon.

I even logged in to Revenue Online to see if I could get more information but it lists the exact same thing. What is going on? I know people that filed a paper return for Colorado and they already received a refund!!

I filed on 2/6, was received the same day and approved on 2/10. Today (the 24th) make 10 business days since I filed and nothing. I called and It turns out there was a $109 overpayment from unemployment over a year ago that I wasn’t aware of so they were taking the $109 from my refund. What this does is automatically trigger a paper check to be sent instead of the direct deposit I had set up when I e-filed. The rep I talked to on the phone said that it could now be 2-3 weeks from the approval date until i get my check in the snail mail and I will not be getting a direct depot from the state of California at all. It could be as late as March 3rd until I have the check in hand and another 1-2 days after that for it to clear once I deposit it in my bank. This BS happen to anyone else?

I got my refund today! I am going to tell people though I had it put on my bfs card and they put a freeze on it called this morning at 10:00am and was told it was because the return wasn’t in his name so they had to verify all his info then I got on the phone and had to verify who I was about 6 ??’s I got them all right and then he got back on the phone and she said she was going to un freeze it just don’t let it happen again hung up called the card to get balance it was there! so I filed on 2/7 accepted on 2/20 DDD of 2/24 got refund 2/24! good luck everyone

I called the irs today am and they told me that im under a review that a letter was dated 2/20 to be sent home, Supposedly i need to provide extra info on my taxes BUT i was finally able to access my transcript account today early afternoon and this is what it says…

Me too! Return accepted on Feb. 3. I have been stuck in “received and processing” for about 10 days. I can order a transcript–but no refund date provided and it says my return was received March 3, 2014?! The same date is provided under processed.

When I called, they said my account required further review, but there are no flags. Add a week to the 21 days (Which they claim started on the 5th).

This is ridiculous. I have never had this happen. We got out state return a week ago….
