Every time I try to order my transcripts it says I have not filed. I called the IRS, it has been received as of 3/2/2014. So I checked again today, and still says I have not filed for the 2013 tax year smh!

I got the review letter a week or so after I ordered my transcripts, though I don’t really know that it has anything to do with it. I was accepted on 1/29 and have been able to view and order transcripts since 2/14. No updates since then and no refund. Cycle code 20140705 and a processing date of 3/3.

I know you can’t rely on transcripts for DDD info blah blah blah but I just want an explanation and some insight from anyone who is willing. Thank you -

My cycle code is 20140605. My DDD is 2/12/2014 — a Wednesday. So, that would make WEDNESDAY the 5th day of the cycle week. From that, one can infer that Tue is 04, Mon is 03, etc…

Hello, Ive been trying to get this question answered. My sister is a first time filer and she was accepted on the 27th of Jan. She tired to order transcripts online but it told her to call and she still isn’t able to do it there. Is this common to happen for a 1st time filer

i filed my taxes on jan 27th of 2014, and i was accpeted on the 29th. however, the irs website still isnt showing me as being approved yet. then, i go 2 get my transcripts, and it saysmy info isnt the same as it appeared on my taxes. can someone please tell me wat they know about all this? im so confused….

What does this mean? I entered my information exactly as it is. I could access my past transcripts yesterday but not today… Arg.

This is only to help people understand the cycles better. The dates here won’t correlate to 2014 dates but may give you understanding of what cycles are. If you look at your 2013 transcript you will see something like this:
CYCLE
20140601That is the year 2014. 06 is the 6th week 01 is first day of cycle.There are 5 days in each cycle…… Each cycle starts on Friday and ends on Thursday…my feeling is that if you get to refund approved before Thursday you should get same DDD of someone who got refund approved earlier in the cycle…I believe anyone approved in between Friday and the following Wednesday will each have the same DDD. This is my best guess…

I got my transcripts today 2/12/2014 does that mean that my return has been processed. I got out my record of account transcript and my return transcript in my record of account i have different codes 150, 766, 768, 846, and 841 can any one explain to me what are this codes i have cycle 20140601 but i have a date 02/24/2014 is that the date my refund will be DD into my account i am so freaking out its the fist time this happens to me they accepted my return on 1/27/2014 but i have the 1121 reference number in WMR. can somebody help me.

Still no DDD
On my transcript is has code 971 stating notice was sent. I do owe the irs and I see the amount they are taking on the transcript. I still don’t have refund code 849. Can someone please tell me what is going on? -

Mine says exact same thing. Same date and everything! Zeros on the lines and says no tax return filed. Called today and they said I’d be getting a letter in the mail soon! Wouldn’t tell me what it’s about though. I had 8863, did you?

Hi guys, I really need help with my account transcript i received in the mail on Friday. I KNOW, the return one is the one that matters but curiosity struck and cannot take this out of my head. The transcript is pretty much blank, says a couple of zero’s here and there. (I ordered this return on 21st of Feb) Anyways, In the first section it says the zero’s thing and right next to it is says “AS OF: March 11, 2013″. First question is what is that all about? My second question is, I was supposedly accepted on 2/14. (I filed 8863) but towards the bottom of the account transcript it says “Code explanation of transaction”and under it, says No tax return filed. Why would it say that? <– that was my second question. Any ways, i only ordered this transcript once but came to my house 4 times in total. lol 2 of them on Friday and 2 more on Saturday. (WEIRD) Please help.
-A friend of mine told me her mother received her acct transcripts and said some other date on there. it was blank also and also had the no return filed message under and the "AS OF" date she got was the date her money was pending in her account. I would appreciate anyone's help that has knowledge of this situation. Thank you.

IMF Daily ProcessingIMF processing will be daily except on weekends. Some transactions post to IMF on a daily basis as opposed to during the weekly cycle.
Note:
In January 2012 with CADE 2 Transition State 1 implementation, IMF began processing and posting all Individual Taxpayer submissions and transactions and remain the system of record.
IMF Cycle Date is a daily cycle designated by an eight digit number indicating the year, the two digit cycle number and the two digit number indicating the day of the week (YYYYWWDD). The following values for DD are defined:
01 = Friday
02 = Monday
03 = Tuesday
04 = Wednesday
05 = Thursday
Note:
This date is the equivalent of the Cycle Date in IDRS and reflects the date the transaction is posted by IMF. See Exhibit 3.30.123-2, Enterprise Computing Center-MTB Posting Cycle Calendar.
Example:
IMF daily transactions directed to daily accounts input in the campus on Monday, August 12, 2013 will have a posting cycle of 20133302.

Okay everyone, most of your posts are GOOD news! I efiled with TT on 1-26, it was held until 2-14 and accepted that day or 2-15. Ive had the generic 21 days thing up until yesterday when it added the topic 152. I called (800)829-0582 ext 362 waited 12 minutes(it said my wait would be over 15) and i was REALLY nice to the woman. She told me that my DDD is 2-25. Yay! I was able to order both my account and return transcripts yesterday morning prior to calling and now this morning WMR says:
Refund Status ResultsRefund Approved.
Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank on February 25, 2013.
If your refund is not credited to your account by March 2, 2013, check with your bank to see if it has been received.
I hope this is almost over for all of us. I will update with any changes.
Oh and when ordering transcripts, only letters and numbers in address, no puntuation

Mine said Feb. 18th. Came and went, and nothing happened. Of course it was a holiday, but nothing thus far. I have called several times and have gotten disconnected when they put me on hold to look up my info. Hmmmmm.

No idea, April 15 is the last day of the tax season. I have no clue what the 2/25 is. I think I am going to call the advocate soon to fine out. If you find out please let me know.

Me too! I got a processing date of the 25th but was accepted on the 2/1. I am supposed to have direct deposit. Why is this taking so long? I got my transcript yesterday with that 25th date to process and a APRIL 15th due date?? What does this mean??

Was able to order transcript on 2/15 as well, but still listed as Still Processing, Will Give Refund Date when Available.
Good to hear a lot of you are getting actual dates though. It’s getting closer.

menu with my new address so I knew it was
processed. Only would come up with last years
address prior to this. Didnt have to order.

I was able to order mines also today 2/15 Im hoping this is progress to a DDD! I filed 2/8 accepted 10 mins later. WMR says still processing tax topic 152. From what im seeing @aimjay people are getting DDD’s 24-48Hrs after requesting their transcripts.

Ok, FINALLY I was able to order transcripts today 2/15(Happy dancing all over the house…thank goodness you guys don’t see that…LOL). Of those who were able to order their transcripts, how long did it take for your status bar to change to a DDD? and how many days was it till the DDD? Just out of curiosity, I’d like to see the average for most people…Thanks in advance

no it will not trigger a review. I am in the same boat as you. I still can’t order transcripts (f/a 1/31) but on wmr this morning it did update to “Still” processing” and a date will be given when available. SMMFH

I want to request my transcripts to verify whether my return has been processed, but I am afraid it will trigger a review if it is not already under review. I filed 1/31, accepted 1/31 and still in processing as of 2/12. Called for a status today and got the 21 day spiel. I am considering calling the hold line in order to get more information. I live in Illinois and was told by the state that with limited resources it would be a while, but yesterday got a notice from them that it has been processed and just waiting on a DD date. That has never happened before, ever.

efiled 1/25, accepted 1/30. I requested transcripts (like I do ever year) on 2/7 since I figured they would be done. Now I am “under review, May or may not contact you, blah blah blah.” After speaking to the IRS, I may be under review since a had a child born in October, so his new SSN might have drawn flags. It disturbs me that they can’t say exactly WHAT caused a total review: i.e. “your new dependent drew a flag;” “your return is too large;” “you’re claiming credits for the first time ever;” “it was a random review.” Etc etc etc.

I just did a Second Request for the Account Transcript since I never received the first request as of yet. So my Guess is when I ordered it the first time that I went to being Under Review.

I was accepted on 2/2, was able to pull my transcipt for the first time on 2/8. Today, 2/9 wmr shows a dd date of 2/13. HOH, 2 dependents, schedule c for 1099 income, and eic.

I filed and accepted 1/30. HOH, 2 dep, 1099-misc. I was stuck in processing and was able to order transcipts yesterday. This morning I got a “take action” message. My return is now under review. I have tax topic 151 your appeal rights. I have to say that I find it strange that things change when a person orders transcipts. I am a little worried. Anyone under review recieved a letter from the IRS yet?

I ordered both Account and Return transcripts yesterday morning. Today my WMR finally updated, stating that I am under review, blah blah Tax Topic 151

I file 1/10. Accepted on 1/24. Had the “we are still processing your return. a refund date will be given when available.” message until last night 2/8.
On yesterday morning (2/8) I was finally able to order my return transcripts.
This morning I checked WMR and finally had a Direct Deposit date of 2/13!
So from the average of what I’ve seen from myself and other people that have had the same problem, if you can order your transcripts you should get a DD date within 2 business days. It pretty much means your return was processed, they refund department has to process your refund and that’s the step your waiting for once you can order your transcripts. My theory anyway. Hope it helps!

Is it being able to order the tax return transcript, the tax account transcript, or both that lets you know that your account has been processed and you should be expecting a dd date soon?

I thought you couldnt even order your transcript until after the return was processed? How can they process it (allowing you to pull your transcript) and then see that you pulled your transcript and re process it? I would assume that the return was already flagged for review and just a coincidence that yours happened to be reviewed? I don;t know for sure this is just my logical thinking.

Whats the general timeline of being able to order transcripts and having the WMR status move along? I was able to order mine tonight. Does that mean I am in the clear (no review or anything) and they are all set.

I filed 1/29/2013. Was received by IRS on the 30th per FREETAXUSA. I am STILL pending as of this morning. I did however, call the transcript hotline and FINALLY was able to order BOTH transcripts. What I mean by that.. I could order the RETURN and if there were any changes… So, I am finally hoping for some good news soon.

my sister filed and was accepted 1/28th. wmr says return receive and still processing. she can’t order her return transcript online but she can order the account transcript. today, she received a 4464c letter telling her she is under review. same thing has happened to our cousin & our cousin’s friend. they filed & accepted the same day on 1/28th because they did it together on the friend’s computer that night. all 3 of them received a 4464c letter today. wmr shows the same thing for all 3 as well and the hotline…still processing.

I can’t even get my dang transcripts. I’ve been accepted & processing “according to H&R Block at home” since 1/30/13 at 11pm. Today is day 8’ish. No update from IRS. I talked to a man yesterday about it. He looked for a DD but said there was not one. He said they’ve had it, just still sitting. Weird thing about it is I got a text from H&R Block saying it was accepted on 2/2/13! The email was 4 days prior! I’m wondering if the text is when it actually got accepted and the email was false.

I filed and was accepted 1/31/13. I had 4 children, eic, and student loan interest claimed. I have been stuck in processing since. I thought i would give ordering my transcript a try since i need it for school anyways. I was able to order both transcripts and then it updated this morning with a DD of 2/08/13. I am so darn excited!!

accepted 30th ordered return transcript 2nd, went into under review 3rd, called irs twice, both times got lucky and someone pulled up my account and said it is processing. Not sure though if this is what they are told to say or if WMR is still as screwed as it was last year.

I Filed 1/20 through HRB online and got rejected 1/30. Refiled 1/30 around noon PST so assume I’m considered accepted 1/31. WMR has not updated for me since then, also unable to order transcripts! With all the talk of reviews going on, really hoping with the update tonight that I don’t end up with a review status!

You will receive a notice from us requesting additional information within 30 calendar days. You may not receive all or part of your refund until we receive and review the information we requested. I requested my transcripts due to the need for them both this year and last, last year I received my return just fine and so far, this year, I have a dd… I think this fear is silly.

How is ordering a transcript suspicious if the transcript is nothing more than a compilation of paperworks of reported earnings that were given to you over the previous year form the employer of other entity that is taxable. That info is set in stone, it can’t be changed so someone requesting it after submitting a tax return is not related.

Has anyone had the following happen:
My address is different on 2012’s return than 2011. I tried requesting a transcript online today. This morning I was able to access my tax information regarding transcripts using my OLD address. So I figured the system has not been updated yet.Then later this afternoon I tried again and both my old address and my new address are resulting in “The information you have entered does not match our records.”
Does this mean their updating the system with my new information? Or should I call to check?

Yeah, I just read on another forum from someone who “claims” that they work for the IRS and gave specific details related to pulling transcripts and delaying your return. He said is is considered suspicious behavior to pull a transcript before your return is complete.

Quick question I’d like to pose.
I know there’s a lot of anxiety brewing over whether or not pulling your account/return transcript will boost the likelihood of your return being pulled for review. My question is, how many of you currently under review requested your transcripts? What was your original filing date and date of acceptance? How did you file and what credits/deductions did you claim? How many of you requested your transcripts and still received your refund or, at very least, an estimated direct deposit date?
Hopefully this will ease a few worried mines.

I was able to get mine this morning, was accepted the 30th filled the 18 through hrb but I’m still ge9tting the same bs message that ill receive them in 21 days or less

I think it means they finished processing your return. I was just able to order mine too, and wasn’t able to a few hours ago. Hopefully that means the refunds will be approved soon. I don’t mind waiting, but it always irks me when people accepted later get DD before people who were accepted sooner. I saw a 27 get a date of 2/1, and I am 25 but still show processing.

I’ve been reading the forum and see a lot of people talking about ordering transcripts. I was just able to order my 2012 transcript about 10 min ago. Prior to that it said it wasn’t available. What is the purpose of ordering them?
