Anyone receive their state refund yet? If so what was the date the DOR gave? Just wondering because my return says it should be deposited BY 2/5 but wondering if it may be sooner.

Filed with TT on 1/16, accepted on 1/20, wmr took a day or so to show one bar with the deposit info code and my info including refund amount on the left side. Checked last year’s return transcript. I am an 05. Hoping to see an update later today (Friday) or overnight into Saturday. Good luck all!

For 05s transcripts update Friday, WMR updates Saturday and DDD are for Wednesday. Early (weekly) filers expect DDD of 2/4. The next won’t be until 2/11 and so on every Wednesday. Those refund cycle charts created are only good for people stuck in the weekly cycles.

Filing your state return shouldn’t have anything to do with it. Some people never file a state return simply because they break even.

I work for amex and they don’t usually post deposits early, they are trying to make exceptions for tax refunds but we can however let you know if a notice has been received that you are receiving a refund a few days before the dd date./

Filed 1/17, Accepted/received 1/21. Nothing has moved. I’m in the same boat as most. Hotline for my social and my wifes says no offsets. Can access her transcripts. Keep getting an error message on wrong address. Can’t imagine why. We’ve lived together and filed joint-married for the last 8 years. Mine went through fine. My transcipts haven’t updated to anything. I’ve read…. or so I think… Once I find a transcript in IRS online then I should expect a refund to follow? I used Serve last year, received it on the promised date. I am using Serve this year again, however, filed and accepted on 1/21, no DDD yet :( There is no 2014 transcript (uh oh?) – This sucks because my brother filed and accepted on 1/20, has a DDD of 1/30. My sister filed and accepted on 1/21, has a DDD of 1/30.

I did call AMEX Serve’s hotline, and apparently they are crediting accounts immediately this year and not holding the tax refunds for any amount of time. If you call the number at the bottom of Serve’s website, you can enter your card number and it will tell you if your tax refund has arrived yet.

Hi everyone at first I was beginning to panic and I looked back on every year that I filed and had the cycle code of 05 then I thought back to last year my bars changed over the weekend well this should be the same cycle meaning my bars should change over the weekend and my transcripts should be ready this weekend also. 1 bar or no bars which is better.been the ? since day 1 on here.Ido not know,but starting to believe no bars means some sort of manual check,meaning some delay of time ,if only a day,up to forever probably,while 1 bar means that they just not at u yet,u might lose it too,or sail on thru when ur number is up.

i dont think the irs will do anything for us till21 from 1/20,people say they get this or that from them but i think they give out same pat drivel and get rid of you.i have dependents ,file jointly all the same 1 w2 simple eic insurance obamacarew/subsidy all same for years except insurance,so really saying aloud what am i worried about?,what really worried me was first year filing well before opening day and getting testbatched early accepted,then bars vanisehd on 1/20 ,waiting later just like years before tho no different really.

I don’t think add dependents or the insurance are relevant to the majority . I have VA healthcare so I dare the government to tell me the governments healthcare isn’t good enough lmbo. I really am hoping we get some info this weekend. If we truly put it into perspective the IRS opened the 20th, technically the 21st so I guess we are within the typical window of waiting as a 05 er 10-14 days. I think its the fact these jack-holes accepted us and other acknowledgments to then just put us at the end of this imaginary line. I don’t get that some got emails about glitches and re-sequencing others didn’t, to much stuff not making sense.

I made 22k 3 different employers plus 3800 unemployment. My refund for fed is 5700 I had 950 withheld from state and even with the credits I’m only getting 6 of it back which I think is screwy still below poverty level but yet I’m still paying my state. Don’t ever move to WI unless your rich every system here is screwed they all just suck. MN beats us in every category but sales tax. Mns unemployment max is 200 more than ours and their ebt benefits are twice ours and they get “ebt cash” not that I want to live off the state but damn this system sets us up for failure. I obviously like venting about how fd up WI is. Sad part is I doubt I’ll ever leave… lol

I am a weekly cycle…if u can view past account transcript weekly processed ends in 05…if not recycled we weeklies should receive a ddd of 2/4 to 2/5 and view transcripts after a nightly update tonight or tomorrow with wmr updating sometime this weekend…hope this helps

If my question came across as rude, I apologize, that isn’t how I meant it. Many people are calling the IRS asking where their refund is when they haven’t even waited a week. They can’t give you those type of answers. This wasn’t directed at anyone in particular, and specifically not at anyone with a legitimate question. I definitely understand the frustrations around this time of year, but it doesn’t have to be taken out on anyone.

waitinginwi i feel you though here in kansas if you have an offset filing joint they send you a form to prove each spouses income to find out how much can be applied to the debt. getting the letter can take up to 2 weeks. then when you send it back it can take 2-4 weeks to get your refund

@straysoul that’s gotta be tough. I made 22 this year and it was still tough then again if I got married it would add 1200 to my refund and I don’t have ed credits. Has your wmr updated? I’m still on the first bar I’m hoping it changes at midnight
