filed 2/12, Checked WMP this morning. DD on 3/3/2021. No credits. # weeks and the moneys in the bank. Thank you IRS!!!
Folks, this happened to me last year. Ended up I got an ID verification letter in the mail. I did that online and finally my refund was issued 6 weeks later. The IRS agents could never tell me why I had to ID. Sorry to say the majority of you will have your refunds delayed. I have heard horror stories of some folks getting the refund as late as Sept. Best of luck.

just checked SBTPG. shows my refund received and fees withholding. scheduled ddd of 2/12. Happy trails.
Fake Fake Fake
A code of 570 stops your return from being issued. Until that changes no refund can be issued. Several reasons why a 570 is issued, including Id verification and possible audit. A 570 code is not good.
I had the exact same issue last year. More than likely most people will received an ID verification letter. That is what happened to me. It delayed my return 6 weeks and there was no issue with my return. The IRS was never able to tell me why i had to ID. This year I filed 1/27 and everything updated on 2/7 with a DDD of 2/12.
filed 1/27. Cycle is also 05. No update on WMR, but transcripts updated today to a DDD of 2/12. Same as last year. WMR will update tomorrow, Good luck to all.
filed 1/27. Checked WMR this morning. Shows one bar and no update. Just checked transcripts. Shows a refund issued with a DDD of 2/12. Yes!!! My cycle code is 05. Just like last year, transcripts update one day before WMR. Best of luck to all other 1/27 filers.
WMR only updates M-F. Never on a weekend
@dee dub . Happened to me last year. Same message and never changed. About 2 weeks later I get an ID verification in the mail. Nothing wrong with my return but it was the 1st of April when I got my refund🤷♂️
Happened to me last year. Had one bar for about a week. Disappeared about a week later with the error message your return is still being processed and a DDD will be provided when processed. About a week to ten days later I get the ID verification letter. Did all that and did not get my Refund until the first of April. Hope that does not happen to anyone this year. There were NO MISTAKES on my return
I was an early filler last year. Accepted in the Test Batch. My WMR stayed on still processing until mid February. Then I received a Verify ID letter in the mail. Did that online and did not get my refund until the first of April. Just saying, hope that does not happen to anyone this year. I did not file until the 27th this year and on the 28TH my WMR says accepted and being processed.
Transmitted 1/27. Received text last night around 7 pm accepted. WMR shows one bar today.
Filed on 1/23 with TT. Switched today to transmitted. Looking back on last years email TT sent about being accepted. It was sent at 8:49 pm on the Monday last year. Hoping to get one by tonight.
It took 4 weeks from time of filing to receiving my amended return funds. And they were direct deposited.
hope everyone gets updates soon. they had my amended return starting 4/10. i just checked Santa Barbara Bank and it shows they have my funds.. Should hit my bank tomorrow 5/15 just as my transcripts and WMR say. Hooray!!! Long process that started 1/28/19 finally ends on 5/15.
Finally..transcripts updated yesterday with the 846 refund issued 5-15-19…today where’s my amended return didn’t update but checked WMR and it updated and has DDD of 5-15-19. Long frustrating process for a 400 mistake. I copied our income as xx, 850. And it should have been xx,450. Probably never caught except I was flagged for ID Verification. Filed 1/28/19 and finally now over!!!. Sad part…when I would call no one could tell me what the problem was.

mailed amended on 4/6. checked yesterday and amended wmr shows received 4/17 and is processing. transcripts show no record of return filed.

same as yours. filed 1/28 and accepted. WMR goes to can not provide any info around 2/5. 5071c on 2/19. confirm same day. call around 3/1. told return is now back in processing and nothing wrong. transcripts update around 3/17 with the 570 code. processing date 4/1. no update last weekend ( i am a 05). get the 4464c on 4/1 dated 3/28. transcript shows no return has been filed.and does not show the 5071 or 4464 letters even being sent. a TA will not help because it is not a hardship. frustrating.
transcripts show processing date of 4/1.and the 570 code. received the 4464c letter on 4/1 dated 3/28. i had to verify id online 2/19. called 3 weeks later and was told return was back in processing and no issues with return. my transcripts do not even show a letter was sent for ID verification or for the 4464c. not sure what to think. i have also read where some have received the 60 day letter then in less than a week they get a DDD. a TA won;t help me because i do not have a hardship. i just want my money. i only have as income SS and a pension. my wife did stop running a home day care and retired as 1/1/2018. Frustrating to say the least.
@Michael exactly the same situation. i verified 2/19. same processing date and 570 code. received the 4464c letter on 4/1 dated 3/28. my transcripts do not show the id or 4464 letter being sent out.

1/28 had to verify on 2/19. Got until 3/7 until wmr updated to return received and is being processed. Have called a couple times and been told there’s no issues with return. If I don’t have it by 4/26 call back.trannscriots update a couple weeks ago with a processing date of 4/1. Looks like it’s going to be the full 9 weeks waiting after ID Verification…sucks

No updates on transcripts. Verified on 2/22. WMR changed to return received and is being processed on 2/27….not getting my hopes up…looking like 9 weeks 😡

I’m exactly the same as you. i’m 05 cycle according to last years transcripts. Filed and accepted 1/28. everything on WMR went away around 2/5. Letter to verify 2/19. did it online. on 2/27 WMR changed to return has been accepted and is being processed. no change so i called 3/11. lady said return was put back in processing 2/22 and it could be 9 weeks but nothing else was wrong with my return. said if i don’t have it by 4/26 call. transcripts blank as if no return has been filed. hoping i update end of this week,Very Frustrating to hear others update and get DDD in less than a week of verifying.
no update on WMR and transcripts still show nothing. 3 weeks since i confirmed Id and was told my return was returned to processing with no other issues. looking like it might be 9 weeks. frustrating.
finally got to talk with a live person. filed and accepted 1/28. id verified online 2/20. very nice lady said it was returned to processing on 2/21. she said it could be 9 weeks but doubted it because there is no other issues with the return. my WMR staus updated 2/27 to being received and processing. hoping she is right and it does not take the full 9 weeks. First time i have had to verify.

No update. Filed accepted 1/28. Got an ID Verification letter on the 19th. Did that online. When confirming message came up it said 6-9 weeks to process. I had bars and everything was good until around the 5th. Never had any codes on WMR and transcripts are blank. Status since a week ago today says refund still processing and a refund date will be provided when available. Have tried to get to a human with no luck. Very frustrating
Filed and accepted 1/28…around 2/3 bars and message when away. 2/19 get a Verification id letter. Simple process online. Confirming message says 6-9 weeks to process. Transcripts for 2018 are blank and says no record of return filed. Appears I’m a weekly updater and hoping it updates tonight. Never happened to me before.

It only updates once a day..usually between midnight and 3am..mine says same as Saturday morning

my Indiana refund has been stuck on still processing since 1/30. I have always got it is less than 2 weeks. Not sure whats up. My Federal was filed and accepted 1/28. two days later had one bar and still processing. about 2/3 when i went to check it said i had entered my info wrong. after reading many posts i entered my wife’s SS# and it showed up with one bar and still processing. Update Fri. night and the bar was gone and message that says still processing and DDD will be provided when available. Read more post and tried entering under my SS and tried filed as single instead of jointly. Shows no bars but same message about still processing shows refund amount and DDD when available. Very weird and wondering if my Federal showing as filed single is affecting my state refund. hoping i get a DDD this week and my state gets a DDD. Anyone else in Indiana taking this long for a refund?
my bars disappeared yesterday.. says refund still processing and shows refund amount. my account transcript shows nothing with no cycle date. I filed on 1/28 and was accepted that night.

filed and accepted thru TT 1/28. on 2/1 showed status update cas processing. checked today and got the message you must have entered info wrong. ask for date i filed and how. entered all info and says i have to wait 24 hours after filing to see update. then entered my wifes ss # and shows status as processing with one bar. What the heck? anyone else try entering spouses SS3 and get to see status?
filed 1/28/19 with tt. on 2/1/19 it showed return processing. i check today and get the message you entered wrong info. enter day i filed and select efiled. get the message you must wait 24 after getting email of return accepted. its been a week. i then enter my wifes ss# and it shows return accepted and being processed. what the heck is going on?
