The website indicates my 2020 amended return “was received on March 09, 2022 and it is being processed. Please allow up to 16 weeks for processing.” So, it hasn’t been cancelled yet… How long after yours had been received was it cancelled?

Spoke to an irs agent today. My 2020 tax return was tagged for review in May 2021 but they haven’t looked at it yet and don’t have an estimated time frame other than it will probably be at least a couple months. She said they are still behind and reviewing returns for 2020 unemployment refunds.

Have a DDD of 04/06 on WMR. Filed w/ TurboTax. Payed fees out of redund. My refund hit my PayPal account at 3:35 PM CST. Hopefully everyone else w/ DDD for tomorrow has received theirs. If bot hang in there it’s coming.

My WMR still has that delayed message and “we understand your refund is important and we are working…” that is F’ing BS! They don’t understand at all! It’s been over 2 F’ing months!!! @Jess when I talked to the rep I had she told me the IS form was holding me up, and she must have cleared it or something because the next day was when I updated with a DDD. She told me on the phone that I might have to wait 3-6 more weeks, but that there was nothing she could do. I got a letter in the mail on Saturday that said “The fields for allocations on your IS form did not populate, please send us your W2 forms.” LOL. Hope you see an update this week!

Nyahh it’s the same for me, WMR is down right now so don’t worry. A lot of people are saying the same thing and I confirmed it with an IRS agent on the phone. Should be back to normal by tonight, tomorrow at the latest.

Church money sane as you get on your id me account and verify your identity through irs gov I did Thursday, called anyway and I did in fact have to id verify told the rep I did online before I called, got the congratulations etc. today I got the 5071c letter to verify my identity, I’m already ahead of them lol hopefully update this week or next

Filed on 3/30 via TurboTax. Accepted 3/30, like 20 min after filing. WMR showed approved as of yesterday with a direct deposit date of 4/6.

As of today, WMR says it can’t find my info (or that the information doesn’t match). This is a bit concerning. Any thoughts?

Wmr and transcripts, both have changed this morning to error and service interruption. Last time that happened I ended up with the delay msg and codes. So maybe this means they are finally updating? Fingers crossed

I’m going to tell yall this stuff is ridiculous. I been having the 570 code since February 21st I waited a month no update from 570 never got a letter never got anything so I did get ahold of the irs, the lady said that she cant do anything until 45 days after the 570 code date was in effect because they have up to 45 days to review it.so I got until April 7th then supposedly someone can do more for me…..that’s if by miracle they actually get it done by then.

@Charlie4Marley I filed on 03-16 and my deposit was just approved overnight on WMR. It is at the second bar. It won’t show the third bar until you actually receive your refund. My refund is scheduled for the 6th.as well. We should see our refunds hit anywhere between tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest.

I filed my returns and got my refund pretty quick back in February. Through turbo tax. Much less than past years. I assumed it has to do with the CITC credits from end of 2021 (2 kids). But then I got a letter from IRS saying that I may be eligible for EIC but that I didn’t claim it on my returns. And I’m floored because I’ve never had a problem with TT filling in all my info. Any one else get a letter? Either now or years past? They say their gonna send a check if they deem me eligible. I hope it doesn’t take the full 6-8 weeks I think it said.

WMR updated overnight to show deposit date of 4/6 that matches transcripts. It does not show that it has been sent yet, but WMR is usually behind because I am a weekly.

Filed 2/3 Only have the 570 Code dated 3/14- Additional account action pending. No updates since they updated transcripts with this in 2/24. No codes Just a processing date of 03/14/2022. Cycle code is 2022085.

At Last wmr showing DDD for April 6. For 2.5 weeks in WMR it kept showing “still being processed” without the bars showing and refund amount gone. They had to make adjustments error 9021. Im hoping it hits my bank account that day. The refund bar shows refund approved but shouldn’t it be on the last bar refund sent since i got a DDD? Will update thread if I receive it on April 6th.

Filed/Accepted 1/27. I had this delayed message since beginning of February. As of today, no updates and transcripts are still N/A. It’s been over 2 months now. They say this on WMR “We understand your tax refund is very important and we are working to process your return as quickly as possible.” This is complete BS! No, they DON’T UNDERSTAND! They are holding my F’ing refund for over 2 months!!!

I received this message and still have no transcripts available. I called the IRS today and they stated that they currently see no issues on their end and it is just a delay in processing. I love as advised that some returns are taking about 6-8 weeks for processing.

@Aurora I did that last year. They are extremely behind on processing anything on paper. Last year I mailed my IS form in May, and received my refund in September. Once I started to see updates it took about four weeks, but I didn’t see any updates until the beginning of August.

You may have to call a few times in order to get in line, but it worked for me and I called at like 1030 my time.

@jess the way I got ahold of them was calling 1-877-777-4778 press 1 and then don’t press anything else, it’ll put you in a queue and you’ll talk to a Tax Advocate. Explain that you’re trying to find out why your refund is still being held up, and they’ll send you to accounts

Same boat! I filed on 3/3 and had a 971 code last week and have a 846 code today that says 4/6/22. TPG doesn’t say funded yet though. The amount changed so Im not sure if that will affect anything. Also depositing to chime so hopefully it comes earlier. This is my first time having fees taken out.
