Hello everyone! Sorry haven’t been here lately! Been so caught up with work because I will no longer be working lol. So just busy getting everything settled with my work.

Happy to see that a lot got a DDD!!! Mine was for 2/11 as well and I got mine today. Half of it at least and my other half will be tomorrow. My USAA always deposits a day early. The other one, which is AmEx Serve, always deposits on the day of DDD.

I will still come and check up on those that are still waiting and help out with what I can here.

Assume we did get re sequenced and accepted on 2/4 ass well. What DDD could we be looking at? Why even show some transcripts available if they pretty much aren’t.

I mean its the IRS man. It’s starting to feel like Mc Donalds is faster and more efficient with technology to deal with masses of people.

I just had a friend tell me she filed 2/2 and got hers back yesterday, she has 5 kids, goes to school and just bought a house so I know her return was more complicated than mine…errrrrrrr

bournerko8v – What they told you is totally bogus. The IRS doesn’t even start entering W2s into their system until around July, long after tax returns have already been issued. I have found that most people answering the phone at the IRS have absolutely no clue what they are talking about and they rarely tell the truth. The real truth is that their computer system is so screwed up and it has been for years and it can’t handle all of the returns that are being filed at once. Because of this, many returns are getting kicked back out of the system and re-sequenced. That’s why it’s taking so long. It has nothing to do with being reviewed or anything like that. The IRS has had huge budget cuts, so obviously upgrading their computer system isn’t a priority for them right now.

Do I have anything to worry about? Is it worth calling the number and enduring the hassle there?

My wife and I filed Married Seperate and my return was accepted by GA February 3rd. I’m not really worried about the wait, but the message above does concern me. My wife does not have the option 3 message, hers just says processing, allow 30 days, etc.

This is such a hassle.

In the same boat as the both posts. Used TT accepted 2/4. I have just about every situation possible attached. EIC, Education, Self Employed and Obamacare. Wage transcript is all that is showing and WMR shows accepted. They seem to really be dropping the ball this year.

My bars disapeared for a few days but then on Saturday I had my bars back with a deposit date of 2/11. We will see if it comes in tomorrow…..

@bournerko8v I don’t think that is credible information from them. You got a cookie cutter answer based on the IRS manual. Most of us are all in the same boat as you, we aren’t all in review. They aren’t supposed to confirm there was a system error.

Today was my 21st day and finally got the chance to speak to the irs , I’ve been in hold since January 30th because they are verifying my income and w2s because I have two and they are checking everything with the new system update ,if the system flag something they send it to review mine will take up to 8 weeks since the 30th so I know what its happening now they are no letting nothing pass by that’s why my bars are gone and the refund amount with the topic , when they could prove I’m right with the income they will approve it but could take up to 8 weeks since the day they go away.. So lets welcome a review this year my first review ever.

Filed and accepted 2/2 with a DDD 2/11…..Checked SBBT at 0100 with no update there. Checked this morning around 11am EST, nothing!! Was thinking it would actually come on day scheduled then……checked netspend at 0329pm, nothing….2 minutes later….text message that I received my deposit!

My bars been missing since Jan 30 I called today to irs and a Nice lady help me out she check my refund state and let me know she check everything , and she says to me that my return is being hold because the reason of my w2s , I have two w2 and move to another place , and they will take from 6 to 8 weeks since 1/30 to check de w2 and income and everything else was good they are checking everything with the new update this is the first time my bars disappeared and she said that’s why my bars disappear and that’s why also my refund is not shown because the have to verify the income to approve the complete refund amount

@bamamom @kygal @Jojomarie I just talked to another person that sounded like she know what she was talking about. And said that if its coming in as a DD (which it is) it will post between midnight and 8 when there systems are updating. So they only update once a day. Good luck tomorrow

THANKS for the number busy momma! Spoke to an agent super quick and they told me my refund was rejected on Friday! So know its gonna take a couple of more days for the irs to receive it then the us treasury has to receive a request to send a check! Dont understand why they keep on trying to send it to the bank when i called the IRS and told them that was the wrong account number!

Yea the “3 day ” time frame …hate when they say that….i think they just make money off the interest, hundreds of thousands of dollars and 3-5 days ..it adds up for them. Just hope tomorrow is a good morning for us all waiting anxiously. Lol

Filed and accepted 1/28 with TT. WMR has 1 bar still. 152 topic still there. Transcripts for account and wage appear but are blank. Just want to know what’s going on. I’m not hurting for the money, just kind of frustrated that I can’t get an idea of what my situation is. I have the easiest of return as well. Just me and my one job. Any ideas or numbers I should use to at least get some sort of update?

Getting impatient as in the past years I’ve had my refund by now. I’ve never had Self Employment income, and obviously never had to pay the penalty for not having health insurance before, I wondered if that could hold things up.

Banks like bank of america, pnc, wells Fargo, etc usually only run deposits or other items overnight after midnight, I never see pending direct deposits until day of…like my dd for paychecks, not until day of dd..so hopefully tommorrow morning wake up to the good news……holding my breath though, TT filed and accepted 1/24 early morning, ddd 2/11, PNC bank

I called BOA today and a supervisor finally told me it got rejected for the 3rd time on the 5th so they should have recieved it back. When i go to WMR it says refund sent 2/4 . I just got off the phone with the IRS and i asked if they could just tell me if they at least recieved the funds and she said i have to wait 5 weeks to call back! They cant give out any info! They said sometimes WMR updates for some people and not for others :( waiting game it is! When i request a transcript it says it can not verify my identity but i put the same info all the time

My refund was rejected on 1/30/2015 and then WMR updated on 2/4/2015 stated a paper check will be mailed on 2/10/2015 I called this number

I call this number 1-800-826-9434 today and he confirmed my payment was rejected on 1/30/2015 and a paper check was mailed out today

Filed 2/3 at 1am, accepted an hour later…wmr updates to approved 2/6 with ddd of 2/10. Nothing posted to my account at all. 20150504 cycle date. Filed with turbo tax for free; would that delay the posting a day or two?

Joanna – do you have an error code or any other code when checking on wmr?

Some rejections have a 570 or 1121 code after bank reject. I would ask you to check your transcript but you can’t access it. I know I’ve seen posts of either the bank immediately reissuing check or getting a review after the bank rejects. Just the luck of the draw.

Also what bank are you with? Perhaps they haven’t sent the funds back yet?

Bart you are so great! I wish you were the one handling our cases. I guess the man gave me wrong info. He said the return had been pulled on 1/27 and had been assigned and that there was no letter sent out and no bites made. I guess it is under review and not for Id theft like he finally said. He even said this was very common especially since I am from Florida. I cannot trust anyone at IRS

Finally was able to get some good news using hrblock. Due to WMR saying absolutely nothing now! HRBlock said the IRS is now getting my refund together. With that being said; does anyone know approximately how long it will be until my refund will be deposited? I’m getting anxious my sons birthday is on the 16th this month and would love to throw him a nice party!
I couldn’t have made it with out everyone sharing their stories!

I filed and was told (by both TT and the IRS) it was accepted in 1/29. I called last Wednesday 2/4 due to my bars missing on WMR, I was told I was resequenced and my return was processing. I let it go and since I am impatient, I called the tax advocates today and they informed me that the IRS changed my accepted date to 2/4 (last Wednesday when my bars disappeared). He did confirm I have NO holds and should have an update by the end of this week.
He did tells that when my return was submitted there we too many returns coming through so a bunch of them were resequenced and sadly it took almost a full week to get mine back in. I have seen others with similar issues but they were resequenced by only a couple of days. Good luck to everyone!!!

Yay, I just got my deposit from HR Bank for my federal refund. Woo hoo!! I was getting worried. I had a code of 20150505 and i guess I would have had it sooner since i use Netspend but they had to go to HR Block Bank first since I had to pay them with a RAC. Hope you all get yours by tomorrow.

So I filed on 1/29 electronically with my IS form and checked my transcript today and have a cycle of 20150505 with 2/23/2015 and an amount next to it….is this my refund date and amount? The total is less than the original refund amount which is to be expected this is my first time filing IS. So I am wondering if anyone has seen this before.

They really do need to get their crap together! We had to wait about SIX weeks to get our refund last year! It was totally ridiculous and I don’t understand it at all! I just about lost my mind waiting last year. I think I may have woken our entire neighborhood around 2 in the morning when I checked WMR and we FINALLY had a deposit date. I don’t want to go through that again this year! What kills me is that my brother-in-law filed his taxes the same exact day we did (2/1) using the same tax program we used (TaxAct) and he got his money this past Friday! He didn’t even have to wait a week! Unreal!!!

Filed with TurboTax on 1/28 Accepted 1/28. My state return has processed and I received it last week. WMR has 1 bar still and the 152 topic. As for transcripts, my 2014 ‘account’ and ‘wages’ are both available to download but neither have anything on them except for an AS OF date 2/23/15. Called idverify line. All is good. Called the offset line. All is good.

I’ve been really patient for these 2 weeks lol. What’s makes it hard is the fact that I have no leads or even ideas of what the hell is going on. So I posted this in hopes of seeing others in the same boat with me. Any 1/28 club people finding out anything or receiving updates?
