So if below is true then 2015 equals 04 equals the week of 1/23-1/29 and 04 equals Wednesday the 28th is your posted date add 4 business days meaning Mon thru Friday would give you a direct deposit date of 2/2 or 2/3

OK so I field with JH on the 21st got accepted about 1:30 pm regular tax return w2 and schedule c.. no bars on wmf and transcript is n/a ..Got a letter today from I.r.s and I’m being audited for year 2013 ..pissed I called the examiner and asked could that delay this year’s refund and she replies it hasn’t got to me yet but it will prob come up eventually.. at this point I’m frustrated.. mad..and also my cycle from previous years have ended in 05..any advice would help!!

My refund hit my Netspwnd account at 4:17 PM. You can pull the entire amount off at a PNC Bank if you take your card and ID. Thats what i do to avoid hefty fees. It costed me 2.50 to pull it all of just now. Good luck all :)

I just got my deposit via SBBT into my DCU (Digital Federal Credit Union) account. Not sure when it happened, but DCU seems to withdraw/deposit sometime between 4-5 PM daily.

I got my refund!!! Filed 1/23 accepted same day. DDD 1/30. Filed with HRB, had fees taken out and deposit was made to my credit union at 3:00 today. Good luck guys!

@carenpa exactly its not supposed to be delaying our refund…so maybe it wont….its you have a cycle code 20150402 (that is tomorrows cycle) than we may see our money tomorrow or over the weekend….also take into consideration your bank…so even if they do release your money tomorrow like they should you still may not see it till monday depending on your bank….i filed with HR Block so i am getting mine on my emerald car, so as soon as its released ill see it on there…

I have Chase and they won’t give me my money until tonight around 3am. It says on SBBT it was sent to my bank “per the IRS refund delivery date” so since my DDD is 1/30 Chase won’t let me even see it until that day. They do my paycheck the same way and I have co-workers with other banks getting theirs a day early.

I just found out today that I have an offset from my state. I called them and found out the amount, and she said it shouldn’t delay my refund, but that it takes about 10 days to get to the debtor’s agency. A couple of days ago when I checked, I had no offsets. The lady with the state agency said it “may” affect my federal refund, but it may not. So I’m wondering if it’s on the offset line, if it will definitely be taken? I’m assuming it will, but will be pleasantly surprised if it isn’t. My state refund will be enough to cover it, so either way it will be paid thankfully.

Again another story! Ughh. Anyone notice that every IRS agent, tax company, tax preparer and tax advocate has a different answer. They didn’t know what they were doing and instead of sending out a notice and admitting wrongdoing they turn it around and make us chase our tails looking for an answer. My new mantra for next year is I am not going to file early, I am not going to file early!

I know we all have that 570 code so what I’m about to say may or may not apply….

We all have that 2/16/2015 out there to the side on our account transcripts and are feeling we may not get our money until then…
Well I went back and looked at my past years (2012, 2013) ACCOUNT transcripts…

My 2013 account transcripts says I was refunded 2-24-14 but in actuality it hit my bank 2-6-14
My 2012 account transcript says I was refunded 2-18-14 but Ina actuality it hit my bank 2-1-14

So I don’t know how much I would rely on that 2-16-14 date….it could and hopefully will come much sooner.

@carepena: When I talked to an IRS rep earlier they asked me when I filed and I told her the 9th and was accepted the 12th. She told me to call back by feb 1st because it would be the 21 day mark. I think she was just trying to get me off the phone because she never looked at my personal info just spitting out the 21 day crap.

the 2/16/2015 that everyone is seeing on their transcripts DOES NOT mean that is when they are holding your money till……its the 21 day mark…and it means that after that date your money will start to gain intrust because they went beyond the 21 day mark….so they will have it fixed before then cause god forbid they havet to pay us anymore money than they have to….lol

After 12 weeks the where is my amended tax app says call in for more information. When you call they say give it one or two more weeks. After 17 weeks its best to just wait like i am.

Just since I see a lot of question, but few updates.

My status bar disappeared 2 days ago and it went into the generic “your refund is being processed topic 152” speech. I did some research and found that most people say that means you are in review. THAT is not true. I talked to the IRS yesterday and she said it just started processing 2 days ago (when the bar disappeared)

Today I woke up and have a DDD of Monday

Also, I always thought payments were on Friday so since it is Monday maybe this is good news for everyone that it is speedier than expected.

I have the 570 code as well but in my case i have a “premium tax credit” rather than an offset because I overpaid for insurance rather than underpaid or went without. So instead of an 896 i have an extra 766 “credit to your account” So in my case although I’m sure that it’s the same healthcare debacle screwing things up, I’m apparently waiting on money to be credited instead of removed…. UGH

So the people whom said they had the penalty but got DDD were not being truthful because wouldn’t this have happened to everyone. It does sound like the 21 day spiel. So does our 21 day go from this Monday or the 20th as I have had my bar since then? So we will not get our money until 2/20 which is past 21 days and according to the IRS it is not supposed to delay our refund which it is!

hey guys, i heard over on facebook a man was saying he looked into this 570 code stuff, and that they are using the 570 code to let themselves know who had insurence and who didnt…this way they knew who to take fees from…because its all new this year…..well he also said that if your like me and have a cycle code of 20150402 that tomorrow is the DD for that cycle, and he said that he thinks we could still see our money even without the WMR updating for us…..he said he thinks because they are using that 570 code to identify people who didnt have insurance that that code maybe why WMR isnt updating…..so if you have the cycle code 20150402, we may still have hope of seeing or money tomorrow or over the weekend…

No. I am certain though that they will release your funds by 5 pm PST. Right now it is only 1:19 pm. In the past, I was able to see my funds early in the morning on SBBT but they did not release them until 10 am PST one year and after 3 pm PST the year after.

So, I just got off the phone with them because I had to file injured spouse, and apparently it doesnt cover state you have to send that in. She said that no refunds have been processed yet and didnt give me a time frame. I dont think they wll take my state, because its my husbands school debt.

I have an offset and my DDD is tomorrow too. The IRS paid off my offset a few nights ago and my remaining funds are in the SBBT waiting to be deposited today. So you should not have to wait!! I filed through turbo tax and had my funds put on a green dot card. Hope this helps.

Lets look at it this way everyone, we have to get our refunds by the 10th thts the 21 i believe. Ive never been in the first batch either ive been in the second batch. I filed 1/16 accepted 1/20 but the irs worker actually told me they started my return on 1/21 so honestly depends on when they actually started u guys return. Irs should really update us on our returns cuz accepted could mean we got it but have started on it or we have it and haven’t started it on the accepted day.

This happened to me andmy fin last year both filed early and accepted on the same day. I was approved and got in the first week of deposits. His took a week longer to approve and and deposited exactly one week after mine.

This year same thing both filed early and accepted on the same day. Mine has been accepted with a ddd of tom and his isnt moving. Still cant order his transcripts.

Hoping it his will be in next weeks ddd.

I bank with a local bank and I’ve called twice once at noon est and again att 330pm est. My bank told me I have no pending deposits and based off of years prior she believes I’ll have the deposit in my account at 1am when my bank updates.

I have ally bank and SBBT has my funds it says they have released them but nothing in my bank account as yet. Does anyone else have ally.

The number is an automated system that will tell you if HR Block bank has the money. The only way that anyone came on the line for me was when I pressed 0. So for those of you who just want to make sure that the money is with HR Block bank call the number and follow the directions (press 4 then 1, enter account number and last 4 of social. It will tell you ur account balance and then give options. Press 4 to hear deposits. It will say that there is a preauthorized deposit if HR Block Bank has received your funds. It worked for me. After hearing that there were funds pending I then pressed 0 and spoke with a lady that verified that they had received funds and that they are pending. She said that HR has already taken the money that was owed to them out of my account so like I said fingers crossed money will be there tonight or in the morning.
