I’ve never had my refund take as long as it’s taking this year. They usually give that three week estimation, but I’ve always received refund about two weeks after filing. This year, however, nothing has moved anywhere – the WMR bar, transcripts, nothing, and it’s been 21 days.

Just checked my tt order status, I had funds taken out of my refund, & it is now saying payment completed. I just checked SBTPG, but it says unfunded. Does this mean I’m close to getting my taxes? Any idea???

Yes I have my letter and control number called and got verified yesterday. My acceptance was actually 1/18. The letter just arrived yesterday. Any Idea how long till they release it because they said im all set?

Hey y’all last yr used TT and had refund sent to my CK card fees taken out of refund.. got deposit 1 day early hit my CK card at 8pm.. this yr same way sbtpg says funded..nothing yet!! ddd 2/22 Eic and Ctc so hopefully deposit hits CK card tonight.. 🤞🏼 I’m in NC if it matters..Good luck all.. Mine shows Funded now…don’t know how long ago it completed but about 2 hours ago mine showed Unfunded but had my tax refund amount and amount paid to you with posted date of 2/22. Everything is completely filled out now. I read from others that TT stated they will start releasing at 2:30 PM PST today. We’ll see! Hope it does…that would be nice.

It sucks dealing with SBTPG when we could have had our refunds days earlier instead of the day before if we are lucky. Next year paying up front no matter what.

First and foremost these folk collecting interest on these Deposits holding on long as they can. Also because they don’t want everyone bum rushing the BANKS and ATM’s all at once giving institutions time to able to stock more money. We all on paper funded this morning by TPG but they sending our money out late EVENING after all the banks close 5 to 7 pm we having to deal with only ATM’s $400- $500 daily limit until the next business day. Instead of 100’s of folk trying to go take out 10’s of thousands all at once all over the place. I remember one year Wood forest in Albany NY ran out of $$$ I drove from CT they couldn’t let me withdraw $9k having to come back the next day I was so PISSED!!! But they had it already waiting for me, was skipped over everyone to get me straight 9k and closed the acct but they ran out of $$$. I banked with them in SC, I moved to CT and NY was the closest location

About 2 hours ago, mine showed unfunded even when I let it sit to load and when it did load, I only had a few filled out.
Just now, I checked again and it’s now showing that it is Funded and EVERYTHING is filled out now including my amount received, fees, and loan repayment.
I see many saying they won’t release until 2 PM PST, so that’s in about an hour and half from now. Hopefully, we’ll get it today. That would be so nice!

The 14 digit control number you need to tell them or whether in on the website to verify is on your transcript! It’s the numbers underneath the 150 code!

So a couple of hours ago when I posted, my SBTPG still said unfunded and only had the amount of my refund and amount paid to you filled. I just checked now and everything is filled out completely and now shows funded. Amount paid to you is still the same posted date 2/22.

Updated to funded around 6 AM, deposit date set to 2/22. I am using GreenDot which is apparently a subsidiary company of this bank, maybe a deposit will come this evening. I read on TurboTax they release after 2 pm PST, but have also read that they keep it until the release date to collect all of the interest from everyone!

It’s gonna go through as a normal dd so between 8:30pm to 9:00. It was that way last year. And I have been using CK for my work DD and it always deposits 2 days before but around 8:30pm to 9:00pm

@Ted yes letter mailed 2/9 received the letter 2/13 and when i check back on 2/14 it had that message we have received the requested information and are now processing your return. Yes, i said the same thing that was pretty fast but i have no updates to transcript but my balance 2023 says if you requested an adjustment i cant request information until the transaction is complete and before it said no return filed so i am hoping its moving and Thursday i have an update

Last year filed with Turbo Tax, opted for the advance, and paid fees with the tax refund Credit Karma/Turbo Tax deferral option, The DDD date was set for the 22nd, but my actual deposit date was the 21st into my Credit Karma checking account in the morning.

This year I see that my DDD is set for the 22nd. Still no deposit. The https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/ website does show that it was already posted and funded. If it doesn’t post after 2 pm, then it’s likely after midnight.

It will start to fill in, let it sit open. It’s taking longer too, but it will change to the correct amounts while you’re on the page. This is happening a lot. I made a post about it after I almost threw my phone for lying to me LOL

Finally saw my info. I had to open an “incognito/private” tab and look it up that way. I am funded, thank goodness!

If you see this, just let the page sit, open, and it will start to update, from unknown, to the correct amounts. It takes a few minutes, so give it time. If that doesn’t work, try refreshing the page. Worked for me.

This happened to me, after seeing amount sent. If you see “unknown” don’t close the page, just let it sit, open, after a few minutes it will start filling in with updates. If nothing after a few minutes, try refreshing the page and then waiting.
