Just wondering if SBTPG has funded anyone today with a direct deposit date of 2/22/24.
Nothing for me yet. What about you? And, if so, what time of the day did they update you?

Good Morning.
I used TT, fees taken from refund, EITC. Filed 2/4, accepted, 2/4. WMR and IRS transcripts both state 2/22 deposit. I use Wells Fargo, received my return at 11:34pm last night 2/21. Good luck to all! -

sbtpg said funded at 11am. now 1:30am the next day and still no dd. using greendot and they say they haven’t even received it.

That is true, it happened to me last year. My transcripts were the only thing that updated.
As I was typing this, my husband got a notification that our refund posted to his CK account.

Mine is the opposite of yours. My tt says payment completed, while my SBTPG says unfunded. I have heard of people saying that sometimes SBTPG doesnt update and their refund gets deposited. This year sure has been a Rollercoaster ride 😪 -

Got my deposit around 6pm est. I am with Chime, and had funds taken out of return! And I of course walked the PATH. Hopefully, everyone is starting to see those deposits!!!

I spoke with Sofi and they said the issue was fixed. My account with sbtpg says funded. Hoping tomorrow i will see my funds.

TT fees taken out. Sbtpg showed trace numbers around 430, deposit just hit PayPal. Hope that helps.

If you have used TT w fees paid with refund & advance when will refund come ? I have Never used this or been in this position that I did Not get my refund days early

Tracing number basically means your funds have been sent to your bank. You can also use that number to trace your funds if gets lost for some reason (basically you didn’t receive it). So it’s like a confirmation #.

I was funded today, however I was told that I needed to wait for a trace number to pop up in order to know if it’s in my account. I’m not sure how true this is.

About 2 hours ago, mine showed unfunded even when I let it sit to load and when it did load, I only had a few filled out.
Just now, I checked again and it’s now showing that it is Funded and EVERYTHING is filled out now including my amount received, fees, and loan repayment.
I see many saying they won’t release until 2 PM PST, so that’s in about an hour and half from now. Hopefully, we’ll get it today. That would be so nice! -
Updated to funded around 6 AM, deposit date set to 2/22. I am using GreenDot which is apparently a subsidiary company of this bank, maybe a deposit will come this evening. I read on TurboTax they release after 2 pm PST, but have also read that they keep it until the release date to collect all of the interest from everyone!

Mine says that it paid me, but there is still no money on my chime. Account got my email from turbotax last night saying it was on its way so I don’t know what’s going on

My transcripts show a DDD of 02/22 this year. This morning at 8:30 EST, my TPG account showed funded, but nothing in my account yet (through PNC Bank). Date received by them is 02/21 and date to me is 02/22. Last year I received it directly on the DDD. I always have my fees taken out. I expect to receive my refund tomorrow morning. They hold it the extra day for interest.

The SBTPG website for me says UNKOWN for everything. Called the Hotline. Says funded on 2/21/24. @10:15. I go pick up my Cashier’s Check today only because they made a mistake when it came time to enter my DD information. WMR says 2/22/24 for DD.

Mine still says unfunded like the IRS manually sends them out one by one ! If the IRS sent one out for DDD 2/22 they sent them all since its bulk! They are probably using our money to pay other people with smaller refunds! I used TT and paid with refund and i have chime bank. I read posts of people knowing IRS employees and the refunds were sent Friday 2/16!

My account said funded this morning around 6. And now I checked it at 9:30 and it says unfunded. So they may be updating the system. My DDD is 2/22/24. But I hope they release it today. If not then I should have it tomorrow.

I called the TPG’s automated line to check the status of my refund. It says it’s sent as of tomorrow’s date (2/22). However, as of 9:30 EST time this morning, their website is still showing up “unfunded” for me.

My sbtpg says unfunded, but I checked my tt, & under order info on tt, it says payment pending. Does this mean sbtpg is getting ready to take funds and send my money to the irs? I also am banking with chime. I hope this is good news for me and means my money is coming soon. Good luck to us all! Here’s to hoping all of our refunds are on the way! -

I will update how long it took from the time stbg updated to funded to when I actually received funds on my card. Hope this helps someone. I also realized the earlier you do your taxes the later you receive. It’s best to complete a week or few days after the season actually opens. I always seem to be in a rush and never follow the rule but next year I will. Oh and I also paid fees upfront.

Last year SBTPG was late depositing funds for some of us. This year I am cautiously optimistic. lol

SBTPG holds onto that money until the last possible minute. It’s this way every year if using their service.

Nope. Just shows is my refund amount doesn’t show anything else. I know people who filed after me that have received their direct deposits and their date was February 22nd 2024. What is going on?
