I was just able to pull up my account transcript this morning but there are no amounts and at the bottom it says no record of return filed. Do y’all think this just means they are working on my return now? The return transcript still isn’t available. This is frustrating. I am also stuck on the refund is still being processed message and I was accepted on the 12th.

I don’t understand the cycle numbera… my cycle number is 20150402 but that puts it on 4th week second day right? Well that is 1/20/2015 My refund deposit date is feb. 16 2015 (info from account transcript)

What do you do if you can’t see them online.. I.e – I forgot my user name and it will not send it. I can order it by mail but 5-10 days goodness the refunds will be here by then.

N take a look at the cycle number is it 20150402 if so you will most likely receive it this Friday. 04 is the fourth week of the year and 02 is friday.

So i got to researching and this year my account transcript says refund sent 2/16/2015. BUT my 2013 account transcript says refund sent 2/24/24014 but after pulling up bank statements I recieved my taxes 14 days earlier on 2/10/2014…. this was the same case for the year before (i recieved 1r days ahead of depoaot date on transcript i have a feeling my refund will be sent on 2/2/2015 (14 days ahead of refund sent date)

PatM look at the cycle code. What does that say?

OK folks so the 04 following 2014 on your transcripts means the fourth week of the year and the 02 following the 04 represents a day of the week. A example of this is Friday is 1, monday is 2, tues is 3 etc. Saturday and Sunday are assigned numbers. I hate to admit it but i read the irs processing manual on line. I hope this helps

I was able to see my account transcript as well. Refund cycle date of 20150402. I filed on January 20th and was accepted within moments . :)

I was able to get into my transcripts they said my refund date would be 2/16 that is 21 days since it had a bar. I guess the our waiting the 21 days this year

I filed the 14th accepted the 20th and lost bars on the 22nd or 23rd. Bars are still gone with generic message and downloaded transfer on the 27th.

Here we go. We have the first update in the form of ordering transcripts. The first cycle number is 20150402. People can update others on the progress of their returns and bars (or lack thereof) after being able to download their transcript.

I can order account transcript but not return transcript. I was accepted 1/22 and my refund sent date is 2/16/2015. I’m very sad about this. I wanted it much sooner at least fed. 4th

Sometimes early filers get put back in the que I filed early one year and I did not get my money until a month later you not under review your tax return is jusy being re sequence.

I filed through Taxact on 1/16, was rejected due to updates and had to refile & was accepted on 1/22. as of right now ODT website is saying they don’t have my return, yet they sent me an email. It’s not a TT issue. I think it’s an ODT issue.

Mine said that for like 4 days straight and within the last hour changed to ‘Your return has been processed. For direct deposit refunds, please allow 5 working days for the deposit to be made to your bank account. For debit card refunds, please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. Your refund was approved on January 26, 2015.’ Now I just need that federal DDD!!

This is my first time commenting on this site although i have been following it for years. I too have been able to access my account transcripts tonight.I have a refund sent date of 2/16/2015. Last year my refund sent date was 2/26 and I actually received it on 2/6. I live in alaska so four hour time difference from the east coast. I believe wmr is still updating and by morning at least more people will have access to their transcripts if not ddd. Thanks and best of luck to everyone

Just give it a few days. Double check you submitted the proper info also. I have green dot and never had a problem if all the info was right. I’ve botched that a few times too and it really sucks.

I too posted what I felt to be creditable info from a friend that manages a tax office and was disrespected. It saddens me that we all probably could use this money but still lack in respect enough to know when people want to help. I was told by the 3rd for the early fillers. If it’s wrong then I apologize but I hope it gives some of you peace of mind.

I have an app, my tax refund by turbotax, that is giving me a payment date of 2/20. I don’t know how to screen shot, so you will have to try it to see. It’s not exclusive to turbotax filers. It doesn’t give me a date on my state.

TT said that same BS last year about first come first served. LIES LIES! I know for a FACT that’s not how it works. Last year tons of people got their refunds before I did and I filed before them!

However, I did just notice this in my email from taxact telling me that my return was RECEIVED –

“Note: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will begin the processing of federal electronically filed returns on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.

We will hold your information and automatically submit it to the IRS for processing when their systems become available. Please do not submit your federal electronically filed return to us a second time.

Please do not expect an acknowledgement on your federal electronically filed return for 24 to 48 hours, as the IRS processes all backlogged returns”.

That’s interesting because I filed with TaxAct on 1/19 and was accepted on 1/20 and my emails say nothing about the 31st, they say I can begin to check it 24 hours after being accepted by the IRS and that a personalized DDD will be provided once it is processed by the IRS. Weird!

I filed and was accepted on 1-16. In the email I received from TaxAct there was this little bit of info. “If you expect a federal refund, the IRS Where’s My Refund? tool will provide personalized information about your tax return beginning January 31st. The timeframe for issuing refunds will not begin before this date.” So, according to TaxAct, we won’t even see any movement on WMR until the 31st.

The screenshot is not real. If you take it and compare it to the info on the WMR website you will notice that on the WMR website that after you put in your info it is different from this screenshot going around. In the screen shot you see tax period ending December 31, 2014. That is not on the WMR site when you check your status.

I actually just used the live chat feature on my tt account which I filed through online for free. I asked about if they knew anything about the wheresmyrefund not updating properly and they said no. They looked at my return and said I was approved, duh lol, I already knew that. So then I asked if they have personally seen anyone’s return that was approved yet and they said yes very few and it is on a first come first serve basis. So I guess the very few that claim to have a ddd may not by lying but watch out for the photoshops lol.

Same message here. Processed but not approved…. Filed 1/22, accepted 1/23. Got message today online(today is the first time I checked) . Also, called automated and got same message. I am somewhat relieved I am not alone…..but I’ve never had this message or any problem .

I was watching the news today and they stated because of the IRS doing cut backs on their workers, a lot of things will suffer or “get by” this year such as audits and offsets but ppl filing paper returns will suffer because of the 2800 workers they let go. if you filed efile they stated that we want suffer with the down fall but it will be easier this year for identity theft to happen because of the lack of workers
