So I just called and talked someone and she told me my Direct deposit will be going out on 1/30. I filed on 1/8 and got accepted on 1/12.. I was worried for a while. But they are not updating the system until next week.. I wasn’t able to see my transcript so i called. I went through Turbotax so i will be going threw sbbt

Okay need some opinions. I filed through TT on 1/17 and approved on 1/20. I had my fees deducted from my refund so it will have to go through SBBT. I also am having it deposited on a paypal prepaid (netspend) card. Anyone I’m a similar situation received their refund yet?

WaStateMomma…….It may seem like a headache to have to send in all of that identifying info to get access to your money but think of it as protection for yourself. Truth is that identity theft is very big these days and if protecting your money means confirming who you are, especially 17k, its worth the small hassle. At the moment when we want our money it seems like a headache but it is worth it. I have had my identity stolen and they tell you nothing about who did it even if they know (they being the companies that accounts or jobs were in your name that you knew nothing about until it was brought to your attention) Somebody can ask me a thousand questions to make sure I am really me. Its worth it.

Evening Bart! I filed on the 21st and was accepted on the 21st as well. I have a cycle date of 20150402 and code 846 with an accurate refund amount listed on my 2014 Account transcript. My 2014 Return transcript is also available for retrieval. Direct Deposit is setup and my bank (Wells Fargo) does same-day deposit of received IRS / Treasury refunds and deposits.

How do you think this week is looking as far as getting that refund goes? =)

Hi I was wondering if you could give me some insight as to what’s going on with my return. I was able to look my acct transcript to day and it says no record of return filed. The date however says as of 2-16-05 and then i have as of 2-16-2015. There is a 971 notice issued and the date beside it is 02-16-2015 as well. However i did have to file an 8862 this year due to identity theft. Which i didn’t know about this id theft until my refund was rejected for an 8862. I knew something was strange cause i had never claimed eic before. But after looking at my transcripts i called in and explained my situation to a rep who said that he was going to put notes on my account so they would know that i wasnt the one who misused the eic credit. So I’m wondering if that has something to do with the 971? Just confused as too why there’s a notice set for a future date n my return hasn’t even been processed yet? And wondering if you know how long does a return with 8862 usually take to process? Thanks

IRS will just send deposit to account(s) specified in return (up to maximums)

Hi guys I figured I’d share my experience. I filed my taxes 1/22 at around 8:30 and was approved about a half hour later. Both IRS and State of VT currently say accepted. Although, my state refund was deposited today. I filed with H&R Block. Hoping for Feds in a few days!

Melissa, go to Accont Transcripts, the codes are there, all of them. I have a 846, which means, it has been process. and Refund amount which is the same amount I file. No problems.
