Test deposit?

Does the irs ever send a test deposit to your bank account before sending the actual deposit?

  Husband has a pending deposit on his Wal-Mart money card to go through tomorrow or Friday! Refunds are coming

  No. Thats why they warn to be sure to enter routing & account numbers properly because they’re not responsible for errors.
  IRS will just send deposit to account(s) specified in return (up to maximums)
