My tax guy called back, he said it was NOT rejected. He sees it as “pending” and said I should see movement within a week. So let’s see what happens then

I keep writing a response but it doesn’t post.

WMR hasn’t updated it still says ‘still processing “. My transcripts still have N/A except for the bottom right that has 2022.

I called last Friday and the IRS representative told me I have been sent to error resolution department. It takes 10 weeks from when they received my tax return.

I filed on 01/30 and was accepted on 1/30

I feel like NY state only updates on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings between 12pm and 5pm .. STILL PROCESSING no update . Least it didn’t change to audit I guess .. so now I will be stuck waiting til next week . I had review when it was first accepted it switched to processing same week PATH was lifted for federal . Got federal back on 2/22/23

I filed 2/22 and was accepted like 2 minutes later. it just sucks because so many people have already gotten their’s that filed that day 😕 I’m hoping I update on Friday(or Saturday for WMR)

I’m a weekly too… I filed on 2/27 and still haven’t been accepted. Assuming it will happen overnight tonight since its usually Thursday night processing. When did you file and how long did it take for you to be accepted? I will say that I received my DD in my account before my WMR ever updated so there is some hope I guess!

Edit to add that I spoke to a live agent finally at Turbo Tax and they said there is no record in the automated system because the return is still pending and hasn’t been accepted or rejected. Has anyone had to wait more than 2 days for their return to be accepted? I filed on 2/27 at 330 PM Central time….

I filed with TurboTax on 2/27 and it is still in Pending status. When I call TurboTax its saying that I have paid them but I need to complete filing my tax return. When I log in to my TurboTax Account its not rejected and it shows pending. I’ve never waited this long for my return to be accepted. Simple return just a W2

Talked to someone, they said they did not start processing my refund until 02/18 so I have to wait 21 days from that date, then she said hold on she now sees 2 different dates, got place on a “brief 5-7 minute hold” 4 times, Then she comes back and tell me that there was an issue, she can’t see what it is but I need to wait until 04/12 :(

I think you just have to keep pushing through with the options at that point to get to a person….once you get to them they ask if it is individual or business. It worked like a charm for me.

Yea they said it was on the 8959 Additional Medicare Tax form. I looked at it and only could see possible minor rounding issues that had no bearing on the ultimate outcome of the form…..if thats it it is incredibly nitpicky.

Filed Indiana state return via turbo tax on 2/8/23. It was received and accepted that day. Now it just sits there for 3 wks saying it is in process, etc. I got my federal refund within a week of filing. My daughter tells me she filed her taxes about 2 wks AFTER mine and already has received IN refund.
I just assumed everything is done in order received, but I guess not. What is going on?

@Noelle yes, it will take you to business taxes, just go through the 1,3,2,7,1,1 and you will get a live agent that will transfer you. Ignore it being business taxes.

First year filing married joint I changed my last name last year so I thought it would be an issue but it wasn’t! Usually file HOH with all the credits
3/1 transcripts updated! 846 code for 3/6

My refund amount was adjusted yesterday and is reflecting on mass connect website. I figured that means it should be fine processing but last night still no update. I’m petrified to check tonight because I’m getting extremely pissef off. It’s obviously done properly so like just give it up.

Good evening, I received a letter today 4883C but cannot understand why when just yesterday I spoke with an IRS representative and verified my ID, and told me everything was fine. I am so confused. Accepted 02/01 transcript N/A. Is anyone going thru the same situation?

i ju7st got off the phone with an irs agent and i asked him to check on my refund status bc i had to do for 5071c and he said no you will recieve it in 9 weeks..

i verified on the 18th of feb has anyone verified and got their refund or any info from irs agent?
