For those of you who were rejected and already have a mail by date… how long before you saw movement on wmr? My bank rejected my funds on the 5th but when I called the irs today they said they still havnt received the funds. Getting worried this whole process is going to drag on..

UPDATE: I hit 21 day mark today (filed on 1/13 accepted 1/14 and bars diappeared on 1/30) I called a Tax advocate this morning (1-877-275-8271) and she pulled my return from the cue and sent it to a local IRS office and gave me a case number and the phone number of the office and said I should hear something within 3 business days if not call them. So hopefully this is good news.

I just called my bank which is TD bank. I have a DDD of 02/11 the rep told me they already see it pending but its for Wednesday. So hopefully its in my account tomorrow if not for sure Wednesday! !!

@OklahomaMommy I don’t have any bars but my tax prepaper told me it had been accepted on 02/06/2015 but haven’t given me any mor info. Last year wmr didn’t show that they had even received it until it was on my card. I hope its the same this year.

I’ve heard that transcripts can update multiple times through the day in realtime where as the WMR only updates once overnight. That said I noticed my account transcript with all zeros show up in the morning as if it has updated in the night at some point.

So I have a DDD date of 2/10 and I opted to have Turbotax remove my fees from my refund since I was low on cash…does anyone know if that’s going to delay my deposit at all or should I be okay?

Yea I saw this posted on one of the messages on the igotmyrefund FB group. Who knows if it’s true or not. I’m in the same boat as everyone else. E-filed on the 30th and was accepted immediately almost, been stuck at 1 bar on WMR and top 2 transcripts say N/A.

Last year I got my tax refund at about this time, not this year looking like. It’s a good chunk of money but I’m not too worried about it right now, it’s not killing me….just being patient and seeing what happens. Yea it’ll be nice to have it for sure when it finally comes.

Guess we’ll see what happens tonight. I know they are going to be extremely busy starting tomorrow so I’m probably going to wait until Friday to call the IRS if I don’t get money or bars back before then. I’m debating whether to take the sweet approach, the sad desperate approach or to act like a total b#### in order to get the most assistance from an agent.

Ok I’m back… 1st off let me say I got a MAN when I was transferred… So I gave him a sob story(don’t judge me it’s a true story)& I explained to him the hole situation that me and “my family”(IGMR family) are dealing with and he put me on hold a few min…came back and told me this… “Ma’am due to high volumes of efilers and being so understaffed we have seem to have fallen behind… There are still thousands of ppl in it situation… This being said tomorrow does Mark 21 days for most of those so there will be a update tonight that is going to be pretty “healthy”(his words not mine). I was hoping there would be some update over the weekend but nothing….
I filed through TT 1/25/15 and was accepted 1/25/15 – no changes at all since that date.
Everything looks as it did as of 1/25/15 – WMR at one bar, topic 152 – transcripts N/A.
Any theories out there that could explain what is going on for those of us that have remained stagnate for 2 weeks +?

I called SBBT about the same message. The lady I spoke with never really answered my question and told me to try back tomorrow. She said, “I don’t know where you’re getting a date of 2/11 from.” I told her the date was from where’s my refund. I am going to call back and get someone that has been working there more than 3 hours.

When I go to WMR it say:

The balance of your refund, $$$$, is scheduled to be sent to your bank by February 11, 2015. If your refund is not credited to your account by February 16, 2015, check with your bank to find out if it has been received.
Please wait until February 16, 2015 before you contact us again as we are unable to take any further action until then.

I called the IRS and they show an offset. I called the agency and their offset will be settled and still leave me with a refund. Will this offset affect my 2/11/15 DDD?

Hello all I spoke with a somewhat helpful lady. no mention of my DDD but she told me my transcripts will not be ready until the 15th & from what I noticed DDD normally follow a day later with DD two days following that! So I’m assuming I won’t have a deposit until next week!!
Sorry if that’s bad news it sure is for me. Filed on 1/28 accepted minutes later hrblock. transcripts showing no taxes filed. I hope she was incorrect!

I am under review bc of my name change. I got married and have a new last name so they flagged me. Even though I filed a joint return with my husband. Tax advocate said that it is because the social security office has my name listed as my maiden name and new name conjoined. On my social it does not say that. This is insane. I file the right way and get flagged for identity theft. If any of you have not called tax advocate it might help you to do so. They may be able to dig deeper and give you more info. Only if it has been your 21 days.

I have an account now card. I seen a deposit (electronic notice) since last night. Account now says they are waiting on the IRS to release my funds. It does show up online as pending deposit due for Feb. 11. Thought I would see it today or tomorrow, since the reason for using a prepaid card was to speed the process up. I probably won’t this next season.

1. I have a DDD of 2/11 – Serve shows nothing pending in their system.

2. CS representative said it can take 24-48 hours AFTER the deposit for it to be available in your account.

3. CS Rep also stated that a pending deposit wouldn’t always show before becoming available.

Obviously, these are CS reps so accuracy is always suspect and others may get different responses or results. :)

I have an accountnow card and have had it for years. My DDD is 2/11/15. It does not show i have any pending deposits. I get my paychecks a day earlier than supposed to now and it also never shows me i have a pending deposit anymore. Before i started getting my paycheck early i could check my card and it would say i had a deposit pending for friday, now i get my money on thursdays and if i check my card the day before it never lists a pending deposit. Does this make sense? Anyways, let me know if you’ve had any luck!

I chatted with an HR Block agent today and she told me that they don’t. They use their own bank the H&R Block bank… she also told me that they never get out refunds, that the irs just sends the funds directly to them and the remainder of our refunds directly to us. So to me she was saying that they use that option to split your direct deposit and send only the fees to them and the rest to us. Hopefully this is accurate, but you can never tell. I’m tired of waiting for my refund. My DDD is 2/11 and i filed my taxes on 1/20. Hope this helps!

@shay same day.i received my letter I finally talked with a rep, pretty nice lady, although she didn’t look into my file, I got the feeling she wanted to though. Cause she said based on policy she couldn’t and advised me to just wait until wmr updated. I’ve been getting different answers this is the 3 rep I’ve talked to, ill be calling back tomorrow maybe ill actually get someone to look into my account. Still n/a on transcripts and one bar, topic 152 on wmr

I believe our update should happen tonight, guys. I filed my boyfriend and sister’s return on 2/3 both were accepted within 15 minutes. On 2/6 around 11:30 both their transcript and WMR updated and provided a DDD of 2/11.

So, in my thinking that the IRS updates every day, Monday would be our date to see changes. If they ONLY update weekdays, 2/11 would be our date.

Okay so I finally spoke with someone and what i just learned made my stomach turn. Apparently in 2011 someone filed a fraudulent return using my name and social. The return never actually went thru so a refund was never sent however it was just noticed May 2014. So instead of sending me something in May to allow me to clear it up then they waited until I filed my return NOW and basically held it until they spoke with me. Now that Ive spoken with not 1 but 2 people I have to wait up to another 7 weeks for my return to be sent to some department to be looked over and released. FML I really don’t need this ish now. I feel absolutely sick about this. Hope you guys have better luck then me. I’m going to call back to see if maybe i can speak with someone else who can do something else. this makes absolutely no sense. I’m the victim and yet I’m getting screwed over!!

When I filed my taxes on Feb 1st, I didn’t have the healthcare form so I just filed and payed the penalty for not having healthcare all year. I did have insurance for a short time period (a couple months), but I didn’t have any record of it. I just paid the full penalty. Now I’m stuck on the first bar on WMR and I can’t view my 2014 transcript and obviously have no DDD. Is it possible that the irs has flagged my return because I paid the penalty instead of waiting for the form? Will calling them help? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give!

I bank with Wells Fargo and have never received my refund early. It’s always posted in the early morning hours on the day it was scheduled to be deposited. Hooray to the ones at Wells Fargo that get theirs early!! I’d love to get mine early! Mine is set to be deposited on 2/11 but 2/10 would be awesome! :)

We filed with Turbo Tax 1/24, accepted 1/26. NO UPDATE. Called the IRS today and spoke to a super nice rep who actually researched our account. The first time she came back she asked if we ever had an issue with our returns … I told her no (because we haven’t) … She came back a second time – with the same question … third time she told me our refund was pulled for Identity Theft – seriously?!?! She said while it is investigated it could take 90 days. She told me to call back in two weeks to see if I can get an update. Our filing status, dependents – all the same from the last few years. Our refund is even within dollars of previous years … how the heck do we get pulled for Identity Theft?! SO MAD!!

I filed my taxes with Liberty Tax who uses Republic Bank. Wheres my refund says its was sent on the 4th but give until the 9th and I have. I go to republic bank website says my info is invalid. call the 866 number says my ss# is not in the system. Of course there is no live representative. Im not receiving dd Im supposed to get a check the same day Republic Bank takes out their fees. I have no idea where the hell my refund is and no one is giving me any answers. I will never use any tax professional that goes through republic bank. This is beyond ridiculous. where is my money?? So frustrating
