      Does H&R block use sbbt to take out preparation fees?

          I chatted with an HR Block agent today and she told me that they don’t. They use their own bank the H&R Block bank… she also told me that they never get out refunds, that the irs just sends the funds directly to them and the remainder of our refunds directly to us. So to me she was saying that they use that option to split your direct deposit and send only the fees to them and the rest to us. Hopefully this is accurate, but you can never tell. I’m tired of waiting for my refund. My DDD is 2/11 and i filed my taxes on 1/20. Hope this helps!
