So the SBBT site where you enter your ssn, filing status, and refund amount, is malfunctioning, at least for me. Im a programmer, and the error page seems to indicate an empty variable being returned.

Anyone else get this result?

I filed my state with TT on the 20th. I was accepted about 30 minutes later (per TT), yet the Ohio site is still showing they don’t have my return.

i haven’t had bards since sun. A lot of people are missing bars. I’ve on irs site and it says that’s these can disappear. It doesn’t mean anything.

I just got my PA refund direct deposit!!!…I use netspend so they dont hold anything. That was a fast turnaround…Thanks PA!! hahaha….now only pending FED like everyone else

sorry for some reason I couldn’t start a new thread. I have a question about having health care for the whole year of 2014. I do have health care as I am retired air force with tricare, but all it asked me when I was filling out my taxes on free tax if I had insurance for the whole year of 2014 which I did, but did not ask me who I had it with, is that normal? Just wondering why it didn’t ask me who I had it with I guess

I filed Oregon state on the 15th. Accepted on the 21st. The Oregon refund page has no record of my return yet.

Deposits are usually on a Thursday/Friday in my experience – so I’m hoping for next Thursday/Friday the 29th/30th. the 5th/6th seem a bit too far out for earliest filers … I guess we’ll see.

i submitted both state and federal with TaxAct and both were accepted within minutes of being submitted. Neither show approved as of yet. I’m waiting to see approval and can’t wait to see first official direct deposit dates because I’m early enough to be in that first window, I think. Will keep checking and update if I see anything. :)

I filed with and got received and accepted by taxact on 1/16, at about 2am. Been waiting on an update ever since. One bar and tt152 on Wmr. However, the taxact app is telling me my date is 2/6, but I’m pretty sure that is just a generic “21 days from received” date…

Where and how do you get a transcript? And what code on it shows your ddd?

Guys…When you order a transcript, make sure you choose ACCOUNT transcript. It shows our cycle codes which leads to our ddd. And much sooner than the return transcript! This is by my experience last year. I have been unable to order my account transcript this year. I filed and was accepted on 21st…have one bar only on WMR. Waiti g for that Trans ript!! I filed on the 16th and my federal was accepted on the same day. My state was rejected on the 22nd due to some updates Taxact needed to make with the forms. I re-filed and was accepted about 20 minutes later.

I had to E-file mine twice. It went into processing on 1/16/15 and then I received an email from Taxact yesterday (1/22/15) saying due to some updates to their forms my return was rejected. They told me to e-file it again. I did it and it was accepted 20 minutes later. I think the changes made to the Ohio tax forms are causing delays.

Take this with a grain of salt, as it isn’t “official” obviously, but tax refunds to be delayed at least a week, according to a news story published on wishtv.com out of Indianapolis

We E-filed through H n R Block last night, our Federal return was accepted within 20 minutes. No DDD yet but it usually takes 72 hours for any bars to move on WMR. Last year we has our DD before the bar even hit the second stage on WMR. Be patient everyone,your moneys coming. Id think next week we will see dates. Not a lot of people have gotten W2’s yet. I know when we went in to have ours done it was dead. We talked to our tax preparer and she said we where one of the lucky ones because we got our W2’s so early which would make for a very early DDD.

They were going to charge me 149.00 for my taxes this year but I ended up passing because 149.00 for a simple return?!? When in store it’s not nearly that much!! It was the new feature they had this year called TT pro. I thought hmmmm that may work until… I heard the price, plus audit protection plus fees for their bank… Import fee from last year even though I used them last year?!?!? It was looking to be upwards of 300.00…

Federal excepted the 21st , one bar on WMR, state excepted today or last night nothing showing on the treasury for me yet, waiting for a DDD, how long after Michigan state excepted did u get a DDD showing?

Same here, got accepted 1/12. Still on first Bar. Usually it takes about 2 weeks for the second bar. I’m thinking between now and Monday morning it will move to second bar. Once on second bar (DDD), they will deposit the funds within 48hrs.

If you have a simple return, you can do your taxes through Turbo Tax and use Absolute Zero. Costs nothing for federal and absolutely nothing for state.

I did mine through Turbo Tax and never received that message. In fact, I checked Kansas state refund and it says the money was deposited into my account yesterday, although, it hasn’t posted to my account yet. :( Hoping it will soon! :)

No change for me…It usually takes me 8-9 days to from send out/acceptance to deposit, but I applied early this year so I was hoping that it would occur earlier. For the past two years i’ve gotten mine around 2/13 and 2/14, so i’m hoping for the 30th or the 8th this year. I think either tomorrow or monday people will start to hear about DDDs. Just my take.

Oh wow, it’s just horrible how these companies like to rip hard workers off. I think I can recall last year TT and several other companies were apart of an investigation or a law suit from predatory tax prep practices. I really hope they give the money back to its customers.

Per the video we have to be reviewed by a person and were flagged for some reason. If after the review and their are no issues you will get an update on WMR with a ddd but watch the video hope this helps I know this sucks we are all needing that money but at the moment if your bars are missing a tax person has to manually review your return.

Yesterday it said we are in the final stages of processing your return please allow 2 weeks….ect……….this morning it says “We are almost finished processing your return. Why are people ordering transcripts?! I have NEVER done that. I think that is one of the things that delays refunds, it looks suspect- like you are trying to rush and get the money because you are up to something. Stick with WMR, in my opinion.

SBBT is the bank TurboTax uses when you opt to have your fee’s taken directly from your refund. Not everyone uses them. If you pre-pay when filing, the IRS sends your refund directly to you, not through SBBT.
